EDIT IN REPLY TO RESPONSE: when your harddrive is damaged from heat or something else, a data recovery professional performs a diagnosis, and perhaps can recover and backup most of the data, but this owner decides to wipe the entire system without performing a backup that meets the standards of a data professional, and without doing a proper diagnosis. This is not analogous to extinguishing a fire.

The owner said he would backup all my files before repaing the system permissions, as he warned me that all my programs and files would be wiped. I come home and find that he only backed up my download folder, but not the documents folder, pictures folder and all the other folders associated with my windows account. I asked the owner why weren't the other folders backed up, and he replied "those folders are empty when I checked". Either he neglected to check all the files on my computer, or his backup software (which he says is a secret.) is not good enough to recover the data that I could not access due to the issue of lost permissions. Then the owner proceeds to gaslight me claiming that I deleted my own user files before I dropped off my computer when the entire reason I came to him was for lost access to my windows account and documents.
I paid $60 to have all of my account files wiped, except the download folder, from what seems to be a simple system reset.
The owner should have known through his '10 years of experience' that there were more files than what could be found in the downloads folder in need of backup, and recommended a data recovery expert. I should have went to a data recovery professional instead.
Lastly, it was incredibly unprofessional of him to not perform a thorough diagnosis before deciding to reset the system as a simple and easy solution. Very arrogant owner.

This is literately the worst place I've ever had. The owner does not know any knowledge on computer except charging more many without doing anything. He has no skills and ability, just many trap, do not waste your time to go there if your computer broken or need anything important.

Don't take passport photos here. Waste of time and money. Photos look really dark (without any light) and really bad. He just clicks once and prints it directly without showing you how it looks like. So you have to pay whether you like it or not.

The owner is a cheat and greedy. His display board says one rate but he takes more money saying tax. But does not give receipt. Don't go there.

Always find the place to be very unfriendly, poor customer service and profit oriented. Just go there because I have no other choice.

Really Nice Place for passport photo and Ink refill. I repeated come back for those services and printing. Owner is very professional and nice. Gaming pc is powerful enough for all popular online games and price is very good for me. High recommended!

To people who wants to print a few pages at here. DO NOT go to this store! Absolutely greedy owner.
Was told one page colour printing for one buck, which is really expensive price. Later, they charged for using their desktop to print for extra. Reasonable? Go to public library for fair price and better service.

Copy and print prices is very expensive. Strange Washroom problem for customers. They add open 24 hours but don’t work 24 hours. They was closed when I went there about 8: 00 am.

The employee there are really nice, The environment is kind of messy, everything is basically renew or second hand, but the price really balanced it out and people who went there they are all pretty friendly. If u are looking for a place to play some video games with low cost, this is the right place for you.

You can get a PC from 10 pm to 8 am for just 10 bucks, so it's a good place to play with friends for cheap. It's not that clean though.

Tonight I visited this store to print a colored document. The employee told me you have to pay $1 for 50 mints because you will use the computer, plus $1 for each page. He told me when you be ready just call me, after 3 mints I called him to print my document. I told him I NEED CLEAR PICTURE NOT TWO COLORS he told me: "THIS IS IMPASSABLE" and he printed to me full paper (two pages) with TWO COLORS. I told him: "OK I will try to fix it" and I really fix it. After I finished and suddenly the computer at the standby mode. I called him again to check what happened and to print the CLEAR ONE WITH ONE COLOR. He said: "your time is out and you have finish quickly because I told you 15 mints NOT 50 mints" and he mentioned "ONE, FIVE" Also, to my new paper "this one is good! " NOW! When the pay time has come, he told me you have to pay 4 more dollars.four dollars for 2 papers, one he modified it to me (WITH TWO COLORS) and one I modified it (WITH ONE COLOR) and he made me to pay the paper that is now inside the garbage.
2 or 4 dollars is nothing.the customer services was terrible.unorganized place because there no label say's $1=15 mints.this is my first and last time to visit the place.
I wish I can give it less than 1 star.

Great Price for gaming and web browsing if you wanna stay more than 2 hours here. I come here everyday when u waiting for your friend to hang out. Lots of choices of food around, and you enjoy playing and eating here with friends. Decent!

I come here mainly to print documents for school. Which is fairly expensive. I don't know about gaming and all but I do wonder about the amount of times the seats and stations are cleaned. I understand if it's too much to clean after every customer but it's not fun grabbing a greasy mouse. Also, this is a good place to refill printer ink, cheap and usable with some tweaking.

I asked to use their washroom, they told me to buy something for it. This is after years of going there. The cheapest people ever!
