Stay away, they will try to up sell every time during your procedure meanwhile watering their product.
I wouldn't mind spending the money if I had a good result, However, the last time I was there, will be my last. When I had my Botox done by Brooke my eyebrows dropped dramatically, all she was talking about was her new procedure that I should put a down deposit that it was at 50%off, meanwhile they did not have the product in. I am not going to put the whole conversation we had, she was incriminating her partner in order to look good. I'm thinking of taking my case to Better Business Bureau. I was seeing Dr. Belanger prior to seeing Brooke and had an appointment with him, I was very surprised when Brooke walked in the room and said she was going to do my injectables.
Don't be surprised if she says did you see my reviews. Yeah! We all have friends that post reviews.

I had my first appointment last week with Brooke; it will be the first of many! She is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. She did a thorough assessment and together we decided on my treatment plan. There was no cookie cutter approach and she was able to treat under eye wrinkles which few injectors are able to offer; it has only been a few days but I am already seeing amazing results.
The front desk reception was equally impressive and the clinic is warm an inviting. I am so happy to have found this gem of a clinic.

I recently received botox at Inovo aesthetics. I must say, their new RN Brooke is fabulous. Not only is she very talented but she was also so sweet and understanding.
She took time to explain things to me and was very patient. I would 100% recommend her!

Absolutely loved my experience with Brooke! The entire experience was pleasant, she was great company & very professional! This will definitely be where I go for my fillers permanently.

Brook is new at Inovo Medical and she’s absolutely amazing! I’ve had 2 treatments with her, one today in fact, and they both have been excellent with great results…I’m very happy! Brook will be my “go to”from now on …thanks Brook for your top notch skills!

Probably the worst clinic I have ever been to! I paid $1200 for PRP injections which I had been told would be $900. (The most expensive I was quoted by 3 other clinics who unfortunately could not see me for months) I was also told twice that the entire procedure would take 1 hour and 30 minutes. I was at the clinic almost 5 30 hours. DR. Belanger was unprofessional, uncaring, rushed, coming in and out of the room during my assessment when his staff would speak to him through the door about completely unrelated things. He left so many times for so many reasons during my appointment, I can't even count! Unfortunately his staff is nice enough but they don't seem to know allot and gave me incorrect and or incomplete information every time I called with questions before my appointment. I suffer from chronic pain and when I complained about the extremely long wait time the Doctor blamed me for his delays since he did not expect my consultation to take this long. I can honestly say the time he spend examining me and discussing my problems was no more than 20 minutes! The procedure was extremely painful during and afterwards. I felt like the only thing that mattered was how much more money could he book me for. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone or for anything!

Dr. Belanger takes the time to explain what is best and if its your first time please don't be in a rush:) highly recommend as he did a great job. Will definitely go back.

I had a great experience at Inovo medical. From the reception staff to Dr. Belanger everyone was so knowledgable and friendly! I love the way Dr. Belanger did my injections. I have been getting Botox for years and no one has ever been able to get ride of the small wrinkles under my eye and Dr. Belanger did! He also did a great lip flip on me. Can’t wait to go back

Inacceptable… attendre plus de 1: 30 pour un rdv de 10 minutes! J’avais rdv à 13: 00 pour « 1/2 lip fillers », je me suis présenté 15 min à l’avance pour mettre la crème anesthésique. Ils m’ont mis ds un bureau, a 13: 55 on est venu me voir pour me dire qu’on sera avec moi ds 5 minutes. A 14: 27 j’ai quitté, sans mon injection. Je trouve cela déplorable au prix qu’on paye, c’est un manque de respect! 1h45 au total pour rien avoir.

Horrible place ever! I took an appointment for the prp treatment, when I arrive that I said that nobody. Tell them about treatment I Want. The tried to change my treatment, they said that the Pearson who did it out of office for study for 3 months. The front office person tried to help me and call the doctor. Thank you for it, and she said doctor comes in 20 min. But she didn’t say that the person who do it usually will not come. (it was 9 30). At 10 05 I was invited to the room.doctor comes in 20 min, he explain me treatment and after he installed tourniquet medical (for blood taking). But something gonna wrong … somebody came and ask to see doctor for 5 min. He left… when he came back, he tried to take my blood during 20 min! I was picked 2-3 times from each arm… and nothing …. He didn’t find vain even with ultrasound! After 20 min I asked to stop my treatment. He said he might to charge me for this! I just left. 30 min after I received a call from this clinic, they apologized, they said that dr Belanger dont do this treatment but they tried to help … they propose a discount, but I don’t need it anymore … I spent two hours for the road (from Montreal), 2 hours in clinic, my husband took off for the day and I was picked for unprofessional during 20 min… no thank’s! PS when I call them, pertain said that the price will be 500, even after they said me that it will be 1200, I stayed!) really disappointed!

Great clinic! It has its own private parking. The reception staff is friendly and welcoming. I was offered a hot beverage while waiting for my appointment. Dr. Bélanger, botox injector, was knowledgeable and took his time during our appointment. The price of the Botox was surprisingly affordable.

