Srikant is amazing. Not like any other therapist I have ever seen. The staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Innova.

Shrikant is by far the best physio I have ever had. Looks for the root of the problem, which means less pain, with fewer treatments.

Manali is an excellent physiotherapist who provided great hand physiotherapy for my elderly mother. She was always kind, understanding and very knowledgeable and skilled. The treatment was very beneficial.
I would certainly recommend Manali and this well run clinic.

Kriti is amazing! She is super nice and educated. She was also very patient and informal. She took me through every exercise/treatment and explained to me why the pain was happening and what the treatment helped with. I have had ankle problems for years and am on my way to rehabilitating them and getting back to 100% all thanks to Kriti and innova physio!

I have been going to see innova physio for the last five weeks. I ‘ve had a bicep synoviyis, couldn’t move my right arm but thanks to the magic touch of Krit, now the mobility is getting much better and I am almost back to normal life. I found Innoba to have caring amd dedicated staff. The staff knows what their doing and tells you how and why your doing it. I couldn't walk without a walker going in and van walk normally going out. Left knee replacement.

I have been seeing Kriti now since the beginning of March. I came in after months of immobility and one sided pain coming from my lower back, hips, and even my knee. I am now in my 5th week of physio with Kriti and I feel immeasurably better. I still have a long way to go but Kriti has got me to a place i never thought I would be back at. I am mostly out of pain now but still have some ways until I regain my full mobility and active abilities. She really listens to your needs, sets realistic goals to keep you motivated, and is very knowledgable in body anatomy. I am looking forward to where I will be at week 10 and even week 20. -Roger

Nihama was assessing me & Aarchi was the one showing me the different kinds of exercise’s to do. Both ladies were polite & patient with me but knew what they were doing & talking about when it came to my injury/recover. I definitely recommend going if you have never heard of them before, I am now back to how I was before & can thank Innova Physio for that.

I am a patient of Nihama she great. First of all it was hard to find all a place who take me on I suffer from KD / SMBA or other medical terms muscle degeneration. The atmosphere is great very friendly and welcoming. Nihama is always trying to challenge me she is great physiotherapist.
I would 100% recommend this place for treatment care.

Nihama helped me regain flexibility and strength after I fractured my ankle in two places! She gave really great tips on how to perform exercises, and pushed me when I needed it. I would recommend to anyone!

HIGHLY recommend Innova Physio & Sports Rehab. 5/5 stars easily! I was referred here by a coworker to see Srikant Nair for Physio. Had my first appointment with him today and he is phenomenal. Very knowledgeable and thorough. He definitely knows his stuff and what he's doing. I've seen physio/chiropractors before but it just didn't do it for me. So after being referred by a coworker I figured to give Srikant Nair at Innova a try and I am very happy I did. He is wonderful! He had a student working with him (unfortunately I don't remember his name). But a tall, muscular guy with brown hair and glasses. He was absolutely amazing too! I feel great! What a great first experience.

I go to this clinic to see Ashley Jasinski. She is an Osteopathic Practitioner. She has helped me so much with my back pain and a problem I had in my hand. Every time I go we have great conversations. Ashley is so nice, professional and she explain you everything. I started going with her in June 2022 and I will continue to see her as her treatments work for me. Sherly, the receptionist is a sweet lady too:)

I came here for plantar fasciitis. Denish treated me with Shockwave and his manual therapy skills. Highly recommend this place and services. Great staff and environment!

After having a bilateral knee replacement I visited Innova Physio for Physio sessions. All of the staff are very friendly, supportive and gave me some tough love, gently pushing me when I needed it, which I appreciate! My recovery was thankfully great and I thank Archi at Innova Physio for pushing me and for being so knowledgeable and supportive. I also appreciate that they have more exercise equipment than some other Physio therapy places. I recommend Innova Physio for physiotherapy.

Srikant is an amazing PT. I had a frozen shoulder and his skill got me back on my feet. His knowledge of the body is astronomical! A very thorough and no nonsense approach gets the job done. He knows exactly how hard to push you. Some pain is involved with the sessions but he gets results.
Friendly and kind. Clinic is in a great location. Reception staff are great. I would call Srikant without hesitation if I need a PT again!

