I have been a customer for 10 years with Infiniti. I was going to leave the company when Scarborough location closed. Whitby office has restored my faith. They are respectful on time. They advise when they are on their way to your home. They have a fabulous team of professionals beginning with Janine to all installers. It was Marco who spoke with me in regards to replacement of my 2 ductless ac units.

We recently had a new Mitsubishi multi split heat pump system installed in our century home. The process from start to finish was both professional and easy. The sales process with Chris was easy and without pressure; he helped to determine the best system to fit our needs without trying to oversell. Fred installed the system and worked with us to find the best position for the head units after the house itself got in the way of the original install plan. Dealing with Janine to arrange both the install and for payment was also very easy and flexible. Added to all of this.the system was also reasonably priced. If looking for a reputable, professional HVAC company, I would not hesitate to use Infiniti again in the future.

Purchased a 2 stage Energy Star variable DC ECM Carrier furnace. Their price was competitive, the installation was on time and done without any problems. Would definitely recommend them.
