I would like to start off by saying this, for over 6 years or so, I did a good amount of business with the Burlington location when it was up and running. Omeid Deen, the past owner was a pleasure to deal with. I came to the Oakville location expecting the same level of customer service, instead I found myself dealing with incompetence. The only person in the store who was helpful was Courtney. It was apparent to me that the store manager "ASH" has a hate for successful white business men who know what they speak of. "ASH" obviously does not like to deal with white men who are able to point out the short comings of his staff, quality of work, and all around ownership presentation. "ASH" if you read this, please consider taking an ESL class to improve the way you speak to people who pay you for a service. You harbour "ANTI- WHITE MALE" sentiment. Your hang ups are so clear that your actually blinded yourself with it. I was also shocked with your lack of customer service. Sorry that I spoke the truth as you protected your family staff member who was in the wrong. Just another idiot in your store who does not like dealing with "WHITE MEN" who know wrong from right. Tell me ASH! How many times has that store changed hands? Ash, you are a fool without an education. In CANADA, business people know how to conduct themselves. A warning to future customers.stay away from this location. I advice you go to " Fully Promoted" on Harvester Rd, Burlington. Instant Imprints is sub pare, this location is a joke. Also, it looks like the Fire Dept.in Oakville would have an interesting time inspecting your unit for violations which I noted. Good Luck ASH!

They understand the customer is King. Did business cards, hats and shirts with logos, stencil ad for my vehicle and some mugs with my company name.
