We've been coming here to buy shoes for 3 years. This year my daughter came for tap shoes. The lady helping us used the "recommend guidelines" book and sold us a shoe.
It was the wrong one.
Brought it back, and they refused to exchange or even give us a discount on the new shoes.
They wouldn't even acknowledge their mistake.
Won't be coming back.

We have come here to get my daughters' dance items for the past 8 years. They are helpful and patient and have a good selection of products. Highly recommend this store to other dance families!
