I am a friend of a long term employee (close to 40 years) of this company, who recently retired. Do you know upon his retirement, he received: N-O-T-H-I-N-G. Not a phone call from management, not a letter, not even a damn card. A big fat zero acknowledgment after nearly 40 years of faithful service to this company. This is an employee whose grateful clients would write glowing letters to the company on their behalf.
I am absolutely DISGUSTED.
Are they obligated to acknowledge their employees? Maybe not. But there used to be a code of common decency in society at one time. They should hang their heads in shame.

Nice options few people are very pleasant to talk with. Sad part is just because my engine blew I had a 3 day laps and my insurance sky rocketed up. Like seriously I've been with you 17yrs and you do this to me. No thanks not anymore.

If I could give negative stars I would. We’ve been getting the run around for five weeks regarding our not at fault claim. Have to continually call and speak to other people. Our adjuster went on vacation and we were not told for six days. Called again to and was “escalated “. Called back three days later after being told 1 to 2 days, no answer on the claim. Called back again to be told “good news this was approved five minutes ago” then received a phone call ten minutes later the car was written off. Called back AGAIN and it was still approved. I’ve been waiting for the adjuster Shiemara to call back after her lunch break for about three weeks now Every agent tells you something different. Still waiting for the “final approval “ five weeks later…. Been on hold for 20 minutes after being told “this normally only takes 3-5 business days”.

Was in a car accident April 8th. To date I have sent 10 emails and left as many voicemails for the adjustor. I have 1 (ONE) email from her! In the last week I have said call me now and then when I got no call I asked in another 2 emails for a supervisor to call me. Nothing. The service is beyond atrocious. Automobile claims should be resolved within 30 days or the insurance company is supposed to explain to you why it isn't. That would require her to contact me. I have every call and email documented and will be escalating this even higher. Do not get insurance from this company ever.

It's not a decent company, but what insurance company is. My car was damaged in a hail storm, and I made a claim for hail damage. I drove the car for almost 2 months after the claim, and I got a call that it was not repairable, and a tow truck was showing up to pick it up. I did receive a payout for the car, but with the Covid market we have now, I couldn't find a comparable car to replace it. Just used cars on kijiji, which is what they recommended. I m so frustrated and was left stranded, and it really isn't fair. I tried to tell them to cancel the claim, I'd buy my car back and drive as I have been, and they could care less. I was told they don't sell used cars. But it was my car! I'd give a negative star review for this horrible customer service. I don't know how you people sleep at night. No response is needed, and no, I will not contact customer service so I can sit on hold for 2 hours to talk about this.

They deal with my vehicles. Super friendly service. Although would like cheaper insurance haha.

Unfortunately this company will waste your time and money, god forbid you ever need the company. I've spent over half a year trying to short out an accident. (not at fault)
Have yet to receive reimbursement for the carseat. Will never recomend.

Zero customer service, incompetent employees, adjusters never avaliable, never return phone calls, and settlement checks mailed by regar mail, incorrect name on check for the lien holder. So now have to wait for someone to fix the error and reissue new check.

I have been dealing with you guys for over 6 weeks! First no one can find my car. Wrong estimate for damages and the shop had to call me in. No one giving me updates. Can’t get ahold of an adjuster. I am to move across province in one week don’t have my car, and the rental car is not big enough yet no one will contact me. IF YOU SEE THIS ASHTON CONTACT ME

This has been my worst experience with Auto Insurance. They upcharged me a way higher amount and their cancellation policy is highly flawed. Charged me from my account a month after my cancellation and took another month to even process my refund which was mailed and took weeks to arrive. Their customer service is unprofessional and I would suggest people to never take auto insurance from them.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. I had an accident July 2022, And my car is still not fixed. I have been constantly on the phone with them and they don’t return any phone calls, and they don’t communicate to you about status of your vehicle clean. If I could write a zero out of five I would. Do not use this company.

Horrible customer service at insanely high rates! Anybody but intact! I recently bundled home and auto insurance! They raised my monthly rate 200$ So I said that’s ridiculous as I’m already paying 300$ a month! (Clean driving record) so I said I want to cancel and they said it would be 1000$ to cancel my insurance, save yourself the headache and look for another insurance provider
