Big thanks out to Integra for yesterday’s visit! As always they fix my quad issue even thought I had just injured it a day earlier. They always know how to fix acute issues. Amazing! My leg is 95% better already.

I've being seeing Shannon Dales for over 20 years. She has helped me recover from a myriad of nagging injuries, including issue with my back, neck, elbow, wrist, shoulder, knee and most recently, an Achilles tear. I've also enjoyed getting regular fine tuning for proper alignment. I trust her skills 100%. I am grateful to have had the benefit of her extensive knowledge and talent. I've sent many friends and family to her over the years. She's helped them all. She is an excellent chiropractor and a consummate professional.

Only good thing that came out of me being a patient of Integra was Dr. Kegel! Whom I have the absolute pleasure of having as a family doctor for years now. Reception is a nightmare! They never return emails or calls and they are incompetent to the max at sending over requisitions, reports or referrals. I’ve called 6 times in two days to get some paperwork from Dr. Gill and the reception staff keeps giving me the run around. Also, Mithun has a bit of an attitude over the phone when asked why it takes so long to get a response. If you hate the job and how busy it is then don’t effing do it! Place is worse now after Covid than ever before. People have just become accustomed to being lazy.

Do NOT recommend Dr. Agarwal!
This used to be a great clinic. But I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Agarwal. I came with ear pain together with fatigue and ask to check my ear AND do blood test for my fatigue.he said that he only address one thing at an appointment.not more. Seriously?
He looked at my ear, gave me pills.it was 1: 33. My appointment was at 11: 30. So we had time.asked for a referral to fertility clinic since I want to freeze eggs due to my age and they need referral, that was too much for him. He did not give me. I need to book another appointment, he can not address more than one issue in 10 mins. It was 11: 34. You still have time!

My appointment was with Jake, he was very professional and was able to dig into all my pressure points. I was very satisfied with the service and can recommend if you are traveling through the city

I’ve been so happy with the care that I’ve received from Dr. Burton at Integra. She is an amazing physician and cares about her patients. Integra has always been very responsive to all of my emails and timely with appointment requests. They also have in-house bloodwork testing which is very convenient.

I went into the Exchange Tower branch about 10 days ago because I'd had a fall and my foot was swollen. I was looked at by the doctor and sent to St Michael's for an X-ray.
I can't believe it takes that long for x-ray results to be uploaded to the system, especially when the doctor sent me with a note on my file saying I might have a minor fracture or some sort of break in my bone. I've reached out to the clinic to follow up and on one occasion, the X-ray results hadn't been shared with them and on the second, "the doctor did not have time to look at the report" - these exact words. Booking a follow up appointment is even worse, because their availability is scarce and the doctor I saw initially will be away until mid next week.
I'm awfully disappointed and surprised because I've never had an issue with their other location in Commerce Court. The doctor I've seen on two occasions has been extremely wonderful and their service was stellar, from giving me an update on reports to everything else. My foot keeps swelling despite minimal pain and I literally want to know why that's happening - it's as simple as that, and it's taking ages to get a proper reply from them about it.
I'm at my wits end with the system here, and have started to look for another clinic where I can be seen, better helped and get results sooner rather than later.

I'll have to echo what many others have written, this used to be a great clinic but has gone downhill in the past few years.

- I was not informed when my family physician left the office. I only found out when I tried to book an appointment.
- Have inquired about getting my medical records.twice, not to switch to a different clinic, but so I can follow my own health. Only to have the staff promise they will email me back. Waited multiple times both weeks and have received nothing from Integra other than spam.

Avoid this clinic.

I have been coming to Integra Health and Sapna for about 4 months now. I have had ongoing back issues and the Sapna is absolutely amazing. She is able to triage issues much quicker than anyone or anywhere I have been. The clinic takes a holistic approach and is able to help you in so many facets. I could not recommend Integra Health more (especially Sapna)

My feedback is consistent with many other patients who are facing the same set of issues recently. I have been with the clinic for 6 years now and had a fantastic experience pre COVID. The experience in post COVID times have been an absolute disaster especially when it comes to coordinating appointments. They cancel appointments at the last moment, don't confirm appointment bookings, wrongly charge no show fee, doctors call 2 hours later than the scheduled appointment and the list goes on. Sad to see the decline of such a great clinic.

This is a great place for all your health needs. I’ve had the pleasure to not only use the medical services but also the rehab services. All the allied staff (chiro, physio, osteo, massage) are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They were able to identify my problems right away and gave me great treatment that helped me resolve my injuries. The medical staff is also top notch, they take their time and listen to my needs, I never feel rushed. Highly recommend this clinic

I have had great experiences at Integra! The staff is very welcoming and the doctors are very professional and knowledgeable. I had to have ultrasounds and CT scans done in the past and the doctors at Integra were always very patient and helpful when reviewing the results with me.