I was coming to Innova physio for my mother's treatment. Very beneficial and helped her a lot to get back to normal duties. I would highly recommend anyone coming to Innova physio. Friendly staff. I had a knee replacement last August and as part of the Hamilton health sciences knee replacement program, I received eight complementary Physio treatments from this business. They had a list of approved places to use and I selected this one as it was close to home and had good reviews. I’ve never received Physio before so I didn’t know what to expect but it turns out I should’ve realized something was off. The physiotherapist barely touched me throughout the 8 sessions. His assistant Teresa was quite a lovely lady -pleasant, upbeat and obviously trying to keep everyone’s spirits up. However the physiotherapist assigned to me would spend less than a minute on me every session, barely touching me & telling me I needed to work harder to bend my knee. After those eight sessions I required so much additional work from the built-up scar tissue- it cost me over $1000 and months of rehab at a totally different clinic where I got results. I have since had my other knee replaced & have had a totally different experience from Upoer James Physio. This service was completely hands-on, And I’ve only required minimal additional treatment beyond the eight sessions and have seen incredible progress. Thank God they took this place off the list of approved Physio therapist for the HHS knee replacement program. I wish I could recall the therapists name as it’s unfortunate that an experience with one physiotherapist can ruin the reputation of a whole business…

After a nagging shoulder issue which I have been to others finally I found Danish, he is absolutely fantastic this guy knows his stuff, highly recommended and the office staff is great.

Today I went to see Srikant after many years of neglecting myself. He was able to identify my area of need and get a jump start on a fantastic treatment plan. I have been suffering for almost a year and have seen many different doctors and specialists. Today is the first time I actually felt heard. It seems impossible but after one session I feel some relief and am truly filled with hope. Srikant, thank you for taking the time to listen and using your expertise to do whatever you can to help your patients feel better. Off I go to do my stretched now!

Highly professional and great service provided by well trained and experienced PTs. The way of explaining, attending clients and maintaining their privacy is really very well. Clinic is well maintained and tidy place. Hands on techniques provided by PT is very effective as i got relieved from my condition with very good results.

This is my 3rd.time for physio and they are the only ones that really made any improvement on hip due to an accident not long after my hip surgery. The other 2 l attended did not do any work on me just heated pad and a paper to go home and do exercises. This place is amazing the dr. Tamakiwala, Danish and all his staff are so caring and professional. I recommend this place to anyone that wants sincere help and get back to the road to recovery!

I have tried many physio clinics over the years for my different sport injury, But since being under the expert care of Innova Physio - Denish following a basketball injury 8 weeks ago, there is nowhere else I go nor anyone else I recommend to my friends-family and even my doctor lol. I injured my ACL during my basketball game and Denish did acupuncture treatment, as well as helped me with exercise program - specifically related to my basketball. Wonderful facility, and you’re doing yourself a favour getting your treatment there. Denish and the rest of the staff are very kind, caring, and welcoming.
They are following safe protocol related to COVID 19 by frequent sanitization. So, it is safe place to go during pandemic.

Denis is a fantastic physiotherapist. With just a few treatments after my knee replacement surgery, i got my full range back. Whenever I say i have pain, Denish always encourage me by saying that ohh this is normal. He is very thorough and detailed with his assessment and there is no doubt of his ability and knowledge in this field. He explained me every part of assessment, treatment, goal nicely. He has a variety of treatment methods depending on your situation. My previous experience with other therapists has been a long wait in the waiting room, followed by another long wait in the treatment area and then getting hooked up to a machine for 20min or so. Innova has none of that! Shirlee and Teresa are awesome. You are in as soon as you walk in the door and you are not left waiting for treatment. Exceptional service, exceptional treatment! If you are suffering discomfort or having any surgery, do not delay…. Seek out Innova Physio and ask for Denis and trust me, you will not be disappointed!

I have been coming to this physio clinic for me and my wife after car accident we had a month ago. I was referred by my friend. The staff has been amazing in coordinating our care. Shirlee and Alisha have been a great help in booking our appointments in timely manner. They are very king especially when we were late couple of time. Srikant and Denish both helped me to regain the mobility in neck and shoulder. My wife has returned to work just in 3 weeks after accident. She has better flexibility and can function well. Their active exercise program was very helpful. We could easily follow it at home. I am still under process of recovery but this place has done a fantastic work so far. I strongly suggest to go to this clinic for physio needs! KEEP DOING THE GREAT WORK.