Waited a lot 2 hours each time, Three Active Acne laser treatment very painful. No difference at all, just my skin face totally burned and hurts. I was going to stop from the first appointment, but I have been signed for a contract and already paid. After the first appointment they asked me if it is good, and I said zero difference, very painful, they said u should see it from the second appointment and so on. The treatment did not work for me.
Staff very nice though, but waiting time is bad.

I had a trusculpt id treatment done by Shahed at this medical clinic two months ago and I was pleased with the professional approach and knowledge he provided me with. Also, the receptionist was super nice. The clinic offers pretty much all the latest and best treatments available in medico-aesthetic. I highly recommend this clinic.

I was so excited for my appointment and I was not disappointed. As the reviews say, the wait time to see the doctor was long, but I didn't mind at all as I had no other plans for the day, I also had a private waiting room (didn't have mask) that had a TV with Netflix and the super friendly receptionist keep checking on me and brought me tea (s) - coffee was an option too. I found the wait very relaxing and it was nice for me to just sit and relax and enjoy some time all to myself.
Once the doctor came in he introduced himself and I found him to be extremely kind and had a very calm demeanor. He thoroughly examined my face/neck. Explained what he thought about the treatments I had booked for an offered me information about other procedure that could help other concerns I have. He explained what they were, how they differed, offered an estimate of how many and was upfront about what they would cost. At no time was he pressuring me or trying to upsell.
I have had injectable's done elsewhere over the last decade, and I thought I was extremely happy with them, but after my appointment today I feel like the office I had been going to was gouging me and probably charging me for more units then they were actually injecting.

Be warned. There is danger in every needle you get. The risk of infection increases over time.

I ended up with a spinal disc infection at this clinic. It took me almost 2 years to recover from emergency spinal surgery.

I would recommend seeking other avenues of treatment whether pain management or beauty.

I highly recommend INOVO Medical and the awesome work being done by Dr. Mathieu Belanger. I am a victim of Osteoporosis at it's worst, this chronic disease shut down my life for five years. I had been informed after X - rays and other tests that I needed replacement surgery for both knees, both hips, my back and several other joints. My legs had given out and I was unable to walk without grinding pain. Bone grated against bone with every movement of my body. I refused surgery because as a diabetic I was aware of the risks involved. Also I would be spending 10 years or more in just recuperation. I was told I would go from a cane to a walker to a wheelchair. Spaced out on harsh painkillers I remained in a bedridden state for five years. I had given up all hope of pain relief, then I met Dr. Belanger. He outlined for me the very newest technology in treatment of joint pain. Within 3 treatments I was able to walk for short distances and I was able to laugh again.
Dr Belanger has created an OASIS called INOVO Medical that welcomes everyone to a small corner of peace in world of relentless pain. The staff are amazingly wonderful people who gives the kindest care imaginable. If you are suffering with chronic pain and debilitation, I strongly suggest you visit INOVO Medical.

My experience at this clinic has been a good one. I am very grateful for Doctor BELANGER! He has helped me Enormously. My pain today is so much more manageable! The staff is friendly. Best clinic you can go to, whether it is for cosmetic treatments (amazing deals and service) or for chronic pain sufferers. No doctor cares as much about their patients and results as much as Dr B

After years of wanting lip fillers, I finally took the plunge after research, reading tons of bad reviews, and the like. What caught my eye was this clinic’s well-done social media channels. The staff working there goes above and beyond. I felt like I was speaking to friends, and not receptionists at a clinic. My appointment took an hour, which I hugely appreciate. They really took the time to study my medical and skin history, do an analysis of my skin, and figure out what I want and what would look good on my face. Dr. Bélander is so friendly and so professional. He even made an anxious, nervous wreck like me calm. He explained every step to me, and what to expect after. My lips were fully healed after 3 days after my first injection ever. That is amazing. I will only be going to this clinic from now on, whether it’s lips, Botox, PRP, or even sexual health services. Their prices are extremely fair and they always have promotions going on. Thanks so much for everything!

The staff is fantastic, always smiling and always willing to help. Dr. Belanger is a pain management, you tell him where it hurts and he knows exactly where to go, that's what I like about him, he is a great person and easy to talk to.

It is really disappointed, they insisted to be on time. After 45 minutes waiting, I left without any service. I am not impressed at all.

In late 2018, I had PRP injections into lower lumbar spine facets which had surprisingly positive and long-lasting results. By surprising, I mean that the beneficial results took some time (6-8 months) to be fully felt. It’s a grave injustice that this and other related procedures have been put on hold or discontinued due to questionable government restrictions. Clinics like Inovo offer a rare essential service that is not available in other settings or clinics.

On me donne rendez-vous à 9h et il est présentement 9h20 et j'attend toujours devant la porte extérieure qui est barrée. Personne n'est arrivé à la clinique, je téléphone et personne ne me répond. Gros manque de professionnalisme et manque de respect pour sa clientèle qui prend de son temps pour se déplacer jusqu'ici. 50 minutes d'auto pour rien en plus d'avoir perdu mon temps. J'espère qu'il rembourseront mon dépôt qu'ils prennent pour s'assurer qu'on vienne à notre RDV alors que c'est eux qui ne se pointent pas. Ne venez pas ici! À éviter!
