Absolutely the best staff, kind, courteous and all the above. The only place that actually helped and fit me with the proper equipment. Always professional and hands down the most knowledgeable.

I can’t even explain how amazing Priscilla from InspiAir is. She was so informative, she responded to me almost immediately anytime I had a question, she came the same day my mom was discharged from the hospital no questions asked. She is compassionate. Priscilla made the process so easy. I would 100% recommend if you use InspiAir to ask for Priscilla. Having to acquire and use a CPAP machine isn't a very happy situation.

Therefore the terrific service at InspiriAIR and frankly their very positive and helpful vibe make dealing with them a very pleasant experience.

The receptionist Jo-Anne who handles the administration is great to deal with. I strongly got the sense that Customer First is their operational philosophy.

Liz showed me the ropes on how to use the equipment and when I had a problem due to my own forgetfulness, she resolved my issue in a very supportive way.

5 STARS – I don’t know of anything else that they could have done to make this a better experience.

My first contact at InspiriAIR was Jo-Anne. What a delight! I left our conversation feeling like I had just spoken to an old friend. My appointment was just as pleasant. Michelle and Jo-Anne handled all of the paperwork and did so with smiles and kindness. This is now my CPAP place! Thanks to such a great team.

I can’t say enough about the service I have been receiving with this company. The staff, so personable, down to earth, professional and genuinely caring. I appreciate the patience that was taken to repeatedly explain to my concerns as I adjusted to my machine. The machine itself is compact, quiet, user friendly and not as intimidating to use as I initially perceived. If you are trying to decide where to go to get your CPAP machine, I wouldn’t second guess it. The wonderful reviews InspiAir have received are truly deserved! Happy sleep-apena customer!

With the recent recall on the Philips respironics dreamstation machine that stated to stop use right away. I found this out from my regular provider, and I asked them how they could help me out, and they did not offer any help, other than stating to stop use right away, and call the location of my sleep study for a prescription. My Brother recommended InspiAir, and all I can say is WOW. These people are the real deal for going above and beyond for fantastic A1 service. Thank you for setting me up on the same day as my first contact with you. You have won me over as a customer. Awesome job to all.

I have had the BEST experience here! Liz has been working with me but everyone has been so kind and helpful! It took several tries to find the right mask for me and I was getting very discouraged. Liz was able to help me find a solution and now I am actually sleeping! I can't say enough about the team here, best decision ever walking through that door!

Excellent Service, Joanne was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Explained everything in great detail and made sure I understood how everything worked. I would recommend this location primarily because of the service but must admit the new machine is fantastic as well.

Staff were very helpful in setting me up with a new CPAP machine, doing all the paper work with the government and follow up calls to make sure things were going well. Really love the friendly service I get here!

5 stars service! I choose this store as it's the closest to Barrhaven. I was very happy with the personalized service. Elizabeth explained very well all the steps and did some follow up as it's not easy to get use to the new CPAP machine. They helped me to do all the paperwork for the government and knew exactly what I needed for my insurance. I highly recommend you to go see them if you are in need of a cpap machine!

This store has the best, seriously, the best customer service I’ve ever experienced!
Not only were all of my needs met, regarding CPAP equipment supplies but also all my questions regarding personal habits and tricks that I could adopt to help improve my sleep patterns were met with rapidity and graciousness. I left that store at the end of my transaction feeling very confident that at night, I would finally get a great night’s sleep!

My husband and I are grateful for the time Liz took to address all of our concerns. She made the testing process very comfortable and it was very easy to get our results. CPAP therapy has been a game-changer for me. I didn't give much thought to the frequency of my waking up in the night. I just figured it was part of the normal changes in the life of a man over 50. Then I did some research and gave some thought to an at-home sleep study through InspiAir. I am so happy I did.
The positive changes were felt within 3 or 4 nights of sleep. I have more energy, feel more awake throughout the entire day. I no longer wake up 3 or 4 times in the night.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff! In the early days, as I was 'accepting' the device in my life, they followed up and encouraged me not to give up! Also, support phone calls to mention how they would be offering their services and support for any consumables I might require during the Covid-19 isolation period.

The only reason I did not give a fifth star was due to the actual first time usage of the NEW device I bought after the trial period was over. There is a STRONG plastic type smell that exudes from the mask/hose until it has been washed and dried a few times (took me three wash/dry cycles to get it to the point I could actually wear it for at least four hours! It would have been nice if they could have either mentioned that ahead of time, or, ran the new mask/hose through their sanitizer machine (which might have gotten rid of, or at the very least, lowered the smell to a more tolerable level)!

Great experience with my loaner trial machine, when approved for my own purchase machine everything went great except I can’t get used to the new mask.owner called me and we are working it out.great service.

Having to now wear a CPAP was very daunting and the staff at InspiAIR made it easy and less scary. Tried out several masks until I found the one that was right for me. My experience was amazing and would recommend that you go (when we can again) and meet these caring professionals.

The people at this location we're very helpful. The price for this CPAP unit was approximately $800.00 cheaper than in Quebec. Check it out, you won't be disappointed.

I am really impressed with the level of service provided from Liz and her staff. They are extremely knowledgeable and kind. They walked me through the whole process and made sure I had the right forms for my doctors, insurance and Health Canada. Liz took the time to ensure I had the right fit of mask and let me try out different types. She provided constant feedback with my progress. The level of service provided by this team is outstanding.