I am a 76 year old woman who has various muscular-skeletal problems along with fibromyalgia who has chronic pain. I have been to numerous physiotherapists over the years. My Granddaughter recommended that I see Srikant Nair and I’ve been a patient of his for almost a year. It was my best decision to go choose Innova Physio & Sports Rehab for pain in my both wrists and hands for the past 6 months. Denish Tamakuwala was my physiotherapist. He had magic in his hand. He is very knowledgable about my condition and explained me very nicely. He provided enough education about my condition and also advised me about what to do and what to avoid. He also recommend brace for my wist and that help tremendously. After just a few sessions the pain began to ease. I started getting my motion and strength back. Initially i had difficulty using knife and after few session now I can carry bag of milk with my hand.you are amazing Denish.

Best physiotherapy in Hamilton. I visited this place after my car accident. I was in extreme pain and unable to do normal things. They have helped me overcome some very tough injuries and have a very welcoming atmosphere. Denish and staff made sure that I get proper care and recovery faster. Denish is knowledgeable and professional and makes all his clients feel comfortable. They also assisted me with all forms and paperwork required after a car accident. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Very friendly Denish a gentleman was who assessed me. He is very caring and easy to talk with and explained very kindly on one the assessment exercises I was not moving my arm correctly. He did not get frustrated with me. The over all assessment did not take long at all.

Physio staff has been amazing in helping me with my hand injury. Denish Tamakuwala has great skills in treating. He got my hand back to working fully functional. I have been treated here for my Knee and Elbow ligaments injury after i had an accident, I was in very bad condition due to this but Physiotherapist (Denish) at this location treated me so well that i recovered fully and return back to work without any difficulties. I had really good experience here. I had ankle sprain on my left foot couple of months ago. I was referred here for physiotherapy treatment. The treatment plan was discussed thoroughly and changed according to my progression and pain. Staff here is helping and easy to approach to and friendly. I followed all the home exercises also and today I am happy that I am able to walk without any pain and any restrictions of motion.

I had a knee replacement done just 3 weeks before everything was shut down due to the pandemic. I was only able to go to Innova Physio for my assessment and and one appointment for therapy due to the Covid 19 virus and having a suppressed immune system. The therapists at Innova have been very understanding. Since they've been closed Paras, my therapist has been doing videoconferencing with me about my exercises and checking in to see how I'm doing. He also sends me exercises with pictures to continue in my therapy. I am so grateful for the continued support and to know I can reach out to them whenever I need them. I've tried other clinics but Innova is the best!

I had an accidental injury. My back hurt a lot when I came to see Dr. Tamakuwala. He examined me well and also provided the needed therapy for my back. I’ve visited Innova Physio & Sports Rehab several times, due to serve back pain, with most of my visits being when I was in extreme pain. My treatment included physiotherapist, under Denish Tamakuwala. Their experience and professionalism, allowed me to recover much quicker than I expected. I would strongly recommend Innova Physio & Sports Rehab, because of the excellent therapeutic care they offer.

I am very satisfied with my physio and with the treatment i received. Denish is very approachable and i know i can contact him outside my appointment times. I have a vast improvement in the movement of my shoulder due to treatment. Very happy

1. I was assigned a physio therapist, but after my initial assessment, she rarely works with me. That is fine if the other PT knows how I am to be treated. Sometimes the other is not sure what specific instructions were given previously.
2. I had to ask for printed exercises with photos-to practice at home. That should automatically be given - with any additional ones added to program.
3. Sanitizer and disposable towels should be near each apparatus. EACH client should be told to wipe down the equipment after each use.
Bare pillows should be covered with disposable paper towels for each client. OBVIOUSLY, Hygiene is not a priority here!
5. Each person should be given a copy of their weekly program to be able to check off each exercise when they have done it (like a "tracker"). I like to follow my progress and keep track of what I do at each visit.

Overall impression: NOT GREAT. Would not recommend to anyone.
