Did hair highlights, the color does not even look like it is done properly, alongside, color done was not at all preferred, they just did what they had, simply asked for blonde and they gave me orangish look, total waste of money worst experience

Paid $35 for trim and $65 for blow dry…and let me tell you how badly it was done. They are a complete ripoff. You can get far better service from other cheap places. This was the worst hair service experience I ever had.

This has become my favourite place for all skin & hair services. The staff is so humble and look after you very nicely. I have been taking my hair services from renu there who guides very well and does her job beautifully.

It was the first time I visited this place and hands down, it's the best salon I have been to.
I went in asking for some of the work they have done previously and loved a hair colour that they had done. I asked for a similar service and fell in love with my hair after the whole process.

Felt very much comfortable and best serivice of my hair treatment. All credit goes to Mr Vishav.who has done my hair treatment for around 3hrs and not even a single minute I felt bored. Me and my friend used the haircut service. The service was really very nice and satisfying, however the price seems to too high. I had a step cut style haircutting and I have hair length below shoulder and it cost me $70 which was shock to me.

Worst haircut I had in years. They dont listen when we tell and did exactly opposite what I said and the gentle man tries to defend himself. They have no experience even to hold scissors. Could make out him struggling. Looked like the owner in the reception heard me having a talk with the guy who was cutting my hair and they dont have curtesy to ask why I was unhappy.rather she just tapped no tip on the card reader sensing I was not happy with no feedback asked. Its my last haircut here. I have to go back to my regular guy to get corrected.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I won't even bother giving them 1 star. I went in to get my eyebrows done yesterday, a lady with blonde hair was waxing them and she waxed my skin off. I told her it was burning a little after she waxed it and she's like just put aloe vera on it. I come home to both my skin under my eyebrows swollen and waxed off. Let alone I had to pay $7.90 just to wax my eyebrows. People who work here are very unprofessional and don't know what they're doing. I told her I had sensitive skin and the wax was way too hot. She didnt even bother waiting for the wax to cool down or blow it before she applied it on my face. Now I'm going to be left with scarred skin under my eyebrows. Never going here again.

Their service for eyebrow threading has gone down. The lady messed up my eyebrow shape by making one thick one thin, and on top of that she gave me so many small cuts that caused bleeding!
They do not take their time to thread eyebrows and some of the workers do not know how to thread & shape brows.

Hair cut performed was poor as they cut my hair uneven and the layers were done poorly as well. It seems like the haristlyist was in a rush or something. Won't recommend this place at all.

I don’t understand how they charge $7 for eyebrow threading when the quality of their service has decreased. They have done a much better job when they used to charge $4. A price increase should mean also an increase in the quality of the service, not a decrease. There’s literally only one person in there that threads eyebrows well.

Worst salon. Very unprofessional. I used to cut my hair with Amrit but he quit and new guy who works sat and Sunday have bad attitude. He was just spending 1 hour with one person. Waste time for others. Need more professional barbar.

They are amazing. Customer service is exceptional. They always check new customers coming in and asking for service you came for and distribute the work between employees to make sure you do not wait too long. Everybody are nice and professional.

Average haircut place for men. Unprofessional though. I sat there for 50 minutes and male barber was busy with a customer as he was enjoying chit chatting with the person. Tried to ask twice but very cold response and ultimately I have to leave and get the hair done at other place. Wasted one and hour behind it as have to go to other place and wait a little again. Not worth.

Called, heard someone yelling a different language, after he said "hello? " I asked if I could speak to the owner, he hung up the call. I called back and heard really loud high pitched noises. Terrible Service.

I have complaints about their management. Barbars are good though. When you walk in at their reception, they ask you to wait but they could not tell you how long you have to wait. Sometimes they ask customers to list down their names but that list is not strictly follwed. They don't have a track of how many appointments they booked and how many walk-ins. This happened with me couple of times. Now a big NO from me and my family members to this salon.

This time I went to this place to wax my face. They took $33 for face wax and told me they are using some good quality wax. It's been 2 days I have done my face wax and my face is still sticky because of that wax and I got reaction on my face. Very disappointed ️

I went there for my facial laser, I had worst experience with them because after 2 or 3 days my hairs were grown so quickly and ugly that I never saw in my life before that I did my few sittings in surrey that salon was really so good as compared to this salon and even though they charged me 90$ but the result was so bad. I will never ever go this salon in my whole life. They just want to make money, my face looked to much ugly after visited there

I have been coming to this salon along with my mother and 2 sisters for the past 7 years.

IMO the salon has great customer service along with great pricing on a wide range of services.

Speaking for my family we have been coming here for haircuts, manicures, pedicures, MUA services for weddings and social events, henna services and have always had great service. All staff make sure to take their time with all services offered and are diligent in making sure the customer walks out more then satisfied!

Great to visit a spot where there is a great relaxing atmosphere, which is a reflection of the great customer service.
