Kareem H did a great job spraying around our backyard where the bee hive was forming and was attentive to all our questions.

We signed up for Insight services through the Burlington branch and the first two technicians that came were completely unprofessional and appeared to be extremely no fit to perform the basics on services i signed up for. First time guy had no materials. And did a really poor first visit that was clearly lacking of proper work. So not sure why he came. Second guy came specifically for my spider problem and left within 10 mins performing a couple of random sprays here and there. I'm giving 5 stars to the technician Benny who completely did a thorough job of maintaining my pest issues. Seems like night and day from the other 2 that came. Would recommend this guy to come only going forward. If you do not get him don't be fooled by the other guys that come sweet talking you into their lack ability to do a proper job. Pay attention to what they do. But might be a management issue as those people should not have been hired if they do not know how to perform the basics. Sweet Talk is cheap if doesn't kills insects or pests.

Alice provided service at our house yesterday and although we weren’t home she called to ensure we knew she was there. She removed a couple of wasp nests we hadn’t even noticed. Each time they have come, service has been great.

I would just like to comment on Chris R's helpful and detailed advice on some problem insects.
Chris took the time to explain in detail two varieties of insects I have on my property.

Rasheed was pleasant, informative and listened to all my concerns and followed up with solutions. He cleaned out the webs so I can be able to tell if the spiders will return as well as helped with our ant issue. It was raining so he could not spray but promised to leave a note to return right away to clear up our issue which I was impressed with as the prior technician did not do. He took responsibility and every time effort to solve our issues as well as asked before he left if there was anything else we needed. If you get Rasheed to come to your residence you know the job will be done and done well.
