The parts manager is absolutely the rudest person I have interacted with at a “luxury dealership”. I see other reviews showing his bad behavior to others and apparently management does not care how their customers are treated. I have been bringing my husband’s car here for service as a loyal downtown customers but we are never coming back but will take the time to drive to Dixie instead.

I recently bought my car Infiniti QX50. I was lucky to have Sufian as my sales agent, he is very informative, explains the different options and costs. As a single mom I needed a reliable car and a peace of mind regards the maintenance. He offered the extended warranty and cost per month was worth it. Sufian Elmsalati care for his customers, friendly, if looking for help in getting a good deal on a car I highly recommend him.

You and your shop of malicious miscreants and mechanical incompetents are the worst infiniti service imaginable. I would not bring my car to your shop were it the only auto service on Earth.

I went to this dealership to look for an SUV i saw online. Sufian contacted me, set up a time for a test drive. I didnt like the first vehicle i saw but Sufian found me something that was in my price range and had a lot more features than the previous one. He then kept in touch over the next few weeks getting me the best price possible.

I recommend him to anyone looking to get a car.

I’ve never experienced anything more worse in my entire life. Wait times ridiculous, parts ordering backed up and delayed, phone wait times and call backs took DAYS, no ride service back to home offered or cars available to use while car being “serviced” and a astronomical quote for a part I later discovered wasn’t even the issue thanks to another mechanic and shop. Do yourself the favour and get a second opinion and save WEEKS of your life and your money.

Asked to have noisy rear brakes repaired on two occasions this year and the problem has not been fixed. Advisor says this is common on Infiniti vehicles. Really? Also spoke to service rep one week ago and asked for winter tire price list. Nothing received to date. Called again three days ago and left message - not returned yet. Left voice mail for General Manager two days ago complaining of poor service - no response. Not sure how to get attention from this dealership.

Sufian showed me incredible patience over a few different appointments in searching for a used car. For a downtown dealership where space is very tight, I was able to test drive 2 cars and compare them side by side. After choosing which one I wanted, it was assured to me that any physical defects would be fixed. He did not disappoint, my 2020 Infiniti q50 looks as if it were brand new and I am incredibly happy with it! Thanks, Sufian!

We had the pleasure of dealing with this dealership this past week, specifically with Sufian Elmsalati.

Our previous experience with car salesmen have been quite pushy on their part, but with Sufian, he took note of our specific car requirements, financial needs, and current car situation and gave us our choices. We test drove all those choices that met our needs but he recommended the one car that met ALL of our needs completely. He was amazing and very trustworthy. He was able to get us a car (in today's supply chain horror of a situation) in 5 days. Unbelievable.

I recommend the dealership and Sufian wholeheartedly, he will take good care of you.

Absolutely stunning levels of service. I was a walk in client needed some wheel work and tires for my infiniti, they went above and beyond to get my car in the next day and done in a matter of hours

The staff really took care of me when it came to sourcing the new tires, and really went out of their way to sort out my missing wheel locks as well

Definitely recommend them for any Infiniti dealer services and will come back when it’s time!

My experience at the downtown Infiniti location was pleasant. Before we went to the dealership, I called in advance to inquire if the vehicle we are interested in is available. Payam was the one who assisted us when we visited and prepared the vehicle right away for us to be able to do a test drive. Rada completed our financing application and assisted us with getting some documents since the bank kept giving us the wrong one. She is also very prompt in responding to my emails.

Downtown Infiniti is an excellent place to take your car for service. The service advisor Minhaj is knowledgeable and provides top level customer service. Never had a issue at the Downtown location, however, I would not recommend the Willowdale location as you are treated as a number not a person. I will never return to the Willowdale location. It was the worst Infiniti and possibly all car agency experience. I had an appointment to see a QX60 2017 for sale. Scheduled an appointment and the sales man Payam confirmed the appointment as I was coming from Waterloo 1.5 hour driving.

When I reached there and met that person, he said Oh the car was sold today. They did not bother themselves to update me and save me the drive.

Then he offered to show me another car. I saw the car, tested it and checked thoroughly. We Went back to his office and he checked my driving license (will sue him if I find a credit check).

After that, he went to check with his manager on how much discount he can get for me. 10 minutes later he came back telling me this car is also sold, let me show you another car!

I ended up wasting 4 hours just because the salesman does not know the most basic info if the cars he is selling are already sold or not!

