Inova Eye Care

I had a need for an emergency glasses repair and was referred to this place. Services are by appointment only, but they fit me in. A technician actually gave up his lunch break to help me out. The price was way below what I expected for such a tricky repair.
Staff was very friendly. I literally cannot say enough positive things about these people, this store.

Walked into Innova today with my brother who broke his glasses. The eye doctor hooked him up with new frames and put his lenses in them on the spot. AMAZING SERVICE! So very greatful. This is the best optical service l have ever had. Have been a customer over 20years but today was really phanominal. Thankyou so much

The team at Inova Eye Care were amazing. Everyone was friendly, patient and courteous. Our family of 6 (with 4 young energetic kids in tow) saw Dr Lam. He was exceptionally good with the kids, and took the time to explain everything so clearly to us. On top of the great vision care, he boosted our van when it died in the parking lot! Talk about incredible service.

Their expertise and eye care is second to none. My family has a very strong genetic eye condition. Other local optometrists had previously told us they were testing for the condition - which they were not. I can say Innova is the only reason several in my family have not lost their eye sight. I would not trust our vision to anyone else!

I would have given 1 star for the area where you get your glasses. Get 3 stars cause Dr Hirt is terrific and great with kids. But this is a review about my unfortunate bad experience with buying my daughters glasses here. We got nice ones with transitions and everything so she would have a good pair. But as soon as she tried them on they were off and blurry and not right. They said to have her wear them and get used to them. But every time she put them on they bothered her. We went back and had an apt with the manager not once but twice! & they are still no good. So now I have a pair of $500+ glasses that have hardly been worn. They refuse to take them back. I had Dr Law look at them and that Dr said yes the prescription is off and they are probably heavy for her to wear! So now expensive glasses sit on the shelf and my 9 yr old has to keep wearing her old scratched ones! I recommend going somewhere else! I will be next time.

Very professional and positive atmosphere. The most thorough and complete exam in yrs. Staff are very friendly and considerate from reception to Technicians. Dr. Lam was wonderful and made the appt quite relaxing. The Optician that helped me choose a pair of frames and fitted me for them was very helpful and so were the ladies who gave me a 2nd opinion.

Positive experience getting glasses for my mother in long term care. Inova took the prescription off of her very old glasses, I chose a similar frame and then Inova staff went to Hastings Manor to fit them for her. Would definitely continue to use Inova again.

Bought very expensive glasses 16 months ago, had to have major work done less than a year ago on frames and now the frames are still tight and a lens is lost. They expect me to pay full cost and be happy. I will never use this establishment again. Huge ripoff

My glasses required repair and I had no spare pair. I dropped them off thinking it would take a while, they were fixed in 20 minutes, makes me smile. Great, fast, friendly service, from l a local business.

I went to Inova last night with my 9 year old to pick out her very first pair of glasses. We were greeting right away and helped through the whole process. The customer service was wonderful and the lady helping was very attentive and listened to what my daughter was telling her and also let her know when the glasses she tried on didn't fit her well in the nose. Overall we had a wonderful visit, thank you very much Angie for help us.
