Very rude receptionist. There were two and one of them needs an attitude adjustment when addressing people. Worst referral we had to a walk-in.

Their approach to pain has really giving me a better quality of life. I have been a patient of 3 of their doctors, and several nurses and staff, and I continue to be grateful for them. They are knowledgeable, they understand pain and help me with it in a medical capacity (safe medication, acupuncture, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction - MBSR). The staff are very kind, and professional and great at their jobs. Note their new location is in the north end. The building is accessible, the office is queer friendly.

I've been going to the clinic for a long time and they have improved my life emencely! I would not be able to function without TPI and the care the clinic gives me.

I've been a patient of this clinic for years and have seen 3 of the doctors there in that time. They have all been lovely and supportive. I am so glad to have them as part of my medical team.

The professional services offered here are highlighted by attentive, compassionate, and genuinely warm and kind staff.

Dr Kamath has been managing my pain for a few years now. I honestly don't know what I'd do without her. The only complaint I would have is that they weigh you EVERY time. I've discussed this, and it's not happening now, but weighing someone every 2 weeks can become detrimental because it totally keeps your focus on that 2-3lb gap. I couldn't survive without this place at the moment.

Is is possible for one to actually look forward to going TO a pain management clinic to receive countless, helpful injections weekly? If so, I am that person.

Since I have been a patient of Dr. Krukowski and the stellar staff at InMedic Pain Management in London Ontario, I have been treated with nothing but compassion, caring, professionalism, and friendliness. Each one of the staff I encounter on any given visit never fails to greet me by name, and always, ALWAYS with a warm and caring attitude.

Every employee listens intently to me, and takes the time to understand what I, as a patient, may have to say in regard to my well-being.

And Dr. Krukowski exemplifies what excellent bedside manner means. Even when the clinic is quite busy, he will, without fail, make the time to truly listen to and converse with each patient, as every single person that is under his care MATTERS.

The entirety of every patient's health matters, and he is adept at connecting how what is happening with one's mind, heart and body, may very much relate to our painful and often disabling conditions that brought us to the clinic in the first place. He has terrific interpersonal skills, and I say 'KUDOS! ', for his outstanding patience, caring, professionalism, and kindness.

At this clinic, I feel safe, heard, understood, believed, and respected, without fail.

I have recommended this clinic to others who may be in need of a referral for pain management, because of these reasons. And, as I am treated remarkably well by all members of the InMedic Clinic, it has become a rather welcome weekly, albeit necessary, medical appointment.

They are always very professional. I come every week for pain injections and I never wait longer than 5-10 mine. Very organized Dr. McDonalds staff are great! Thank you for being so kind.

The ladies there are amazing. They are always so nice. And my doctor is amazing. He has a great attitude and is always understanding and sympathetic. Thanks Inmedic for all you do.

The staff are great only be coming for about six months but if it was for this place I could live people don't understand what pain I go through everyday it good to now that this place is there for me inmedic for my pain. My Dr. Macdonld.she is so good for me.she always asks me how are I doing. Just a great pace to help people I pain.and the nurses are just as good.as the whole front desk.that why I would everyone who need pain med help to come here.

They are really great. All the staff are super nice. My doctor, Dr Ram, is really nice and helpful. As is the doctor I saw while he was on vacation, he had me laughing the whole time, very nice man, but I've forgotten his name because my memory is terrible lol. This clinic is holistic and will help you find a whole body and mind approach to pain management. They have more than just injections/medication here and promote wellness in realistic ways for you. I really like this clinic and am so lucky to have been referred here. The wait is long for good reason. The only issue I've ever had is getting through on the phone or getting a callback after leaving a voice mail. Book your appointments several appointments in advance while you are there because obviously they cannot keep up with the volume of calls. Not particularly surprising given how many patients they have. If your doctor is referring you and you can go here I recommend it. Everyone there is fantastic. Nurses, doctors, medical office assistants, etc.

Dr McDonald has been a tremendous help sorting out the mystery that is "my body". She's been able to put my diagnosis into perspective and diagnose me further. The empowerment that this has given me has encouraged me and really changed my outlook on my future. I am very excited to be part of the MSBR program Dr McDonald runs online. It has given me a lot of strategies that I had not thought of and reminders I have been able to add to my "Mindfulness/Pain ToolBox. "

I had lost a lot of hope for someone too young to be dealing with that amount of chronic pain.

Dr Achtar is amazing, compassionate, and truly cares about you, Never rushes you. Listens and is so knowledgeable. All staff is so friendly and makes you feel welcome, every visit. All this is so helpful when dealing with chronic pain everyday.

In some ways, they have saved my life. I'm serious. I don't know what I would do without them. The staff makes me feel like family they're so kind and I get great care. My doctor there is one of the greatest humans I've come across. I can't say enough great things about InMedic. Ty so very much for existing
