Innerkip Quarry - Trout Lake

Horrible. They had on their website that there was allowed dogs for camping but we had to have them on a leash and clean up after themselves. We get there the girl at the front seen we had a dog because she looked at the back and my dog was hanging his head out. Anyways we get in and not even 5 mins after getting in. I’m taking my dog for a walk and the owner comes up to us and said dogs have to be on the left side of the park instead of the right but the right is where all the camping is. So anyways we tell him that it said on the website that we were allowed dogs on the camping side. Then he just threw a fit starting saying then leave the park. Get your money and leave the park he was saying then my cousin tried to calm things down by saying we can get someone to take the dog and we can still camp. But he didn’t like that idea i guess and started saying get off the property get your money back and go. And started saying to my cousin that you should respect your elderly. Well first of all they weren’t giving us any respect at the start. They were mad as soon as they seen the dog. Stupid. Like we literally asked if we can just give the dog to one of are family members and they can take him home. But no they said idc leave just go. They just wanted us out. Then when we were getting are money back. The guys tried saying we were lying because we lied that we didn’t have a dog. But nope the girl didn’t ask us that at all. And she seen the dog so she was lying and then the owners kept coming at us with insults saying get to school. We don’t know how to read. Told us we were stupid. When we aren’t we were just following the rules on the website. So please everyone don’t go here. Horrible service. Horrible owners. Also apparently there racist people, because what I’ve heard from my cousins friend, they called her boyfriend the N-word. So yeah horrible place. Horrible service and owners. The owner should just retire sorry but you should buddy! And get someone that is actually fun and good to everyone. Also someone that is actually young and understands how to run a website and a camp ground bud! And buddy if you’re gonna look at someone while they are talking make sure you’re looking at their eyes and not the girls breasts!

It used to be a nice place 30 years ago! Now it’s dirty with garbage everywhere, disgusting water, gross bathrooms and $15 to enter!

Awesome place to come cool off in the summer! Plenty of parking areas and a cheap entrance fee make this spot perfect for family outings and adventures. There is a snack bar always open and a grocery store nearby but be weary if you leave the area you have to pay to re enter! There are to jumping platforms located on one side and a few others scatter around the quarry. The water is incredibly deep and there is some old submerged equipment beneath so it’s also a cool spot to try out your diving skills. As always safety should be the number one priority when spending time in or around water, enjoy with caution but nevertheless enjoy.

I can't personally comment about Innerkip Quarry itself, because I couldn't stay! I had come with my husband while he went for an evening dive with his scuba buddies. I planned to sit with my book and enjoy the park with our little dog until the dive finished. However I wasn't allowed to stay with my dog not even in the car! FYI No dogs allowed!

Great place to day drink until your wife wonders why you didn't come home last night

Been coming since I was a child with my dad and brothers and sister.we still go now with our children every sunday.it's definetly one of the last places you can go with no judgment and all fun! Cant get enough of it, summer just isnt summer without our trips to the kip!
