I've been seeing Dr Reegan at Innate for a few years now. She's a very knowledgeable and caring professional. She takes time to discuss your issues and gives detailed recommendations around diet, supplementation and connections between symptoms and how systems in your body work together and affect each other. Her input and counsel are invaluable.

Dr. Riopel looks at the overall person, not just body or mind, which is very helpful in getting better - no matter whether a person has mental or physical issues, or just wants to improve their overall wellbeing. She analyzes, discusses, suggests changes and incorporates feedback. I highly recommend her.

Suzanne Evans is the best RMT I’ve ever had! She is so friendly and welcoming, she made me feel super comfortable in her presence from the first minute I met her. She’s super knowledgeable and asked me about my pain points and preferences, and then customized my massages to my needs and problem areas. Receiving treatment from her is a perfect blend between learning about your body and what can work to ease the tension, and ultimate relaxation. I’ll continue to come back here every chance I have.