Honestly this was the worst experience with such unprofessional way of dealing with customers.

With little I can do and beside this review which I believe you deserve, I promise you that I am not going to have Infiniti nor Nissan car for the rest of my life.

I am really sad to have such group of people work for such a good brand!

Certainly the most disappointing of all Infiniti/Nissan dealerships I've used. I've lived and serviced my 2013 Infiniti G37 across multiple cities including Edmonton, Ottawa, and here in Toronto. This downtown Infiniti dealership is unfortunately in a league of its own for lack of reliability and their dishonest practices. My relationship with this business has been purely with the service department so I cannot speak to the quality of the sales department. I've had a few questionable service decisions with respect to possible unnecessary charges/part changes. The most egregious of these decisions was my second to last visit where I'd requested a full point inspection as I was preparing to move the car across Ontario for the better part of the year. I had proceeded with their suggested changes and had brought the car back for an unrelated matter within a month or so. At this follow up visit I was suggested a relatively major parts change. I asked the staff that day as to why this wasn't caught at the major point inspection that I'd paid for to which there was no answer other than an appropriate apology and a small dealership credit. I had used the dealership credit to have the new suggested part change but as usual there was a call in the middle of the day for another chance to upsell another change. This time it was a tire change and I was offered a "great deal" for "superior" all season tires. I was reassured that they wouldn't be available at this price anywhere else as these were a clearance item and the last of their kind in the dealership stock. I agreed and had the tire change. It was a few weeks (during the summer) that I found out the tires were no where near advertised even in the rain. I initially found out I was sold the tires at a SIGNIFICANT mark up compared to available online and in store prices within Toronto. Online reviews gave the tires subpar reviews across the board. Now I've had two major slippage incidents in the cold as these tires are far worse than the ones I replaced. The service representatives must know that their poor and often dishonest suggestions have real world consequences and I feel many people who have subpar experiences just don't give enough feedback. The dealership is very convenient location wise and has reasonable availability for service bookings but beware of the quality of the service you'll receive. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I imagine there will be some generic response to this post and no look into the culture of dishonest service suggestions and practices at the dealership.

Recently moved from North York down to Beaches area, called to book service apt with DT Infiniti, was told it would take 2 to 3 days and no loner vehicles given to first time customers. Was told it has to do with building a relationship first before they give loaners. How can you build a relationship with new customers when you push them away? Guess I'm taking my car to Thornhill location.

Wow! I bought my qx80 with 20000 k on it in May and put 8000 k on it going from Wiarton to Oakville. No city driving. My rear brakes started making a noise about a thousand k ago and I thought I had a stone in the wheel. I could not ever imagined that my rear brakes would be shot. I phoned Dimitri and explained the situation. He did not make me dance or offer up any B. S.he said that this was not right and offered to pay for the work at my mechanic. I am so used to having to fight so this came as quite a surprise. 5 stars to Dimitri but 4 star rating as believe the problem was something that was missed.

The worst experience ever. I am a 3 times infinity client and these guys left me stranded with a faulty battery after bringing in my QX60 after it stalled a few times during a time that I was moving from one house to another. Their excuse was that the computer would not approve the battery change despite the fact that every CAA service driver analyzed the battery and clearly informed me that their was something wrong with it. After escalating and bad social media reviews, the general manager himself finally came to see me the second time I brought the car in, after stalling 4 times and being left stranded, to finally authorize the new battery. In the end, they gave me “valet” service as compensation after having to Uber home the previous time because my home was out of their Service area…. Talk about too little too late. I also went to my car and saw how they had left all the plastic and debris everywhere to greet me. That’s the last time I will ever go to that dealership or buy a car from them ever again. I strongly suggest you avoid this dealership for your service needs.

Either they tried to rip me off, or their mechanics are not great. My Infiniti g37xs was reporting low oil pressure, took it to downtown infiniti, said the issue was seals inside the timing cover and the timing chain.quoted $8,600+tax, majority of it labour. Decided to get another opinion, called Right-Tech Auto asked their price to fix it, they said they want to diagnose themselves first. RIght-Tech said they think dealer mis-diagnosed, ended up replacing ITV solenoids and oil pressure sensor, $1075 inc tax, been driving the car for 3 weeks now no issues.

