Our furnace broke during one of the coldest weeks of winter. We were in a complete panic until Alex came to our rescue. He immediately took charge of the situation and assessed the problem. He even went above and beyond by scheduling his team during off-hours to ensure that we would have a new furnace installed as soon as possible.

Infiniti Air Conditioning and Heating came out to put in a new AC unit. Alex and his were professional and very responsive to all my needs. The quote was reasonable for service and product provided. I will be using them for future services.

Had a new Carrier gas furnace and heat pump installed by Infiniti to replace an older system. Estimate provided by Alex was properly detailed during his initial visit and he was on hand on the installation date ensuring equipment was as specified and to finalize installation details with the crew. The installers were very professional, and they left the area very clean before leaving. A minor issue was corrected quickly, and system has been working very efficiently for over a month now.

Alex was so great to work with. Respectful and knowledgeable and no pressure. Next day installation and a delay in payment with no interest.

Installers laid sheets down in my upstairs living spaces where they walked so they didn't leave a mess. Installation area was also totally clean when they left. Everyone answered questions as we asked them. Great crew.

Alex and his team really went above and beyond for my family. Our old furnace finally bit the dust at a very inopportune time (morning after Boxing Day) and Alex went extremely out of his way to provide a solution for us with extreme professionalism and promptness. He came after hours to give us a quote and rearranged appointments to have our home energy audit done ASAP in order for us (including our 6 month old baby) to have heat in our home. He walked us through the benefits of purchasing a heat pump/furnace combo and explained and took care of the steps required to receive the government grant. Do not let other companies rushy sales tactics make you bypass the audit prior to installation. We had another company come, promise us a furnace the next day, only to have Alex explain to us that in order to receive the government rebate you need to have an energy audit completed first. Otherwise it is an uphill battle to get the refund. I was impressed by his responsiveness, handling of the energy audit details and his willingness to bend his schedule to show up on a holiday Saturday to install and explain our new appliances. I am always leery hiring companies to do work in my home, but hiring Infinti was an absolute no-brainer. Thanks again!

Our experience with Infiniti Heating and Air Conditioning was phenomenal. From start to finish Alex and his team were beyond professional. Alex was extremely patient and answered all our questions. He arranged everything including the home energy audit. His team was a dream to deal with. They were very punctual and organized. Covering everything in the house to keep the mess down. If they did make a small mess, it was promptly taken care of. Doing their very best to not disturb my sleeping 9 month old. They completed the work quickly and efficiently.

Infiniti technicians were great. Alex suggested a heat-pump to augment the new heating system and which could replace the old air conditioning unit. He mentioned the Greener Homes Grant program which I had not heard of. The entire team was thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. Bought a Carrier Infinity variable speed AC unit in spring 2021 from Infiniti Air Conditioning & Heating.

Great experience with Alex and Infiniti. Price for high quality Carrier AC unit was significantly lower than the local competitors were offering. Even when attempting to negotiate prices with the competitors, they wouldn't go as low as the initial price Infiniti offered. This struck me as honest on the part of Infiniti and they won our business.

When you're without a furnace when -20 hits you are pretty desperate for help. We called as soon as we noticed at 7 in the morning, Infiniti had their person on it to assess by 10 and then get the needed parts and fixed by early afternoon. Very grateful for their quick response and fixing of our situation.
