What can I say, they are just good, had great service from them had a question about online order they responded within the hour and let me know where my order was. Been a great experience not like big box places that shrug you off when there is issue with order, shipment, etc. Will be my go to for indoor grow supplies from now on! If I am ever down that way will definitely stop in personally and thank them and check out store to bad I live so far away.

10/10 best store I've ever ordered anything from. No questions. Couple hours after I placed my order real early in the morning I get a personalized email thanking me for ordering, where they also told me half of my shipping was getting refunded due to their system charging me more than they paid. Order was sent out same afternoon too! Doesn't get better than that. Then on top of that when it got here and I opened it I had the few things I ordered, plus a nice hat and toque! And a sample of some hydroponics cleaner thing as well. This was not a big order at all just some nutes and hydro clay. Could not be happier this is the only company I will ever deal with again for gardening.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I've interacted with 3 different staff members for extended periods of time and it was a pleasure. I showed up with no information about what I wanted to do or how I should do it and the patience and understanding I recieved is nothing short of extraordinary. All of my questions were answered, I myself was asked questions about my plans and on top of everything cost saving measures were expressed to me helping save a few dollars. The first time I went, I did not even purchase anything, when I came back again they treated me like I was their highest paying customer. I wanted a Gorilla tent, and every website in Canada that I went to showed it in stock, but when you called to enquire if it was really in stock, they all said it was back ordered.

Tried to order the tent at other stores with free shipping, only to find out it didn’t qualify because of the weight.

I sent a request to indoor farmer, and they would let me know when it was in stock. A few days later, I got an email advising it was back in stock. I gave them a call to confirm and at Indoor Farmer, when you call they answer the phone and any questions, “yes its in stock”, “yes the shipping is free”. They have an inventory system that actually works, if it shows in stock on the website, it’s there!

Just ordered more stuff on Thanksgiving Monday, and it is arrived Wednesday. So far, I have delt with Andrew and Chris, the most helpful polite guys (must have had good parents!). Prices are very competitive, free shipping, prices are a lot cheaper then Amazon and the other flashy websites, and you don’t need a prime account to have your order in a couple of days from Indoor Famer. Strongly recommend these great Canadians!

I am a novice grower who has relied on searching through the net to find find best practices and equipment. I stopped in to check the store out and it is worth the drive from Hamilton! The first thing is that there are display set ups so that you can see how things work. I spoke to 4 staff members during my visit and they all were very knowledgeable. Excellent customer service. They helped me load some soil I bought. Most places once they make the sale your on your own. I also ordered a mist and sprayer and it didn't work properly and leaked. I contacted them and they sent my a new one that day and told me to keep the old one for parts. Nothing but good thing to say about these guys. My go to spot for all my growing needs. Nice hydroponics store with friendly staff. They carry a wide variety of products and was well stocked. A bit or a drive though, but worth the drive in my opinion.