Management has really responded to the negative reviews from months ago. I’ve saved countless physical trips to the paediatrician’s office due to the clinic’s prompt accommodation for a virtual appointment whenever my kid is sick. The times I do have to physically go in, I’ve been able get an appointment with ease. The best part is that both virtual and in-person appointments have been right on time, allowing me to carry on with other things in the day.

A one stop shop in Downtown Toronto with knowledgeable practitioners and a great team. I’ve always been able to get an appointment last minute and have felt taken care of and heard. From their physicians to the chiropractors - I’ve always had a positive experience! They really do have everything you need in your health care team.

Unprofessional service with inexperienced staff. They are focused on the money side of business although it’s a health clinic. Such a shame. They are asking for $45 cancelation fee for being late 20 minutes. They have been late numerous times for more than 30 minutes and I never charged them anything.

Was experiencing significant pain in my right foot and lower leg while walking. Dr. Kristy Blair clearly explained the source of the problem and completely eliminated the pain after one session of acupuncture. I did not expect to be pain free so quickly and was very impressed.

I have had the worst experiences with my family doctors and this clinic over the last 3+ Years. This clinic is so awfully run. They never call back, even with the simplest requests, like having my family doctor send me over the note after waiting weeks for my appointment to just get a doctor's note. They are unprofessional and the admin staff is the worst of them all. They somehow keep getting worst and worst. I have never had a positive experience. No one has ever done their job correctly

Although I am 100% satisfied with my family doctor who works at this clinic, the customer experience getting an appointment is horrible. My emails often go unanswered and in the time it’s taken me to try an schedule an appointment with my family doctor via email (they don’t pick up the phone or return voicemails) I have secured two doctor appointments at a clinic in a foreign country and one at a specialized paediatrician where my son is not a patient. I understand family practices do not run like emergency centres or walk in clinics but I would expect more timely responses from my family doctor office, especially when matters pertains to an infant.

Like most people mentioned, admin and management is terrible. You can never reach anybody or if leave multiple voicemails no-one return your calls. I am out of my BP medication and I can’t reach any one to get a refill. Doctors are OK but this poor service over shadows that.

It was awesome, for a while…. I was so happy when I found this clinic my doctor was amazing but most importantly the service was great, now I can’t say the same, it’s impossible to get in touch with the front desk and when they pick up the phone they’re not helpful at all, they take forever to reply to emails and it’s getting harder to see a doctor especially for people that work office hours, now I have to take my lunch time to see a doctor, my family doctor resigned and I haven’t been assigned to a new one, some of the new doctors are rude and disregard your needs. It’s really disappointing, I’m sure something must have happened for the drastic change.

I really don't know how this place still has such a high rating, although I assume it's because this clinic used to be incredible and it's the recent staff changes that have had it fall into absolute chaos. First of all, don't even bother trying to call they don't pick up 95% of the time. They will either blame it on their phone system or being understaffed, but they used to always answer and just put you on hold if anything. Now it takes over an hour of calling just to get through. They have made so many mistakes on my account health wise that I've decided to find a new family doctor. They sent me someone else's personal specialist request with all of this person's personal information on it. When I requested to talk to the manager about it I didn't hear from them for over three months. I just can't say enough bad things. Just avoid this place if you can.

The service has gone downhill. Admin specifically is terrible; no patients should not be expected to have the knowledge of those with a medical office administration background. If not for the medical professionals themselves, I think it would be worthwhile switching.

And I do think it's ridiculous they downsized the number of people handling phone lines between both locations. The major reason why I switched clinics in the first place was because the other one would not answer their phone.

I’ve been dealing with lower back and leg pain for most of my like so I decided to finally do something about. So far I’ve had a few sessions with Dr. Kristy Blair and my back already feels better than it has in years. She’s excellent and I highly recommend her.

I saw Cory Schneider a Physiotherapist at the clinic for the last 5 months and had a great experience, he was knowledgeable and always following up and making sure I had everything needed to deal with my issue. The clinic is run smoothly, it is very easy to book appointments and re-schedule if needed, and they made the whole experience as stress-free as possible.

I abhor contacting them and dealing with their receptionists to book an appointment for their family medicine or walk-in and same day medical care. It would be much more efficient if they offered the option to do it online since their doctors' schedules change. It would be simpler to see online when they are available.

