2nd order with instawrap. Products shipped quickly 1st order and pick up for 2nd order was simple. Prices are reasonable/cheaper than some competitors. Would continue ordering from them. Thanks

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE HORRIBLE TO DEAL WITH!
Well I ordered a 20' roll of KPMF, they said it was shipped. It clearly was never shipped.
I called they hung up on my after giving some excuse but having no way to track it because they shipped with USPS. Not sure why they would do that and not use a real carrier. Trying to save a buck im sure instead of getting the product to the client in a timely fashion.
They stole our money and now I have no product for my client.

Where do I begin! If you are looking to buy vinyl, PLEASE go elsewhere! This company is run by very unprofessional individuals, who have no experience in dealing with clientele.

My friend worked for the owner of this ‘establishment’. She quit, he stole her work and deleted it, didn’t pay her.

Absolutely horrible place do not order from here. Ordered 60ft of blue wrap and entire product came defective, they do not care about your time or even care to help you. Once I brought up that i need a refund they got mad said some shady stuff on the phone and hung up on my face.

YOU ARE BEING WARNED. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. BEWARE. I ordered the following, 3M SCOTCHGARD PRO SERIES 4.0 CLEAR / GLOSS PAINT PROTECTION FILM, AVERY DENNISON SW900 SUPREME SATIN YELLOW VINYL WRAP, and 3M DESIGN LINE KNIFELESS TAPE, GREEN, 3.5 MM x 50 M, I only received the vinyl in a 2 inch tube. The tape is 50 meters long, so its a 3.5-4 inch roll, which obviously cant fit a 2 inch tube. Why not just put tube and roll in one box.why pay double postage.
Lost $47.00 of knifeless tape. They say they sent 2 parcels but only gave me one tracking number. They say 1 tracking number for both parcels. Canada post states each parcel should have its own tracking number.why even send 2 parcels? It would cost twice as much. Day light robbery, plus Lies and more Lies. NOT TO MENTION THE RUDE BEHAVIOUR FROM THEIR STAFF. BEWARE. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE.

TRUTH TIME! They love to say truth time to their clients complaining about their quality! This place is absolutely terrible, the wrap is absolutely disgusting, glue and film all over it. The people that work there are literally trash, they treat you like you’re the scammer when it’s the other way around! So funny because they won’t answer your calls and you can literally be at the door and they will not answer even if they see you! One of their response to another complaint of their terrible childish behaviour and terrible quality of work, they said “defect rate of less then 1%” if you look at your reviews and took somewhat pride in your company you will see that every single person complains and it’s not less then 1%, it’s literally everyone who ever bought from this trash place!

Insulting. Rude and total lack of customer service knowledge. Would never purchase from them again for their lack of customer service. Insinuating that I do not know what I’m doing and therefor the product wasn’t faulty but rather I do not know what I’m doing. Ignorant and distasteful humans. Would not let me speak and instead hung up when I tried to explain what I was doing and kept telling me I was wrong and it’s not the products fault I don’t know what I’m doing.

I am truly impressed with the service i received from instawraps. They are very quick to respond, provided excellent service and their products are a game changer. Definitely recommend to any body shop looking to grow their business and provide quality vinyl wrap to customers

Carbon fiber wrap looks realistic and service was great same day pickup! Great prices Will defenitely be back again.

Do NOT use this company for vinyl. This team delivered a defected product, and refused all accountability and banned the client from future use and service. The single worst customer service and manager I have witnessed in my 8 years

EDIT2: This response to my review is why you should stay away. No vendor says “truth time” like this is some type of make believe story. Stay away, the service you get from them is cheaper than the cheap price you pay here.

I can’t believe how little a company cares at all to provide the slightest bit of help. Being a long-time customer for over a year with 30+ orders I am done with this company. It is extremely clear they do not want my money. They purposefully waste my time every single time I go to pick up my order. For a PAID for order that I get an email stating is “Ready for pickup” should not be taking 20-30 minutes to deliver after I arrive. I ask for the bare minimum, to not wait so long for my order. But no. This company will take absolutely 0 responsibility for any issues of theirs and tell you that you are the wrong one and they are so amazing…. Please never give this company your money.

Worst company on Amazon ever. Go with metroStyling instead. They will harass and slander you. They add a 90% restocking fee and make things up. Hopefully they will be banned soon from Amazon. I think these are like 2 12 year old boys running the show.

Avoid at all cost and buy from Metro Restyling if you can. Purchased one roll of wrap and received confirmation email. Product did not ship for a week and so I replied directly to the confirmation email and through their website contact page. No answer from any of them. After two weeks of contacting and receiving no answer and no shipping update that it actually left their facility, I had to file a dispute on the credit charge to get the money back. The company is full of scammers.

Unfortunately i should have listened to the negative reviews, ordered 25 ft of vvivid vinyl to finish up a project. Order was handled quickly and shipping was fast. Initial inpression was awesome UNTIL my product arrived and had been stapled on both ends of the protective cardboard carrier, puncturing BOTH ends of my vinyl order. Whats more about a foot into the length of the roll were scratches (see attached picture)

Of course i reached out to the company and asked if there was some sort of a compensation we could agree on, their initial response was send it back for their inspection. By the second email they accused me of the error and wouldnt do anything to replace the order or refund me the material. The last email they sent informed me i was playing games and to get a life.

Besides the lack of professionalism and courtesy, im blown away a company like this remains in business when they have a clear lack of regard for attention to detail.in the world of bodywork, about the only place where attention to the finest details is everything. Hopefully my review is enough to convince prospective buyers to try another vendor.

ON THAT NOTE: i have nothing but amazing things to say about cws.ca and recommend everyone looking for vinyl in canada shop there as they were very nice to deal with and shipped my order well protected and even a couple of feet extra attached!

I have a warranty claim for a wrap defect.

Avery Dennison has specifically stated that this company is not an authorized distributor.

So now I gotta wait to see what's going on because this is nuts.

Knowingly shipped my order short then refused to refund the correct amount, called them on it and just got abusive. Stay clear of these people.

A very solid team. Honest and they work with you the best they can. I missed the deadline to have an order shipped next day but they were kind enough to make it work and get it to us in time. My go to guys!

Lots of choice and no fuss pickup. But, I when I called for a size of 5x3 (I had ordered 5 x 2) I was told the only option was 5x5 for $125 which seems like a waste of material. I guess if your order fits in the size they offer, great. But if you need more flexibility in size, perhaps another vendor is what you need to look at.

Was told order would go out today added overnight shipping. Called 4 hours later was told probably won’t leave today.

Amazing shop, really fast service came in the morning around 10pm when they open I've received my order by 1 pm so very appreciated can't wait to put it on these are the guys for all your wrap needs

I went to their website, selected product and made payment. They sent the product right away. That is how business is supposed to work. Good job.
Then they sent several emails asking for a review, even after I unsubscribed to their mailing list. If you have any junk emails, forward them to [email protected] their marketing department learns respect for customers time.

I started up a wrapping service on the side and I've been purchasing my material from instawraps since the beginning. They have a huge variety of wraps available for a great price, and the material is readily available for pick up. Thank you guys!

Pickup service is great. I got the 3m wrap that I wanted. Received great tips for my diy project. Owner also offered me complementary extra wrap for practicing.

Great product. Easy to work with. I wrapped all of the fencing on a 24ft pontoon boat and it came out really nice. Please note a heat gun and patience are required but finished product looks really good.

Went over to pick up my material for my project to work on, curteous and professional service. Will be ordering more products from this company.
