Inline Fiberglass Windows & Doors

Highly recommend Inline Fiberglass windows for your next project. I’m a general contractor and we’ve done 8 and counting projects with Inline and we absolutely love their product and working with their team. Their sales rep Larry always makes time for us, he under promises and over delivers, and the fiberglass is a such a better product than vinyl and less maintenance than wood. They took us for a tour of their production plant and are knowledgeable and passionate.

We first worked with Inline more than a decade ago when, with the help of Dmitry in the showroom, we bought a patio door and transom window which are still going strong. So this past spring, when it came time to consider a new front door, we immediately looked to Inline. Again, thanks to Dmitry, along with Mike and his expert installation team, we now have a fresh, new entry door with sidelights as well as a new entryway window that together have transformed the look and feel of our 100 year old city home. Need I say, all for the better! Along the way, any questions or concerns were always addressed in a timely and professional manner and our requested installation date was readily accommodated. Once installed, the window needed a slight adjustment, which was tended to quickly - and as scheduled - without issue. Plus, we really appreciate that Inline is locally based. To sum up, our experience this year with the Inline team was all very positive and we'd highly recommend them.

I recently worked with Samantha Nolet on our new build project and she was able to answer all of our questions and bring our design to life. Our new windows look amazing, I would definitely recommend checking out their company!

Would HIGHLY recommend. Our representative was Thomas and he was very friendly, attentive, and explained everything. We felt we could make informed decisions without any pressure. He was fantastic. The showroom was great as well with communicating timelines. The installation team was fantastic and we are so very happy with our black windows. They also did it all in one day. Stop looking for other companies and go to these guys and gals. 10/10.

I'm absolutely in LOVE with my Inline Fiberglass windows. Just gorgeous and the quality can't be beat. The service we received from Thomas H was outstanding! He helped us choose the perfect windows and door for our house. It really took our home renovation to a whole new level. We have received so many compliments from our neighbours and visitors. Highly recommend!

Terrible company. Just trying to get information over the phone and everyone I spoke to seems annoyed, put off by questions and unhelpful. I am really not sure how a company like this is able to stay afloat if this is the attitude they provide right from the get-go. Strange mannerisms and sad to experience. Then reading the terrible performance reviews on here, the case is closed. Seems like a company that spends a lot on advertising and little on customer service and performance. No thanks.

Terrible service. We purchased several doors/windows from them total worth more than 30K. A year later I wanted to install a lock for one of the sliding doors where the terrible experience with their service team started. I had to travel 30km to pickup the lock twice because the agent "forgot" to give me the handle that comes with the lock. And then, to my surprise, when a technician came to install it, it was not compatible with our door! He then changed the lock and a day later it was not working. They changed the lock and during testing, the latch in the inside handle broke. He was supposed to some back the following day. I have been waiting for about 1 week now for the technician to come back and finish the job. He has not showed up yet. I have emailed the sales person (Richard) several times since and he has not responded to my emails yet. So I ended up paying $250 for a lock/service that is not not working and on top of that they do not bother responding to my follow up emails. Very disappointing and unacceptable after sales service for a customer who paid 30K for their products.

I've purchased two custom windows and one custom door from Inline. They are all of the highest quality in construction and insulation. I had a small issue with one window and they serviced it within a few days. What impresses me most is the strength of the construction and mechanisms, which allows them to support large panes of double or triple glazed units, enhancing the aesthetics, and providing a view that's not interrupted by cross members. If you live in Toronto, you can visit their showroom near the airport and see for yourself. My next window or door will be from Inline!

I purchased all new windows for my home from Inline. We encountered issues at every stage of the process. They provided information for a wire transfer which bounced back, they claim it was my banks fault, my bank claims the transfer info was wrong. So I had to send a check overnight via UPS. I received a message that my windows were ready, so I contracted with a shipping company to pick them up. When the truck arrived and the windows were not ready. The sales rep claimed that this was the fault of the glass supplier. How a company telling you to come pick-up your windows and less than half of the windows actually being complete is someone else's fault is beyond me. It took another two weeks to receive the windows which is highly problematic when you are trying to build a house.