My physiotherapist Cory did a fantastic job at helping me recover through a pretty severe ankle injury. I got an appointment incredibly fast and he got right to work on diagnosing my issue and helping me reach my goals during recovery. I had several holidays booked with a lot of activities like hiking and cycling that I was worried would be completely upended because of my injury, but with Cory’s help I was able to enjoy my summer seamlessly and after several sessions I am back to normal, if not better than where I started with all the guidance and knowledge he has provided. Incredibly grateful for his help and highly recommend his services!

I have seen Sarah and Sapna regularly at Integra for the past several years and they are always spectacular! Between the two of them, they can handle most of your injury/movement concerns.

I totally understand the pre-vaccination era cautiousness and taking-no-chances approach, and also the clinics being required to follow Health Canada guildlines when pandemic hit, back in March 2020.
But 18 months later, we are in a much much better position now as a population.as 66% of Ontario are fully vaccinated now. That's 2 out of each 3 persons.
All essential businesses have reopened with at least %50 capacity for quite some time now.
However, I've been trying to book in-person appointments -on different occasions- with Dr. Stefan Kegel since March this year, to no avail.
Somehow he still refuses to visit patients in-person, and continues to practice this phone call appointment routine which I personally tried once and I assure you, it is quite useless for most patients.
I wonder what is the difference between Dr. Kegel and his peers who are working 24/7 at the hospitals dealing with COVID-19 patients as far as the human condition applies. Are those folks using intercoms and cellphones to help and attend to their patients as well?
I guess the Hippocratic Oath is just a word salad to some medical professionals.
A little ethicism and selflessness go a long way, Dr. Kegel.

Don't bother booking a phone appointment here, especially with Dr. Burton. It's absolutely useless and quite honestly a waste of time. The phone staff aren't friendly and don't give you important information beforehand.

Let me start by saying that everyone here is nice. However it is very hard to book an in person/ over the phone appointments with your family doctor. The average wait time to book a phone call with your dr is about two weeks. I dont know if they’re operating this way because they are super cautious about Covid or what (but it’s over the phone so i dont understand) but i had to go into walk in clinics instead of talking to my family doctor because she’s always not available. If you need actual medical services i don’t recommend using them as a family doctor.

Integra is holding my prescription hostage until I pay their arbitrary fee. I need the prescription for pain management. This is tantamount to abuse.

I waited for 29 minutes for the Doctor to call me. I missed the call and I called the office right back but wasn't able to connect with them.

Integra charged me for a missed appointment when I didn't miss it. They claim I had to be available for 30-60 minutes but no where was that written in their email.

I refused to pay. They won't give me an appointment until I pay the fee. I have zero intention of cowering to their illegal demands.

Excellent clinic and team.very caring, compassionate and professional and exceptional chiropractor!

I began my treatment with Dr. Amanda Rong this summer. During Covid, WFH caused lots of pains to my back and neck. Thanks Amanda, not just healing my body, also help me to make a fitness plan together. Now I could return to my sports life.

Also thanks for the weekly massage, it is really helpful to reduce my stress and pains. I experienced fast relief and felt immediately better.:)

I've been going to Integra for all of my health care needs for the last few years, and have seen a lot of different specialists during my time there. From family medicine, physiotherapy, chiropractic, and massage therapy - they really are a one stop place for all of my needs, and everyone has been super helpful and caring. My current chiropractor is Dr. Amanda Rong. She's been so plesant to work with in treating the different chronic pain issues that I've been struggling with. I now get massage therapy from her as well, which is great because she is already familiar with the areas of my body that struggle from chronic pain. I highly recommend anyone to see her for chiro and massage therapy if you are also dealing with similar issues!

I continue my client/patient relationship with Amanda because she listens to my complaints, but also the details of my life routine and addresses issues that I may not have thought could be problematic or contributing factors to making substantive changes in my physical health. I would recommend her as a practitioner to anyone needing physio for longer-term conditions, like myself.

I highly recommend this clinic! The receptionists are kind and quick to answer the phone and emails. They also have "tact" with scheduling follow-up calls to ease your worries. My family doctor, Dr. Gravelle, is very patient, understanding, but thorough! He goes the extra mile to have appointments scheduled in a timely manner and to address your needs effectively and quickly - always helping to put your mind at ease. I have also worked with Dr. Nakita Sander, naturopath, who's warm demeanor and knowledge helped me figure out a great supplement routine. Dr. Carissa DuPuis, chiropractor, helped me out big time after I injured my back - I went from barely able to walk, to walking 20,000 steps within 2 weeks. This is a one stop shop. Integra Health is incredibly efficient, respectful, and a positive space!

