The staff here are incredibly rude. Horribly rude.

We walk in and someone barks at us to stand in line. We weren’t trying to butt the line. We had literally just walked in and were trying to see where we were supposed to go. No problem tell us to stand in line but speak politely.

My child was in the change room trying to close the curtain and the rod fell and almost hit him in the head. The lady came over and instead of checking on him and apologizing, started blaming him and all he did was try to close the curtain. So I shot back that it was unsafe and inappropriate for her to say that. And that they should fix the rod and worry more about the kids safety. Also the place is cramped and staff are so impatient and are totally annoyed with the customers. Also they have no sizes. McCarthys was way more professional.

Amazing staff. Very nice and helpful. They weren’t rushing or pushy with purchases. They also made recommendations based on what parents usually purchase since it was our first time. I definelty recommend this location!

I have been coming to this location since my daughter was 2.5 years. All the staff is very patient and helpful. The always keep my stuff ready if I am in hurry. Very approachable. I have bought online stuff as well and it comes on time. Very clean and professional place.

First off, they charge a fortune for their uniforms. Secondly, I ordered what is required by my sons school in mid August, we are almost in Nov and just got an email saying that his shorts are in! The t-shirts are not in yet though lol. Maybe in December or January? Lol

Our daughter was starting her first Montessori school and we were very new to uniform shopping. We have zero knowledge in what she needs. Ashley at the store was fantastic and very kindly explained us all we need to know about the uniforms for her school. She was so helpful and I would definitely recommend in school wear and Ashley to any of my families and friends. I am sure she will take good care of them and recommend the best for their children.

Christine, Sabrina and Arianne helped me out today with buying uniforms for three different girls. They were not only knowledgeable and super organized (three!) but also very kind and courteous. We had a great experience and loved the appt.scheduling

It was our daughters 1st shopping experience for her uniform at a Montessori school. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. The store was clean, and you had to make an appointment to shop. Our time frame was 10: 00am on a Saturday morning. There was only one other father with his two boys and the store was quiet. Hand sanitizer on hand, and everyone wearing masks. Glad we were able to get what we needed!

The 1 on 1 appointments are great. I was able to get uniforms for 2 kids in under 30 minutes. The customer service is always impeccable.

The staff here are very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Ashley, a manager was amazing to deal with. I came with my 2 kids and she was extremely kind and helpful. I didn't have to spend hours in the store. She guided me well (in terms of sizes) and everything was delivered on time as promised. Her attention to detail is quite evident. She made sure I had all the right items before leaving. The store has instilled proper infection control protocols due to COVID-19 and you will feel at ease when you are there.

Easy to make appointment. Greeted at the door by our personal shopping assistant! Very helpful staff. Looked into options for us, as our son is very tall and followed up right away! Only negative, no fitting rooms right now (COVID) items need to be tried on at home and then return what doesn’t fit. Had to order one item, but should be available before classes start.

Ashley is very kind and supportive when it comes to look for kids’ uniforms. She is always willing to assist the parents in very welcoming way that you feel like to go there again. I was so glad when I saw her again as I had very positive interactions previously with her. Thank you Ashley for talking your time in helping the parents.

Rude and ignorant manager. Ashley was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Only interested in snatching our money in exchange for the over priced cheap uniforms. This place is a joke. Buyers beware
