I've had a bolt stuck in my bike rack, making it impossible to take the rack off the hitch receiver in winters. Chris and folks have been incredibly helpful in the tiresome process, especially when others have refused getting the issue looked at.

Great place to come get ur car done the right way, I’ve taken my car here numerous times and every time I’ve been more and more pleased with the services.

Dropped off my vehicle at 845 am. Told it wouldn't be looked at till later that day or the next morning. Wasn't done at all. Not impressed with lack of communication to me about the status of my vehicle. Make sure you have an appointment or forget it.

Excellent service. Issues were explained in detail and what needed to be done. Was quick with making the repairs needed aswell. Will be recommending to friends!

First visit with inDrive automotive and will certainly go back in the future if needed. Brought my car in to determine what was causing some knocking sounds. My car had a broken latch on the hatch for a few weeks and I brought it in to have Chris take a look at it. He was able to lubricate it to get it closing again (rather than stuck open), and we set up an appointment to have it replaced. I took it in a few days later for the replacement and a general servicing. Chris called to let me know that, in addition to the latch being an issue, my muffler had rusty bolts and a missing gasket, making things much louder than they needed to be. Communication was clear and no-nonsense. Once everything was replaced, the car was running better than it was when I first bought it. Very happy with my experience. Will undoubtedly return.

I called Chris in a panic due to a battery warning in my volvo. Once i arrived at In Drive he checked my car and realized it was under warranty & called volvo directly to arrange a pick up of my car! I was in a real pinch when my car broke down on hwy 400 passing through Barrie from Toronto and Chris and his crew went over and beyond to make sure I had a safe ride back home.

I needed to get my brake pads changed for my F56 2019 MINI. Aside from the BMW dealership, I did not know any mechanics I could trust too get done exactly what I need, without trying to make more money off me by replacing unnecessary parts. I took my time looking for someone with adequate pricing, great quality, and experience. That's when I stumbled across InDrive.

I got on the phone with Chris, the owner, who briefly consulted me on the options I have for brake pads, how much labour would be, warranty details, etc. To me he just sounded like an overall solid person that I would trust with my vehicle. Two days later I arrived, Chris confirmed BMW's diagnosis that pads need to be changed, and he got to work. In around an hour the new pads were now fitted onto my car. Chris then took the time to test drive the vehicle to make sure everything felt right. What made me even more confident is the fact that there were two BMW M3s sitting in the garage, since the MINI I drove is BMW made.

Now that the pads have been replaced, the squeaking noise is gone, and the car drives like it was meant to from factory. I definitely recommend this place for all MINI owners, since Chris has lots of experience with BMWs, and used to be an owner of an R56 himself.

First time using InDrive as I've been servicing my 2006 BMW 325Ci at the dealership for the past 10 years But now I'll go to InDrive as I was blown away with how clean and "dealer like" the customer lounge is, amazing! I brought the car in to diagnose a noise that has annoyed me for the past 2 years and I was certain was an idler pulley and I was going to tackle the job myself but it would have involved removing front bumper, fans, etc. Chris was 99% certain it was the steering pump and he was right, noise is gone! I will definitely be going back. Thanks Chris!

I wanted to leave a comment of appreciation that summed up my experience, but I decided to read those of others first and found myself nodding, thinking "right on", "me too", I agree", EXACTLY! ". So I am clearly not alone! This is a brilliant concept. Chris has manifested the next generation of the ownership experience we want, where the personal factor is key. Take your vehicles here with confidence! The customer experience Chris provides is top notch. He takes the time to ensure you have all the information you need to make an informed decision and the the work done is top notch. I had him work on my '91 BMW (M5) which isn't a car a lot of mechanics are knowledgeable on or comfortable working on, but Chris knows his imports and identified several required repairs that he made and a few things to just monitor going forward. The shop is very clean and modern and I've definitely found my new mechanic in Barrie.