Just not to waste time to come here to maintain your car! Come for maintenance in the afternoon waited for more than an hour and half, being told “ technicians do not have time to even look at your car because of all other cars that they needed to look from this morning. You know, there are many many cars before you came because you booked in the afternoon! If you want to make sure to be looked at your car, you have to come first thing in the morning we opened. The time of booking is not the time of booking the technicians will start to look at the car. (!) If you have to leave now, you bring first thing in the morning another day”! Needless to say I requested to get free shuttle at the time of booking appointment, of course as usual there was no shuttle! (Service agent did not know the correct reason why I needed to come and also booked for shuttle even though I explained at the time of booking.) This is not the first time. Many customers are complaining but this place just does not change! Worse with new staffs! They want to sell their cars but after that, they do not care. Very sad! Unfortunately I own Infiniti. But I will never come back here again! Next car I will not buy Infiniti even!

This was my third leasing a car and I must say this was the only time I felt good walking out of a dealer ship. Payam and his team made me feel welcome and actually listened to what I needed and how much my budget was. They didn’t try to push me to buy anything and I never felt forced into making a deal. They ordered the wrong tyres for a brand new car they sold me, have mixed up what was to be serviced on my car with another customers, and never meet the indicated time frames for service to be done. The waiting area is depressing as all get out and their wifi is unusable. Once you have purchased a car they don’t give a damn. Going back to Lexus on the Park!

Terrible experience with Leah at the service department. I clearly asked to only check a couple of specific issues with the car, but I got charged for a full check-up. The worst part is when I asked her about the results she was purposely dodging my questions and pushed me to pay for an unnecessary oil change. She is not capable to have an honest conversation with the customer and will insult your intelligence by selling you extra services that you don't need. It was very unprofessional and I'm deeply disappointed. Will never bring my car here again!

Had the best experience ever. Called and asked about a car and got some info on trade in. Walked in and just had to sign papers to get the same deal the gave over the phone unlike other places where they ask you to come in then give you a much lower price on trade in.
Left with a smile because i got the car I wanted for the price I asked for
They're also giving me winter mats.
Gave me a big discount plus all the extras
Can't beat them. Other dealerships weren't even able to match the price of this one because it was so low
Definitely recommend it to anyone looking to get the best deal

Booked an appointment 3 weeks ago. Had to get an estimate on cabin light not working. Swap the tires to winter tires.

Cabin light estimate cannot be given till weekday? Tires cannot be replaced either because of OEM spacers need to be replaced. Service rep asked me to take it to the infiniti dealership where I bought the car from.

I am confused. I have an infiniti car. I am getting service done at an Infiniti dealership and I am being asked to go to another infiniti dealership.

Considering that this is the tire swapping season do you think you can carry parts to accommodate such issues.

To offer her some perspective prior to that test drive and purchase, I booked a test drive online for a Certified Pre Owned Volvo that Infiniti had received on trade in. William, the sales representative, was quick to reply. We were greeted immediately upon arrival and we felt very welcomed and taken care of. William had the vehicle brought around and proceed to take us through a walk around inspection. When he learned we were looking to purchase the vehicle for my girlfriend he directed most of his attention to her, which she and I greatly appreciated. Most sales people tended to ignore her and assume I was the decision maker.

William had tremendous knowledge of the vehicle and was very informative during our test drive. He did not rush us and ensured we both had a good understanding of the vehicle prior to and during the test drive. His professional manner, genuinity and honesty were very refreshing.

We picked up the vehicle this afternoon and were treated very well by everyone we crossed paths with. All the staff were very helpful and cheerful. We didn't wait long for our vehicle to be ready and David, the delivery specialist, was ecstatic to help us learn a little more about the vehicle before leaving the dealership. He was also very knowledgeable about the vehicle despite it not being an Infiniti/Nissan. He took the initiative to research the vehicle on his own so he could provide us with the best service.

We are very pleased with our experience from tip to toe. We would highly recommend this dealership to those looking for fantastic customer service and knowledgeable staff.

We got some little problem when picked up the car but solved it eventually. I was very happy with the solutions and service they provided me. Miranda was patient and very helpful. Hani and Dimitri, the managers, are very helpful and kind, and they got my problem solved very timely.
Rada and Leo helped me as well for getting my approval for the leasing and pricing.
I also got very good deal for QX60 from here.
I will definitely refer this place to my friends. And I will highly recommend Miranda if you are looking for a sales consultant.
