Clearly the most unprofessional organization I have ever dealt with. After 9 months on a Pfizer Support Program, this pharmacy has managed on time delivery only 3 times.

My doctor and I am trying to get support from Pfizer to ship direct to my local pharmacy so that I don't lose anymore time off work or missed medications because of incompetence; either theirs, or their delivery chain.

The first I heard that our prescription had been transferred to this company was when someone called me to ask why we were on it. That was the last I heard. No-one has contacted me to arrange delivery. My child is currently in remission but only while he gets his medication on time! After calling and no-one answering (for over an hour on one occasion) I eventually gave up and left a message and they still haven't got back to me.

Terrible customer service and poorly set up program. I attempted to contact their “help” email that I see they respond to every bad review with, still waiting for a response weeks later. Switch programs if you are able!

It's been at least two months since my last shipment of medication. If I could give no stars I would but this has already been a challenging process since I cann barely use my arthritic hands anymore.

Terrible. Every single time I need to order they make up a new issue or decide the process has changed.
They also wait until the last minute to process orders, then say there is an issue and don't send the supplies out on time.
Avoid.