They are providing really disappointing medical services, I called them many times regarding my concerns and no one got back to me, even after multiple appointments with doctors, specially Dr. Stacy Burton, I don't know from where these 5 star ratings are coming but I'm pretty sure these are the doctors with a big smile on their website looking to make the most amount of money, that's all it is. Sarah (PT) and Sapna (Chiro) are amazing - both so kind, very professional and excellent at what they do. The facility is beautiful and well kept. Most of all, I love their free educational sessions - I've taken away so much and appreciate their offerings!

Professional, compassionate, and affordable - and all downtown! I've used both medical doctors, chiropractors and a massage therapist here and they were all fantastic. I'm able to book an appointment that is NOT two weeks from now (often can be seen the next day), and when my appointment is at 12: 30, I see the doctor at 12: 30. None of this "wait 3 hours" nonsense! I've been nothing but impressed by the genuine care of the staff and their professionalism and respect for patients. Women can have a really hard time finding doctors that LISTEN to them or whose response to every possible medical issue is just "lose weight".

I've been with several doctors here for several years, having moved from another clinic with them, and I can honestly say that these people have improved the quality of my life to such an extent I can't imagine life without them.

It is amazing to have a Team Me and I am so proud of them for creating this amazing atmosphere, both office-wise and team-wise. I am a happy patient, a happy client, and will continue to be for years to come. If it shows how awesome they are, I travel over an hour each way several times a week to see them. The few times I tried finding new local doctors were exercises in pain, frustration and futility (including 6-hour wait times, a doctor who didn't believe me about where my pain was, and a doctor who demanded I have a random pelvic exam while several students observed - I was in for a broken ankle - and then said they'd withhold medical care when I said NO WAY) Integra, I'm yours for life.

Granted the clinic is close to my office and I stumbled upon it by chance; but physiotherapist Amanda Lee has truly changed my life! Not only has she addressed my acute pain episodes, we’ve worked on improving my mobility, core strength and confidence in moving properly again! She’s very pleasant, accommodating, and extremely patient while ensuring the work gets done. I have already referred a friend and he’s been equally impressed. And soon Amanda will start providing acupuncture. Highly recommend her!

Kudos to the clinic staff for quickly setting up virtual services during COVID and implementing social distancing and cleaning practices during these strange times. I’ve also used their walk-in and was impressed. All around a well organized clinic and wonderful environment. Thanks!

5-star rating for Integra. Been a patient there for 4 years and they are great. You may have to wait sometimes for your appointment, but the level of service and care you get is outstanding. Specifically, I LOVE Dr. Olupona. She's a fantastic physician who takes the the time to listen and address your concerns. I always feel heard, cared for and always feel very comfortable to discuss my issue with her.

Poor customer service.

We had a confirmed appointment at the new location in Commerce Court for Christmas Eve. After arriving at the location, the office was locked with no one in sight. We called the Exchange Tower location and was notified that all appointments for the day had been moved here (no advance warning was given to us). I let them know we were on our way over, but when we arrived at Commerce Court (within the allotted 20-minute grace period), the doctor had already left.

Too many errors here - 1. Not being notified that my appointment had changed locations, 2. Having the doctor leave early even though they knew I was on my way (and was running late due to their mistake). 3. And on top of that, they wanted to charge me a cancellation fee.

People visit the doctor when they are ill or not well. To not have the basic logistics and service in place is tablestakes, especially when you are in the medical industry.

Very clean office, but I felt a very pretentious vibe when visiting here. And it was comic, because this office is ran by other normal people. We all are just trying to live in Canada, it is very cringe-worthy, sad, and weird to see some people have a pretentious attitude here in Canada of all places. Simply cause they're working at a doctors office down-town. And what is even more sad is I got the vibe that if you come in here wearing a suit, a walk-in (you heard that right a walk-in) doctor will treat you better. That is just ridiculous in every way possible, and I don't know where to start to address this concern. 1. We all pay our taxes to fund this public health-care, so the doctors should be treating all patients fairly regardless of who they are, or what they're wearing. 2. We're living in a quiet, peaceful country Canada, that is full of all type of people, please come down to Earth and just be friendly regardless of what a patient is wearing. It is extremely awkward and cringe-worthy if a doctors office is more friendly (from the front-desk to the doctors) to patients wearing suits. Like that is unacceptable, and shameful. 3. The main priority of health-care here in Canada, which is publicly funded through taxes, is the patient. It should be patient focused. Scrolling through the other reviews, I was shocked to see Integra judge other low-rated or 1 star reviews. I believe in several reviews Integra Health Centre thought the identify of a person writing a review was so important, that they prioritized their time to check if the person writing the review was a patient. And even more weird is that in one review, Integra drew to the conclusion other low-rated reviews were by the family member of another review, and Integra sarcastically thanked them for asking their family members for writing reviews. I find it ridiculous that Integra is spending time trying to belittle other people who wrote review, rather than taking the criticism and prioritizing time to improve Integra and the patient experience, instead of searching their data-base of a certain reviewer visited Integra, and then letting the person know they never visited Integra and they are 100% wrong, because Integra is always right and has the time to do all this. When the person simply could have used a friends account, or not used their real name (both which are very common on a internet blog such as this for security purposes). Thank-you for taking the time to read this.

