Infinity Health Centre: Walk-in Medical Clinic and Chiropractic/Physical Therapy Centre

Had a great experience with this walk-in! Loved being able to make an appointment beforehand. The doctor I saw was great! Everyone working there was kind and prompt. I was in and out within 15 minutes.

Great experience. First time visiting this clinic and meeting Dr Powar. She was patient and attentive.

Always had quick service. Apportionments are also always on time. Dr. Powar is empathetic and thorough. After a string of failed appointments with other doctors, I’m really glad I came here.

Amazing clinic and great service. I was able to get an appt for my daughter within a few hours. The doctor and his (male) assistant were wonderful. They both made my daughter feel comfortable.especially when she’s anxious about seeing a male MD. No wait time and the doctor even sent the RX to our pharmacy. Everything was seamless. Which is very helpful when your kid is sick.

The clinic is very clean, modern and conveniently located in Rexall. Love how you can shop while waiting for your appt. Highly recommend this clinic.

My wife and I were out of town and needed to consult with a doctor. The video chat consultation was very helpful and the technical part was simple. Upon our arrival to Oakville, we were treated with kindness by everyone we encountered. All of issues were cared for in a professional, efficient manner. I don't see this as excellent service at all. Very limited days when doctors work if you need someone specific. Can only make an appt.one week in advance, so if you are trying to schedule further than this you have to call back. Unable to make an appointment on line without a whole host of limitations. Sorry, but this is not customer centric. The doctors may be excellent (I don't know) but the administrative process is poor. While I appreciate there is probably a whole host of logistics going on in the background in terms of doctors working at different sites, etc, the workload of trying to schedule an appointment is on the patient. I'm only writing this because they market themselves as top notch and clearly they may want to rethink their processes.

I had some numbness and tingling in my right arm, and have seen a few physiotherapists before a doctor recommended Dr. Wessel to me. After one session with him, I can see dramatic results, and after a month, my numbness and tingling is gone. Dr. Wessel is always extremely patient and explained everything to me in detail.

Once I got an appointment I was able to see doctor. First I walked-in expecting "walk-in" means what it used to mean. However, you get to talk to real people once you book an appointment.

The clinic receptionist Omar Siddik was attentive to details, empathetic, understanding and patient centric.

I was diagnosed with a pinched nerve affecting my arm and hand. Since the very first session Dr. Wessel was very knowledgeable and nice. We worked through various sessions and exercises and the pain and numbness were gone. I would recommend Dr. Wessel for any chiropractor need. Thanks Dr. Wessel

Yesterday was our second encounter with this wonderful Walk-in we have in Oakville. The Receptionist Roya went above and beyond to help us. We had returned from a trip inside Canada and tested positive for Covid. We qualify for Paxlovid but we’re having trouble obtaining it. Roya made arrangements for us to have a phone consultation with their Doctor without any hesitation. We finally received the antiviral last night and already are symptoms are improved. Thank you Roya?

I just walked in with a big gash in my Thum and the doctor could squeeze me in. He fixed me up in no time. Very efficient and helpful. Thanks very much

Dr. Powar is professional, patient, dynamic and a great doctor. They always try to accommodate me and book appointments as soon as possible. The Oakville location is great.

Everyone is so nice and kind and patient and understanding! Especially Dr. Sharman who knows what to do on every situation! And the decorations in the clinic are beyond! Look professional! Definitely returning!

This review is for Dr. Phil Wessel and Dr. Brodzik. I had a very bad injury on my upper left neck, back, shoulder, arm and fingers, where it would be stiff, in a lot of pain, constant pain. Dr. Brodzik saw me in the walk in clinic and after some tests/imaging recommended me see Dr. Wessel. While my results showed a small rotator cuff tear, Dr. Wessel (Chiro) in consultation with Dr. Brodzik identified the issue stemming from the neck, and after being treated for almost a month by Dr. Wessel, I can say that my full neck, back and shoulder mobility is back, some slight pain is left as I am still healing, but I did like the approach Dr. Wessel took, with information on what he believed the injury was, and he gave me exercises to do a home. I would strongly recommend this place as a walk in clinic, and Dr. Wessel as a good shoulder and general injury specialist.

I have been a patient at Infinity Health Centre downtown Toronto and in Oakville for over seven years, and wish I could give more than five stars. I have seen many doctors at the clinics, however, Dr. Sharman has been my primary care provider and I have known him for many years and really appreciate him. Infinity's walk-in service is not merely transactional. Rather, Dr. Sharman and his team go above and beyond in developing the doctor-patient relationship, and are really remarkable and professional with their medical services. I could not recommend Infinity Health more, and am really grateful for everything they have done for me over the years. Thank you, and rest assured you will not be disappointed!

Couldn’t have had a better experience. I received a quick response from a very friendly receptionist for my appointment. Dr. Paul Brodzik made me feel very comfortable. Would not hesitate to go back should I need medical attention.

