Infinity Nails & Day Spa

I recently visited Infinity nails salons as “Nails for You” was all booked up. I decided on dip nails and picked out a colour which looked light pink (almost white) but after two coats on it was totally the wrong colour and looked like a bright almost hot pink. My nails tech kept on explaining that that’s how it looks when on a actual nail but the fact was it was a total different colour. After going back and forth she decided to pick a shellac colour to put on top. In the end she was quite nice and understanding but it was a big hassle. Once they were finished I still didn’t love them as they seemed messy and bulky. After only a week I noticed lifting, weird texture and the shellac starting to chip. The whole reason I spend more money on dip is so they can last 3-4 weeks. When getting my nails professionally done I expect no lifting and chipping. Overall i’m very unsatisfied that I payed over $40 and they r barely lasting 2 weeks. I will not be visiting again.

This place has become my go-to. Cathy does a great job with bio gel nails and always helps to pick out a nice colour

Been going for dip nails for a few months. Normally they last weeks but last time they lasted days. Went to have them removed and the tech butchered my nails. She scraped layers of nail off and left my nails in such pain. Pedicure chipped off the same day. Won’t be returning
2021- Decided to return recently as it's so close to home but unfortunately am once again very disappointed. My shellac manicure lasted less than one week before chipping. I think they use old products that are no longer effective. Even the shellac on my toes chipped. Will be looking for a new place with better quality products

I used to be really satisfied here, but after my last visit, I am very disappointed and won't be back again. Lami was rude and rushed through. My nails looked choppy, uneven and overall with lots of flaws. Really upset. Won't be coming back.

I did dipping powder in this salon on Friday July 2nd and this is how my nails look the next Monday! I do not recommend this place at all, $40 should buy better quality services!

I paid 40$ and I have never cried about my nails but they did the absolute worst job my nails chipped after 30 min and they were scratched and the shap was uneven

Do not come here. They made my fingers bleed. My nails are falling off and the ones that aren't have a huge gap between the nail and the fake nail. Anything can get in there. I paid 62 dollars. Never coming here again.

Worst nail salon i’ve ever gone to. I have gone twice as it was the only nail salon with availability. Both times my nails broke within 9 days. They were 50$ and broke in nine days. Salon was so dirty and although we scheduled an appointment we waited 45 mins for our appointment to start after getting there. Worst nail experience. Kinda pressed.

Went there because where I go was closed. All my nails are super thick, ugly and I don’t know how she managed it but ALL of them are different shape and length

Ive been here a few times for nails never had any complaints. BUT I went here again to get a pedicure and that is my regret. The lady was very harsh and made one of my toes bleed and it now has a small scab on it. The next day I also noticed another toe of mine has gotten a infection.it was red and swollen and it seems to be because of how harshly she cut my nails and cuticles to the point where it was an open wound ready to get infected. Their stuff is not sanitary because after cutting me she put a bunch of other things on my foot that caused the infection. I have never had a problem with pedicures at other places and i sure as hell will not be going back here because i now have to take medication for this to go away. SO NOT WORTH IT!

Shellac manicure is already peeling off on half the nails. Its been a week exactly. I get shellac manicures regularly and they ALWAYS last me at least 3-4 weeks. This is horrible.

This place is quite big and the wait wasn't long since i booked an appointment ahead of time (about an hour earlier). I got the nail tech May/Mae (not sure how it's spelt), but she's GENUINELY the nicest nail tech I've met. I've had a few times I've gotten glares from my nail techs when I get picky with the length, shape, or colour of my acrylics, but she gladly took in my requests. I got acrylics with shellac and they were $40 including tax and all. They turned put really nicely, not too thin or thick and shape and polish were well done. My only thing is that the side on the underside of the nail there's a bit of excess hardened powder that got onto my skin, but it's alright since if i pick it off it comes off easily. Not sure how long they'll hold since I just got them today, but it's first time I was happily giving a tip and immediately want to come back for refills. Definitely quite happy with experience.

HEALTH HAZARD!
Simple shellac on natural nails came off in less than 2 weeks. Not to mention that my cuticles got bloody during the manicure and the girl said her tools were clean because she had bought them the day before!

The staff are so nice my nails lasted so long dont listen to the other reviews there non sense I definitely recommend infinity they are amazing! And amazing prices

Went to get my daughters nails done for high school grad. They did ok.on her feet nail polish.but as for her acrylic nails.horrible.she insisted not to look till the end and what Bad job! Sorry i know the one lady does not make everyone working there bad at there job.any ways vent done now have to go get them re done before grad! Lmao 55$ later already

Walked in and got a Mani Pedi. Shellac went on smooth and even. They even had matching polish for my toes.

Great place. Just started coming here and I've seen Lami a few times. She is professional and very nice. The prices are reasonable and the staff are very friendly. Will definitely continue coming here!

I normally don’t publically complain but I am really upset with how my nails are right now. I will never be returning here. Worst experience with my nails. I’ve been here before and the wait is always annoying, they accept too many people for the staff and space they don’t have. I asked to just have my shellac removed. Made an appointment too. I was there for an HOUR. I waited for 15 minuets. That wasn’t the stressful part. It was taking my shellac off! The man clearly did not know how to do it. He used the drill to remove the top layer but didnt do it properly. He used the tiniest piece of cotton to put acetone on and wrap each finger with. Then he couldn’t get off the nail polish and said whoever put it on used too many coats. (She used one coat at my regular salon which I should have gone to remove it in the first place). Then some woman came over to finish taking it off. She aggressively used the drill on me, pressing hard and going fast. I told her to be careful and not make my nails too thin. She said they’re already thin and that shellac isn’t meant for my nails. I told her not to cut them because I’ve been here long enough and went home to cut and file them myself, before they could be ruined any further. In my full THREE years of getting shellac I have never had such an issue removing my polish. My nails are ruined and cracking down to the centre of my nail bed! Horrible salon!

Pretty good experience! Have come in the past years ago. Will definitely return next time) EDIT: sorry! I had to take away a star because I noticed afterwards my finger was cut pretty bad.

Great prices. Friendly staff. Place could use a cleaning but I would come here again because service was great and prices are amazing! This place should have a higher rating.

Honestly I have never been one for leaving bad reviews but i have also never been so disappointed with a nail salon before. Let’s not even start with how i had an appointment and still had to wait to get my nails done. But the nails i got here are by far the worst nails i have ever gotten before. The lady doing my acrylics glued part of them onto my finger and it was extremely painful getting it off it literally took off a chunk of my skin. Don’t get me started on the nails. They are not the shape i asked for and when i asked her to fix them she barely did. I have never had to ask for this many corrections wth my nails. The shape is off. They are crooked and extremely uneven. The airbrush is also uneven and some nails have singinificantly more airbrush done than others. At this point i was ready never to come back here but what pushed me to leaving this review is when i noticed that not even 6 hours later my shellac had already chipped! I would not recommend this place and highly suggest you stay away from here!
