Benny arrived at the scheduled time. He did an outside inspection first then checked inside the house. Explained problem areas and showed photos of possible areas of concern. He clearly explained his concerns and his actions to remedy the situation.

Benny provided great service today. He found a hole where the mice are getting in, so we can fix it and keep the mice out.

Danny was very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Asked pertinent questions, made suggestions, blocked off areas of entry and even ventured into our outdoor crawl space when advised it was full of patio and pool equipment. This was our second extermination and so far really pleased with the results.

Let's use Logic here. You pay for the service, they do the service but your not happy as it did not do what was expected. You ask to cancel the service and they feel you should pay out the full remainer of the the service contract. They use their contract as scam people and lock in people. Their explanation for this is that they must to 2 services, then you get your money back. But what if you just want want to the second service, they say, you have to pay them the full amount of the contract and bill it as a termination charge. This is not good business practice and diffenlty not fair to the consumer. For my case, I paid for the first service and never asked for the money back. Job done, job paid for. Not happy.don't want you on my property any more. But they see it as job done now you must pay us for no job done even if you don't want it. I have never seen such a contract in my live and have never seen a company ask for money for service no longer needed or renderned. They knocked on my door and now they can me to pay $400 for a service I have no faith in. I will be making a formal complaint the Ontario Ombudsman for Business if this company continues to proceed with it Tryanical practise.

Benny came to our house today, he was very professional and noticed a large hole in our house that he promptly covered.

Last time Insight was at my house doing an inspection, Danny was excellent! And this time, Stuart was as well! Both were professional and knowledgable.

We are enrolled in the quarterly inspections with Insight and Annette has been by far the most knowledgeable and experienced of the bunch that we have received. She called me the day before to get a lay of the land and set expectations. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to have a conversation with. It is my wish that Annette could be the one to come for all of our calls and inspections but I know that would be unrealistic! Thanks!

One of Insight's technicians - Josh H - came to our home in response to an issue we had. He showed up on time on Nov. 28 at 9am and got straight to work. He did a thorough check of the areas of the house where we've been experiencing problems with "uninvited guests", provided me with his assessment, and then set up some bait stations. He did an incredible job and provided us with some very helpful tips/advice on what we could do to seal up gaps or openings in our roof. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for reliable pest control services.

I've been very satisfied with Insight since I started their service. Today, Benny visited and was thorough, friendly, & knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and i never felt rushed.
All bait stations, inside and out, were inspected and refilled, as well as a grounds check.

Benny and his colleagues have been wonderful at every visit.
Good value as well, as calls are no charge in between their quarterly scheduled visits.

I would recommend Insight to anyone requiring pest control (so, basically any house in Toronto).
