I took my iphone 11 for a full body and screen repair. They said that it would take a couple of days to fix everything, but they called me a day later telling me that it was ready for pick up! The pricing was very fair, and they fixed it very quickly. The staff are extremely kind, and Junebug is adorable. Thank you again!

EDIT: you replied to a prior negative review with the following:
"when a repair goes badly, we ALWAYS (sic) do our upmost to make it right for the customer. First we will switch the screen with a warrenty replacement at no cost to the client, and if there are further problems we will deremine the underlying cause and if not fixable we refund the customer"
- so which is it? How could this possibly be true if you can just arbitrarily say "well we dont know what happened, maybe it magically bent in your pocket and broke 12 hours later"? You can make claims that it was "damaged" all you want, but IT WASNT.it should be expected to survive normal use, PERIOD.it was literally the next day.i was kind because i suspect its due to the LCD having sustained microfractures in shipping, making it sensitive to vibration or shock, which im sure you know is something that does happen. I didnt want to insult anyones work, nor for having to follow poor policy.would you have preferred I fought more at the time? Im just sharing exactly my experience.what have i said that wasnt true?
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Used this service to replace a broken Samsung Galaxy S20 screen. Part was ordered and work was started very quickly, staff was very kind.however, in less than 24hrs with this new screen, cracks (yes, plural, in completely different spots so it cant be localized physical damage) appeared on the LCD panel itself, *underneath* the glass, and the entire panel immediately stopped functioning entirely.no external damage occured, phone was in a case, in a pocket at the time of failure.
This shop, despite knowing with good certainty that this damage is due to defective parts/work and not external damage, REFUSED to cover the repair under warrenty.due to the urgency in which i needed the device, i discover they conveniently ordered TWO screens, and charged me another $100 (discounted from the original $200, oh how generous) to RESTORE THEIR OWN DEFECTIVE WORK.they tried to claim that they cant be sure it didnt "bend in my pocket". If this is an official samsung part like they claim, i should be able to throw this device at a brick wall and still at least get a picture.the entire screen literally failed immediately.completely black, disconnected, no touch response or haptic feedback, nothing.despite myself making every effort to be kind to the staff, understanding they are following some policy, and despite them being kind enough and fast enough with the work, i would avoid this shop like the plague unless youre willing to be exploited with the advantage of the work being relatively quick, and poor. (i will give credit, staff is very nice and seemingly confident, and thats probably the only reason for the disproportionately positive reviews.)

We have used the services of Infrared for both cellphone matters and computer matters. The staff is very knowledgeable and willing to use their expertise to "go the extra mile" to solve any issues presented to them. The atmosphere is low-key, relaxed and friendly. The services that Infrared offers are very competitively priced and reliable. When we need help, this is our "go to" place.

The customer service here is pretty bad. They never get back to you. I've had issues before and still I wait for them to call me with my repair part
