Good Pricing. 3 day delivery. Igniter was made in Japan and the flame sensor was made in USA. I'm impressed. Parts have been installed and tested OK.and Installmart is a Canadian supplier.

I needed a furnace to replace my old furnace of 22yrs and I got in touch with Chris at Installmart who gave me a reasonable quote over the phone, answered all my questions, he was very professional and knowledgeable about the product, gave me all the information i needed. The technician came on a Monday to see my furnace and it was installed Tuesday the next day. I was very pleased. I would recommend anyone to Installmart home products.

Great experience purchasing my on demand water heater. No hassle pricing, quick turnaround, professional install. While the installer was a third party (not installmart) they were clean, professional, and the space was neatly run (gas and water lines). There was a review that this was a fake company but they were quick to reply on their website and on time with the delivery.

Went with installmart to install a brand new ac unit and they were very accommodating and quick. The hvac service contractors were very informative and gave lots of tips towards the maintenance and upkeep to take care of the ac.highly recommend and will be referring them to others.

Honestly, I was skeptical at first but after some research Installmart seemed legit. We proceeded for a day or two working out the paper work and what would be needed for the install. When the day came for the installation the first installer was not able to do the work for reasons unknow. Despite an uncontrollably situation with the first installer, Installmart corrected this problem the same day and had a new installer ready the next day. The new installer completed both AC and Furnace that day.
That installer performed professionally and was very very clean.

Being somewhat disappointed with the quote received from a big box store for a replacement AC unit, I decided to explore other options. Reviewed Installmart online, contacted them and the experience was nothing but outstanding - quote was competitive, and service was excellent from start to finish. Looking for a replacement for my old water heater, I selected the Navien 210S at Installmart.

Price was substantially below the quote obtained (on same tankless hot water unit) from a local company and they were able to install the next day. Salesperson was knowledgeable and attentive before and after the sale while the installer was neat and professional. Fully met expectations.

Our current humidifier bit the dust. After speaking with a sales person he recommended the Aprilair 5000mk for our house. We ordered on a Thursday and the unit was here on Friday. The instal was straight forward, we wired into the 24acv on our furnace. We went from 12 % humidity to 30% in 2 days. Bear in mind I used cold water which clearly works just fine. This unit is dead simple with just a humidistat control, nothing fancy to break. We put the drain hose into our sump pump basin as the amount of water coming out per cycle is minimal, maybe 1/2 a liter.
We are happy with our new air, no static and even though our temp is set the same as before the house feels warmer. Instalmart even called a few days to ask how its working. I give these guys a 10 out of 10. Also, cheaper than Amazon, another bonus.

Purchased one humidifier and get it installed by Installmart.

In general, I am very satisfied with their service. Got a call to confirm the visit one day prior to the scheduled installation date. Two gentlemen came and get the work done in about one hour, the work is professional and let me check everything before they leave. They also give me instructions on how to use/control the humidifier patiently.

Highly recommend their service. Wish they have more choices on water tank and furnace/AC so that I could pick them for future products/services.

I am very please with the service from Installmart from the first initial coversation with Chris to the knowledgeable technician that came and installed the furnace. The customer's service represenitive (Chris) is knowledgeable and professional.
The service was very prompt in less that 24 hours the furnace was installed and the technician cleaned up after he completed his job and within the time frame he said he'd be done, punctual upon arrival too.

Excellent experience! I purchased a humidifier recently after the price compare. Installmart had the best price promotion price. The online chat answered all my questions very patiently. The delivery was quick and only took 2 business days. When I opened the box, I couldn't find the install kit. The customer service was very helpful to guide me to get the install kit from the inside of humidifier. Will definitely use Installmart again!

I had very good experience with this company. Last Friday Dec 10, I researched different prices on whole house humidifiers and Installmart came as winner with very competitive price on unit I chose (Aprilaire 600). I also spoke to online Customer service and they answered all questions (difference of bypass system with digital controll vs MK model for example). When I was doing check out I noticed they had option of installation. I again contacted CSR and they told me that based on my address installation was available tomorrow morning (Saturday) and that they would also bring humidifier with them (so I didn't have to wait for shipping, which was also free). This was perfect for me.
On Saturday technician came in alloted time-frame (between 9am and 11am) and work was done in around 45 min to 1hr. Technician was very professional, friendly. He did clean job exactly showed all what he did (where he tapped into water supply, where he connected for power supply, how to change filter and how often, how to operate unit via digital display). All in all one of my best (if not best) experiences I had with purchase and installation involved in house. You're doing good job guys, hopefully more Canadian businesses can look at your business model and also implement it in their operations.

It has only been a week but am very happy so far with our installation of a new furnace and tankless water heater. When someone is touching my gas line it doesn't matter the price of the product, I want to make sure that it is done professionally. I was left with the feeling that my installer was very knowledgeable and detailed. Case in point we talked about best venting options and locations and worked with me on something that was not only safe/to code but better ascetically than our previous furnace install.

The other areas I’m looking for is a fair price, doesn’t have be the cheapest but good value. Undoubtedly Installmart was hands down superior to my previous and other big brand HVAC providers. I was shocked by the quote I received after my furnace was services which initially led me to look elsewhere. The same furnace was 30% less expensive and the tankless water heater I had installed I was able to get the upgrade model for a similar difference in cost.

Between price and the installation service I would not hesitate to give them a try.

Had a broken thermostat in last few months of April and with the questionable classification on thermostats as non-essentials (Ontario) …I was stuck because I had to get a specific thermostat to work with our lennox furnace. These guys got me the thermostat in less than hour from calling in to picking it up from their curbside pickup point.

Excellent experience. My old furnace of 21 years failed, so I shopped around for a new one. The great thing about Installmart was the installation for my new Napoleon 9700 furnace was included in the price.

The technician did a great job. He even upgraded my pipes from ABS to PVC and took my old furnace away.

Also customer service was very friendly and helpful to get this done, even though I live outside of their usual service area.

Wish they were more familiar with the process of setting up the advanced configuration:
- Enable external loop recirculation and switch to Celsius temperature units for the heater. I had to point to it during install.
- AC tonnage for the CVM furnace. After the job, when sending a cooling signal the blower was running in fan mode at 400 CFM, instead of the proper 1400 CFM in 3.5-ton AC mode). I had to setup it over Bluetooth post-install.
Not the installer guy's fault, but since both procedures from above were covered in the installer manuals, I'd expect the installers to get the training before installing each of these $3.5k high tech units.

Having issue with water heater (limit switch was not working), having searching for required part everywhere finally found it at installmart (price is expensive for such a small part but everywhere else is even higher hence would blame manufacturer instead of installmart). Part was quickly send (received within 2 days) and took less than 5 mins to install without any issue. Will recommend installmart to those looking for heater parts (did compare pricing and they are one of the cheaper one with good replacement parts)

I really appreciate Installmart's efficient work and clear communication. My AC was not running and I called Intallmart on Monday afternoon. Jerry called me back in the evening and arranged installtion of new AC on Thursday. Next day, my tenant wanted the new AC installed right away as the temperature was 32 degree C and ffeeling like 40 deg C. I cantacted Chris and he made many calls to arrange the techician and AC unit. By 3: 00pm of Tuesday, the technician arrived. One hour later, the new AC was running and everyone was happy! All happend within 25 hours since my first call.mazingly efficient!
