Was there with my brother who bought a GSX100S earlier in the year. Expensive bike. Other then the parts dude who took an interesting us (it wasn't busy in any way) no one really even acknowledged us other then one other guy saying hello. I was going to be looking for road race boots and my brother was thinking about trading his bike in for something else. I've spent thousands this year on a bike, helmet, jacket, gloves.then boots, full leathers and different gloves. Pay attention to people when you're not busy.they might have more dough in their pocket then you think.

I needed stuff to ride and they had it. Basically helpful staff and alot of gear and bikes to look at.

I have dealt with Inglis Cycle for the last 5 years or so and the owners and staff have always gone above and beyond. Adam in Service gets a special mention but everyone has been exceptional in Parts and Service. I have bought and sold privately and the staff were very supportive with both transactions as well.

Great service there, super friendly and they have a very nice show room. They could have a pit more clothing selection but they do carry some of the big name brands there. They also price match with other Canadian websites so that's always a bonus.

The cool thing about Inglis is if you're looking for something you can rest assured that they have it on backorder for months or possibly indefinitely. They're not even on my radar of places to search anymore.

Haven't been there for about 20 years needed a part for my helmet the counter staff was super helpful and ordered the part I needed was checking out the new bikes and didn't get harassed by any sales person which was nice if I had a question they were there to ask

I've been dealing with Inglis since the late 90s and my dad has been since the 70s, we wouldn't take our bikes anywhere else. The customer service is unbeatable. I recommend if you have anything you need for your motorcycle, these guys are the ones to see. Thanks Inglis for the great service over the years and in advance for all the years to come.

Service Department is a joke. I called to ask a simple question about my less than two week old machine and was treated like a nuisance.

Just purchased 2021 vaquero from Kawasaki. The bike is enjoyable to ride as it was to buy.cant say enough good things dealing with Scott porter and the rest of the inglis team.if you want a bike these are the guys.

Looked everywhere for parts for my classic Suzuki and Inglis senior staff knew exactly where to look when it was not showing up on the computer inventory list- I was so pleased with the service and have recommended them to other friends who have bikes.

Great dealership. I just bought a used Triumph STT from them. Mike has been very professional and friendly during all the transaction. Scott even helped me to load the motorcycle in the van for the transportation (I am living quite far from the dealership). I highly recommend this dealership.

I live in Toronto and needed anew tire for my Triumph Thunderbird. Dealers in and around Toronto were way too busy and would only help if I removed my front tire. I called Inglis, Taylor found a tire and inner tube for machine. He matched an online price. The service deparent scheduled me for the next week. Due to rain in the forecast, Gord in service was nice enough to open early a few days before my scheduled service. Gord was very personable, helpful and prompt. Inglis is a bit of a hike from my home in East end Toronto but they are getting all my service in the future. I cannot say enough nice things about this dealership. Three years ago they assisted me in locating a discontinued accessory for my Thunderbird. I have been driving a motorcycle since 1975 so I have seen my fair share of dealerships. These guys rate right up there. Excellent job.

Has new rubber installed and an oil change. They were very thorough. They even found 2 recalls. I will defiantly be back for more service and upgrades.

Never been personally. But bought a sweater from Yamaha website and when it came the invoice was from this business. Long story short they quit replying to my emails when inquiring about exchanging a medium for a large. Wonderful service Gord.

There is no such thing as above and beyond here, at Inglis it's called business as usual. Whether you are there for a Keychain or a couple of new bikes they will treat you like family. I've shopped there since I was 14 and am 46 now and will never shop anywhere else. Best shop in Ontario hands down.

Gord an Mike. I can't say enough about these two brothers. I get all my race gear from them parts. If you want to buy a bike. Go know where else. They will treat you like family.

Service and accessories are great if not for them they would have got one star. Called in and was shocked that Adam decided to walk a 9000 dollar sale over 300 bucks. I went to fast track to purchase my bike. In my time at Inglis I haven't seen anyone on the sales floor buying, went to fast track and 2 people aside from myself visited the floor. Adams response was I need to sell that bike for what I can it's the last one, I'm not going to drop the price. Ok no problem I went else where, and I encourage others to do the same

I have been a customer of Inglis Cycle going on 40 years now. Be it with a Ducati, Yamaha or Kawasaki they have ALWAYS been there for me, regardless of if the motorcycle was purchased through Inglis or not.
I recently purchased a Honda from the other dealer in London, but still go to Inglis for accessories, as the the other dealer has an insincere, greedy feeling to it.
Gord and the boys know how to make you feel welcome!

I have taken all of my bikes to Inglis, they do great work and Adam is excellent. I have taken my bikes elsewhere due to convenience but they do not cut it. I have always be treated courteously at Inglis and they have often made recommendations which have served me well and saved me money. I just purchased a new Goldwing, and guess where it is going to go? Cheers

This has been my go-to Moto store for the last 15 or so years. I have never had a bad experience or had bad customer service. They are very friendly and always willing to help. They don't bombard you when you walk in either very good experience and would recommend it to anyone amateur or pro riders.

Adam is awesome. Full of valuable knowledge for a sales guy. Can find you the prefect fit for what you need. Mike and Gord are awesome people making you feel at home even if your not buying anything. Great selection of motorcycles and accessories. Honest shop that will support your purchase for years to come.

Great place, great staff! I just bought my second bike from them (last one i bought from them was 10 years ago) and I am telling you it was a fantastic experience as has been my ten years of taking my bike to them for service. My sales guy, Scott is just a wonderful human being, never talks down to you, never even hinted at belittling my trade-in, explained what i am getting for my trade and new bike and *why*! Made sure I am happy with the deal, which of course I am! Heck he even drove me home after i dropped off my trade. I have been to other big dealers with bells and whistles and gimmicks and let me tell you nothing compares with family owned proud-to-give-you-great-service and products dealers like this. I am grateful for having them in town. Last time i bought a bike from them i drove from Toronto just for that. I can go on and on, but nuf said. Thank you Scott, Thank you Gord!

Good place. If you look you will find better deals. Was not fond of the judgement but I guess it's to be expected. Parts people can't find anything without a vin.

I always go here for my motorcycle service. I trust them to do a great job. When you're moving at 120 on two wheels, you need to trust the people who serviced your bike.

I bought a 2016 victory Vegas motorcycle last year and the sales team were great and this year I bought saddle bags from their accessory department.so I only gave inglis 4 stars for now I'm a long haul truck driver and it's hard for me to book an appointment for my break in service and get my saddle bags installed I was sent home today after getting back to yard for truck repairs to report back to work on Monday always a last minute notice for time off so I can't plan for anything so tomorrow I will visit inglis service department and see if they go from 4 stars to 5

Had my bike serviced back in March, to get it ready for spring, spent $980 bucks in total got pair of tires battery and Saftey certificate oil change etc, , I specifically asked the owner Gord that I need this bike looked at top to bottom for my summer ridding season so all summer I can ride with no issue, to my surprise week ago bike starts to miss fire I checked beside spark plugs ignition coils needed to be changed and air filter was filthy, I am not sure why I paid over $400 beside tires and battery job? Not sure what was inspected, shoddy service, could have made more money from me by not being lazy, I decided to do so all of this my self, over priced service