My order included pole-operable clerestory windows. The clerestory windows which I received and installed are not operable with the pole provided in my order. I informed Inline of this over a year ago and they claim that the hardware is no longer available and that they are working on a solution. They were aware of this when they manufactured the windows as there is a non-typical handle that was intended for a pole that must have been made in house, but it is non-functional and no one tested if it would work before they sent it out to me. They have been unable or unwilling to fix the issue or refund my purchase, so I have been climbing up and ladder to open and close these windows for over a year.

Inline has the worst customer service I have ever received. When I followed up on the issue weeks or months after asking for an update I still got no response. At no point in this mess has anyone from Inline admitted their mistake, it is always someone else's fault. I would strongly discourage anyone from purchasing windows from Inline. They are happy to take your money but you will be on your own when you encounter an issue with the product.

We worked with Samantha Nolet to put together our quote for replacing windows and doors, which included a visit to their showroom to understand all the various options available. Samantha was very professional and worked hard to answer all our questions and patiently worked through all the various options in pricing we requested. She was very responsive, even after we paid our deposit, which is nice. We waited almost 1 year for our windows and doors. We had Mo install our windows within a week, plus a few additional weeks to deal with finishes and minor deficiencies. Mo is through and we ended up with an installation we are very happy with. Mo is a busy installer, and so once he leaves, he might make a late evening call to finish up, but he gets the job done. I waited a while to post a review to get through a winter and a summer. The windows perform and the house is noticeably more comfortable. We had a small warranty issue and Inline responded to a single email, by having a technician show up and solve all the issues. Samantha was also helpful in getting the paper work for the Greening Homes rebate.

We had Tom and his team replace our windows and our back door. They are perfect. We are so thankful for their incredible products.

We selected Inline for two residential projects through Larry Gatt. From the start of the project to aftercare, Larry Gatt was an absolute gentleman. The product was delivered, installed on time and as promised and any issues adjusted immediately. They went above and beyond to ensure that for one project the fit of the custom windows was perfect. The end product made the residence look completely new, fresh and modern, and the build quality of the product was excellent. The windows have been in for 1y, problem free.

Honestly, a bit slow at first with communication, but once they got the warranty windows ready, the installation team was amazing! Courteous, careful, tidy, attention to detail over and above - especially Mandeep. The task was not easy, requiring scaffolding and some tricky footwork while handling a very large and heavy piece of glass, but as a team, they managed it successfully while I held my breath. Thank you! Thank you! I’ll attach a video if I can figure out how. Lol

Inline supplied all my windows and doors. First of all the quality is absolutely amazing! Secondly and I guess the more important aspect is customer service! Their customer service is just exceptional! As is normal in construction there will be some chips and scratches; these guys come out and simply ensure everything is crisp!
Just had Mandeep and Jamer come to adjust all the windows and doors and they simply also went above and beyond! Ensured all windows are lubricated. Anything they noticed on their own as well, they ensured they fixed.

A horrible experience for me. I absolutely do not recommend this product or company.
I'm an engineer with some experience and training in heat transfer and HVAC.
I've had windows in other houses, that at similar humidity levels did not sweat.
The sweating isn't my only complaint. It’s not even my biggest dissatisfaction but I can’t list the other issues here.
As for the sweating, yes, like many people I would like to run a humidifier in the winter. Unfortunately these windows seem to sweat from about November onwards, throughout the winter, whether I run it or not.
In my experience, if a window has good thermal properties and a sufficiently high R value those properties will eliminate sweating. In my opinion I don’t see an air circulation problem because the air is constantly circulating in my house and other than closing the blinds at night, the airflow to the windows is unrestricted. I would also say this is not an air circulation problem because I don’t see this on just a few of windows but on all the windows throughout the house.
These windows seem to appear to have significantly more sweating occurring than the contractor windows that I replaced.
Look at the pictures and other similar reviews and pictures posted and judge for yourself.
As for my reply to the company, perhaps if they were to talk to me about my concerns we might have a chance to resolve this.
It doesn’t appear to me they want to discuss any of my concerns at all.

Viren and his team were exceptional. My wife and I replaced our 30 year old windows and outdoor doors in our home. From the start, Viren made us feel comfortable making this big decision and really went above and beyond to show us our options and solidify our choices. Mo and his team came in and installed our windows, and they were clean and kind. Their work is phenomel and professional, and we are so glad we chose to go with Viren to make this big decision because we are so happy with the way the doors and windows look.
