Insurance Insight completely took care of our situation involving a stolen vehicle. The process was easy and efficient. I would recommend their service when considering how to fully insure your new vehicle.

Marie from Insurance Insight have been a professional and kind Benefits administrstor throughout my claim process. The process have been swift and smooth for me, withouy making an inch of effort to get my claim settled.

Well last year I had a slip and fall accident and it turned out I had a fractured shouldes I was off work for a while. I went to where I bought my car and asked him is there any way he could help me finicialy and he said there might be something in your warranty that has a walk away plan. Well I was a little relieved that there might be something in the warranty of my car. Well I was told to fill out these forms for insurance insight and they have a 12 month payment relief plan. I felt so relieved I was able to keep my car and insight help pay for my car for 1 year. It gave me piece of mind thar I didn't worry about where I am going to get car payments every two weeks while I was recovering.

Thank you Insight Insurance for helping me while I was injured and to be able to heal with no worries about car payments for the year.

I had a pretty good experience all and all. Not just because I was indeed covered but because the people were good listeners and good communicators.

The first time I tried to use the policy I was unaware of a 60 day waiting. Period. That's on me. So I lost out the chance. Unfortunately I was injured again a couple years later. The second time however, I fortunately I was aware of the 60 days waiting period.

Read the fine print. Mostly good once I understood my policy and I cannot stress this enough. Get familiar with your policy! For example, I thought my payments would be covered if I was injured, but they would only be covered to a certain amount. For a certain length of time. Under certain conditions. After a certain waiting period.

Insurance is something you buy hoping you never have to use but when you do, usually you hope the process is easy. I needed about 19 pages of paperwork to be produced for walkaway. Give or take something like that, if you're injured, that's a bit of a challenge. Still it worked out. They were helpful and prompt in their dealings.

I am leaving this review because they asked me to. Good luck and let's hope you never have to use it.

My experience with them was amazing. I did not know much about the company they were very friendly explain everything and the process. Great company to work with.

I would NOT RECOMMEND this insurance company to anyone. I made three claims and everyone was denied! They always had some fine print that prevented me from being approved. Now that I paid out my loan early I was offered ONE refund on two policies I bought. I have yrs of unused insurance and like all good insurance companies if you have unused amount you get refund, with this company you get screwed for your unused amount. Overall terrible company and they don’t even deserve one star!

You have no policy under my screen name here. Also my loan is now paid for and I didn’t get a refund for the remaining policy……worst company ever! I would not recommend this company to anyone as I should have gotten a refund for the gap portion of my policy. The gap insurance is a total rip off and I would not recommend. I also wouldn’t recommend the other policy that covers you for a disability as you will get denied. I was denied three times…. Therefore it’s nothing but a waste of money…. K. Burgess

Had a heart attack and walkaway made me jump thru hoops and run around getting all ppw filled out and signed and sent back. Made it stressful.

Bought a new truck, we were rear ended by a drunk driver not even two weeks later. Insurance wouldnt cover it all and we had purchased the walk away and thankfully we did, they paid off the remaining balance. Super easy and quick claim processing. Dealt with afzhul bhatoo and he did everything that he could while working with us. Saved us a lot of stress!

I found the claims reporting and application process quite detailed and very arduous. From a customer service prospective. The policy wording should reflect that coverage begins from the date of loss and not from the date the claim is accepted as a covered loss. Other than that the service was fine.

My GAP claim was quick and painless. Details were given quickly and a response regarding my payout came in a timely manner.

I would highly recommend dealing with Insurance Insight. More specifically, I recently completed a GAP claim with Afzul. He was not only extremely efficient in processing a claim for our mutual client, he was very professional and replied immediately when I contacted him making the experience amazing all around! Really great job done by my adjuster Candace Banducci she helped me lot to collect the document for my gap claim and she provided me up to date information.

Having total loss insurance in place saved me. After getting t-boned and my vehicle being a total loss I had the comfort of this GAP insurance to fall back on. The whole process went smoothly with constant contact from the Company helping me get everything in line. I highly recommend.

This is the first time we have ever had “gap coverage “ on a car, and I was glad we had it! Our car was written off and the amount owing on the car was more then the value of the car. I honestly had a feeling this gap coverage claim would be a nightmare, but it sure wasn’t. Our claims officer, Edyta, was a DREAM! She was so efficient and clear in what was needed and how the process would work. She was so quick with responses and really made me feel that she was here for us. And the best part was her kindness. Sadly. It tools months to even get a proper response when needed and multiple agents. Escalations to finally get it going. Not at all what ford SOLD and wasn't fully covered as communicated to us prior to purchasing the policies.

I recently wrote off my car, this company dealt with paying out the bank the remainder of the car loan. Though there were many documents that needed to be submitted, I never had any hassles and the representative was very quick and responsive in getting back to me with any questions. From what I can tell, I was properly reimbursed to the date of the loss, so no complaints!

I was recently involved in an accident that wrote off my car I purchased a year and a half ago. Everyone was okay, but my car was deemed a total loss. Thankfully, I had GAP insurance and whatever my insurance company didn't cover due to their own assessment of my damaged vehicle and the depreciation after a year and a half of use, GAP covered! I dealt with Candace, she kept me updated and helped with every step. Candace is highly knowledgeable, has such a great attitude, and she is easy to talk to; I knew I was in great hands. She knew exactly what had to be done, what I needed, and what she needed in order to make the process easy & quick. She worked along with me and my vehicle salesman to ensure everything was perfect. Thanks to Candace & Insurance Insight, I was able to get a new vehicle and did not have to carry over what I owed on my previous vehicle. I definitely recommend purchasing GAP insurance through Insurance Insight when offered to you, it costs very little compared to how much it will save you in case of a total loss accident.
