IP came recommended to us through a friend.

To our surprise, IP captured majority of what we’re looking for after the first meeting. Through the high-low budget process, we were able to prioritize our asks and brainstorm on other potential savings. They presented drawings in different ways when I couldn’t visualize what the design would actually look like. They also recommended and sat in a meeting with us and the neighbor to ensure smoother execution as the crew would have to go through neighbor’s yard to get to ours.

In terms of execution, it was very important to us that there were no complaints from the neighbors. One neighbor commented that “I have found the crew to be very friendly and considerate”. The crew is well taken care of by IP and it was evident through their friendliness, high quality work, clean job site, and working through rain and shine.

Projects always end up being bigger than expected and expect the unexpected when you start digging. The project was on budget to the cent based on original scope. IP team presented optional solutions when they found issues that went beyond original scope. We were able to resolve quickly and continued with the project.

We love our new backyard and we’re very happy with IP’s overall delivery and have and will recommend them.

Overall, the quality of the product delivered was far above what I expected and far above what I have seen from all other landscape companies that do work in my neighbourhood.

Furthermore, they were accommodating with making sure I could use the specific devices I wanted to use for outdoor internet, smart irrigation, and smart landscape lighting.

For our deck, their staff met us at the supply vendor location to help confirm materials and colours. They followed their proposed project timelines.
