Instant Imprints

It's about 10 minutes after 9: 00 am and they're still not open. It says they open at 9: 00 am. Lights off and no one inside. Hopefully it's not an emergency for the person opening but if they're not opening and don't think customers will be there, that's not a good practice

I left emails asking, still havent received a reply, its been 4 days, I called and
I asked how much it would be to embroider 1x1inch logo 1 colour, pretty simple ask i think.she was going on about how they have to send it out to another supplier and its going to cost me 65$ just to digitize, thats not including any embroidery.seemed like she didnt want my business at all

This is one of the best printing shops i have ever experienced. They have very friendly staff. They deliver on time and their quality is excellent at the right price. I did t-shirts, polo shirts, flyers, booklets and roll-up banners three times over the last two years and they have never disappointed. They always go that extra mile. Excellent service. There's a fella there with red hair and a beard. Total marine. He printed up my knock off Raptors jersey with a smile. He called me "hun" a lot; which was a bit unsettling; but all in all great service!

Quality of service was excellent. The T-shirts I got printed were better than I had hoped and the graphic designer did an excellent job on making recommendations to make the end product better. Unfortunately, My experience with Instant Imprints does not match the other positive reviews. I contacted Instant Imprints VIA phone Thursday 09/26/19 requesting that a image be printed onto a t-shirt by closing time on Friday 09/27/19, I was told there would be no problem. I attempted to send an email with the image but I heard nothing back - This was my fault because I entered the email addresses incorrectly. So once I called back on the Thursday and got the right email I received a prompt email saying, my image was received, but the resolution was too low. So I responded to that email with a higher resolution photo and heard nothing back. So I called them again first thing Friday morning and was told by an employee that he would tell the design dept.to contact me, I still heard nothing so I called back an hour later and he said the same thing- so I waited; by this time it is 5pm on 09/27/19 and I call back again, only for the design dept.to answer and tell me they were told nothing about my situation and that they would only be able to do it on Monday … although I specified from the first conversation that I REQUIRED it for the Friday 09/27/19.
Unimpressed and I won't be using nor recommending Instant Imprints to anyone - seeing how nothing was instant about my experience.

Amazing service! Instant Imprints was able to vinyl heat press our teams custom equipment. Dropped off the pants in the morning and they were ready for pickup later that afternoon.

I was in a rush to get an apron embroidered for a photoshoot the next day, and Instant Imprints pulled through. They gave me a selection of various coloured threads to choose from to ensure I was satisfied with the closest match. I will be back!

Crazy GREAT service - Vinod is so on point with his information and responds immediately, and cannot say enough about Dave their designer. Called me personally a couple of times to go over my wants and made suggestions resulting in a perfect outcome. My order was for only one custom printed shirt with our logo on both sleeves running vertically - something other companies charged double for. I got proofs right away and I had the shirt well before I required it.