Pretty awesome service. I filled out an online form prior to office hours, got a follow up call at 9: 05 and was in to see the dr at 11: 20, got my x-ray at 12. That’s efficient and friendly service. Great job.

First appointment today at this new Medical Clinic in Bronte, Infinity Health Centre. Impressed with the clean, modern facility and the professionalism of the Reception staff. I was seen by a Dr Sharman, who was very pleasant, approachable and was able to diagnose my symptoms quickly and recommend a solution. This Medical Clinic is ideally suited within the new Rexall Pharmacy Store in Bronte. An appointment is required and the hours are 9-5 - Monday to Friday. A welcome much needed addition to Bronte!

I saw Doctor Brodzik on monday he was very kind and proactive referred me to eye doctor for my issue and im already undergoing eye testing i also saw Doctor Powal yesterday to inspect several moles she was attentive and spotted one that she suggested is best to investigate and removed it inmediately they are both amazingggg doctors thank u for taking such good care of my needs highly recommend this clinic its not ur average walk in its a 5 star amazing doctors clinic

We had a good visit with Dr. Brodzik who saw my daughter for stomach pain. He was most proactive than majority of doctors we have seen in Canada.

The doctor was right on schedule. No waiting 1/2 hour. He wrote down all my concerns. Very patient. I felt confident in his abilities. The receptionist was very gracious.
I was surprisingly impressed.

This place is awesome I meet with doctor forgot his name but he was understanding and agreed with me that mri it ct and that I need to see a specialist is in order to check my condition even thought that ultrasound was done but ultra sound can miss critical numbers when dealing with millimetres where my family doctor lied to me saying that family doctors can’t order mri while other clinics treat you like a number get in out as fast I guess they don’t want to deal with scans I was told about this clinic by friend MRI and CT scan was ordered which ever one comes first this is the only place I will go from now on even though I live in Hamilton and receptionist was amazing

This has to be the best walk-in clinic I have ever visited. Wish they would have more operating hours and weekends as they are amazing.

Thank you greatly to the support front staff team for getting my children on 2 different days in so quickly. The team is great and getting you in for an appointment as quickly as possible and it is wonderful to not sit in a waiting room. Dr. Brodzik helped both my children and was very kind, helpful and gave clear details as well as appropriate prescription. His attentiveness, kindness and caring attitude is greatly appreciated. Thank you all kindly as you were able to help us out and thankfully my kids high fevers and symptoms are calming down and could not have done this without the stellar support from Infinity Health Centre.

Please don’t get me wrong the Doctors are amazing but the staff responsible for scheduling appointments NEEDS IMPROVEMENT. I had a bad experience with scheduling appointments at this clinic.

First, I called the Oakville Clinic and spoke with a lady, it was very clear that I was booked the following day then I came in for my appointment and I was told that I was not booked and wasted my time and effort coming in then she just asked me to come the day after.

Another incident that happened was booking an appointment for my child, I requested for a Doctor and even booked one week ahead. I spoke with a lady and told us the we were booked with the Doctor that I requested. My child and I came to the Oakville Clinic just to realized that we weren’t book with the Doctor that we requested as promised. Another gentleman came in and I over heard that he was booked with the same doctor that we requested at the same time schedule as us. Before I even react to it the other Doctor came out and called us. Im not against seeing other Doctor but the fact that we accepted waiting for a week just to see the Doctor that we requested was very disappointing. The staff responsible for scheduling appointment needs proper training. I tried reaching out to the clinic regarding this but no one is getting back to me. I hope the management would see this and hopefully train your staff well.

First I’ll say the doctors are amazing and getting an appointment is outstanding. However 3 stars since I would not recommend visiting this clinic for out of province medical. I took my mother there for a few visits in summer 2021 and Manitoba medical would not reimburse the charges since the clinic wouldn’t provide them with the appropriate information for the claim. They do not offer direct billing outside of Ontario.

Great walk-in service. Booked a walk-in appointment within 2 hours of calling ahead, was less than a 3 minute wait for my appointment, and the doctor was very kind and thorough with his assessment. He was trusting in my responses and asked many questions to understand the full picture beyond that of my family doctors. My family will definitely use this walk-in again:)

Got my Nexplanon here yesterday, Dr. Powar was extremely professional and trustworthy. The entire procedure was fast and clear, only a bee sting feeling during local numbing. The reception was also super friendly!

It's the best walk-in clinic I can find around my area. The doctors are very responsible and super nice. Most importantly, the team is professional. The front desk is efficient and they will call you to get an earlier appointment if anyone canceled.

Simo is one of the best physical therapist in Toronto area. I am a personal trainer and I reached out to him due to my shoulder injury after I fell on the stairs. The shoulders problem were persistent for more than one year. He helped me heal faster and provided a stellar service. In addition, he taught me a lot of exercises that I can use to strengthen my shoulders which can be translatable into my work. Thank you Simo for all the help and I promise that I will advise all my clients to go to you for any muscular treatment or injury. 5 stars and more!
