The technicians came today to repair the A/C unit, they were great, Winston (hope i got his name correctly) explained everything in detail, showed me a few tips on how to perform basic maintenance on the unit. They handled everything in a very professional manner and i would recommend them 100%.

My furnace stopped working Yesterday, Infiniti Scarborough came to my house. They quoted me fair price on replacing the old furnace. Technician came in same day, very fast, efficient and professional service. Highly recommend

They were not the least expensive but from sales to installation every thing was done very professionally. They followed up after installation to make sure every thing was up to my satisfaction. We had a furnace and humidifier installed today by Infiniti, everything from beginning to end was just done perfectly, every one came such as sales rep and installers was very professional, friendly and responsive, one of the technicians answered all my questions and gave me some tips about a new furnace, Cost was resalable as well, Overall everything had done very perfect, i recommend Infiniti.

About six months ago (summer of 2019), the previous owners of Infiniti Air Conditioning and Heating (Scarborough) improperly installed an over-sized furnace and air conditioning system for my elderly mom (Barb) at her house. As the cold weather came, the furnace immediately began having intermittent problems. When the furnace stopped working a few days ago, one of the new owners (Ali) sent a technician to investigate and they determined that a new, properly-sized furnace should be installed. They came over and did the installation in a few hours and answered all of my mom's questions. Thank you to Ali and your team for providing such excellent customer service! My mom also wants to give a special thanks to Fred (Sales and Tech Consultant) for all his support.

Infiniti technician came for annual maintenance. He was well aware of the system mechanism and did such a wonderful jab in servicing my furnace. He took his time and examined all component of the system and cleaned and vacuumed the system. He gave me valuable advice to keep the system safe. He was very courteous and punctual. I highly recommend this entity to every one to minimise maintenance cost.

My furnace was about to die because it was a 15 year old furnace and it kept shutting on and off so I got a few quotes for a new furnace in the past few days. On Saturday, that snowy day it finally died. I called Infiniti Scarborough because of the good reviews. I booked an in-home consultation on Saturday morning, and had Farhad came over and went through all options gave me great price with out unwanted reviews bells and whistles that you never use but offered by bigger companies.price included humidifier and ecobee thermostat, what I really needed, it also include 10 years parts and labour with annual maintenance, which would keep my equipment in tip-top condition.installation crew arrived in less time than 2 hours and finished the job in 4 hours.they answers all my questions before and during installation. They were both very pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend Infiniti Scarborough to everyone.

I needed to change my furnace but I did not know where to start. Infiniti Scarborough was recommended by a friend whom had recently replaced her furnace. I have had bad experience in the past when I was focused on price only. Bad installs, cheap material and inexperienced technicians.
I called Infiniti Scarborough today to fix my furnace which had stopped working. Straight away I was pleasantly assisted by their help desk and a technician was immediately dispatched. He arrived on time, took his time and did a thorough inspection. Unfortunately problem
was bed enough to require a replacement furnace. Farhad came over and explained available options, based on size of home, features and budget also explained about replacement rebate from Carrier and how it would save us money.
