Brad came and checked out my condo, he suggested upgrades and paint colours. Ralph and Chris did a wonderful job, very efficient, neat, clean and always a pleasant smile. My friends came for a visit and said wow what a great job. Even hung hooks and organized my storage closet. Thanks so much Instile!

After completing our kitchen in 2016 we had Instile back for a complete basement overhaul including bathroom, wet bar, bedroom, family room with a cozy gas fireplace and feature wall and were, again, thrilled with the results! The work was exceptional and attention to detail superb. Brad and his team understood our vision and helped to execute it. They knew our style and helped make our ideas a reality! We will continue to recommend them again and again!

We were exceptionally pleased with Instile during our kitchen reno. Brad and his crew finished on time and on budget and the quality of the work was impeccable. He was easy and fun to work with and listened to our ideas but also made some valuable suggestions for our cabinets, quartz counters, feature wall, lighting and more! We were so happy we recommended Brad to our friends and now their kitchen will be Instile this summer too!

Complete Renovation of master ensuite bathroom, It was a great experience. Brad and team where organized and scheduled all work. They arrived when they said they would and completed it on schedule with follow-up on the details. We are extremely happy with the project! Everything Instile does ends up being magazine worthy - big or small. Professional, and they get the job done on time. Brad is very good at putting pressure on the trades to make things happen on budget and on time. We have a cat and two kids and they were very respectful of the disruption a kitchen reno can have - the kids loved the whole team, which speaks to their character. They used carpets, always and never left a mess. They train often to keep up on what's new - they know their stuff.