Front desk service was good, but the consultation happened in the blink of an eye. The doctor seemed to be in a rush to get out and didn’t elaborate on causes of symptoms and how to possibly ease the pain. Overall, I did not feel that I got the help (and time) I needed.

Terrible service and front staff forgot to take my health care number and called me in the night to get it. Next thing I know I keep getting billing info from lifelabs saying I need to pay fees. Back and forth need to handle it myself and called lifelabs cuz this clinic never picks up just goes straight to a dulled voicemail. Lifelabs ended up taking my ohip for billing glad that I didn't have to pay out of pocket. Otherwise this clinic is ill.informed and not that professional. Otherwise My Dr.haq she was young, nice, friendly but seems very rush.

** update: I'm still dealing with the billing issue since two months ago I visited one time. This clinic didn't put my health card on the file or recusition so I kept getting bill from life lab it is not life lava fault it is purely the clinic fault they called me at night time to get my health card number because they forgot to put it on when I was there, but still didn't update it correctly.
Fortunately the lady from life lab helped me and told me to call the clinic to update my file with my health card number so long story short back and forth calling life lab and getting bill every month even thought I've provided the health card to life lab they said if the clinic doesn't update it on their end I will still get a bill every month from them. I just called intra health didn't resolve yet but they said they will call me back I hope they fix this problem so I don't get bother with this issue. Guys it only takes one time to give u a headache, don't come here they ain't professional and can't do things right and tries to push the blame to someone else.

Intra health called me back and said it is dealt with and asked me to make sure the health card is filled on the recusition, a recusition that was never been seen by myself only the receptionist and doctor has filled and touched it. I mean I had no control of it, since this is their responsibility to ensure that, anyway they told me it's dealt with and I won't be billed anymore. I guess will see from this point. Long story short, only if they've done it right the first time I wouldn't be dealing with all these. And I've only been to the clinic once in my life. Never again

I was looking to see if this clinic takes blood work. I waited on hold for 10 minutes and then I had to hang up. My call was at 2: 45, this is not a busy time for Downtown Toronto.

I came the first day they opened and they made me feel very welcome. They could tell I was sick and needed to see someone. I was given an appt that day and saw an amazing dr who really listened to my concerns and sent me for xrays. Luckily it was not as severe, but he still took it Seriously and I really appreciated that. Definitely a forever client

Horrible front desk receptionists who really need more training in customer service. Have had countless unsatisfactory experiences especially with them. For such a busy and central office they should invest in better front desk staff. Have had an unfortunate experience with one of the doctors where the results of an important medical test were not communicated to me when promised. Cancellation and late appointment fee is unreasonably high and just feels like an opportunity for them to make extra money. Looking for another doctor but it’s hard to find reliable family doctors in Toronto.

First off, Dr. Pasricha really wow-ed - she is one of the clinic's walk-in medical doctors, she is warm, inviting and asked great questions. She exudes trustworthiness and seems to have a great foundation in new treatments and methods. It's great that I could get blood tests done on sight and the nurse was professional and friendly.

The Clinic: I have so far been to this clinic once. Booking was easy - they are very strict about their cancellation policy, but frankly that's well within their rights. It's a nice looking space though the reception area is not as inviting as it could be. It's a bit stark, and awkwardly set up. I wish the counter where the receptionists sat was lower as it is difficult to speak with them as they were sitting down at their computers and below an easy sightline. I really do think that reception is important in a clinic as they are the face and first line of support in the clinic. This is the only reason I gave a 4 and not a 5.

Nice clean look. Friendly, efficient staff. The premises leave little to be desired.

Dr Salman is exceptional. Funny, friendly, and attentive. He's always willing to listen and explain if I have any questions. Im glad I got him as a family doctor!

The doctor was dismissive of my concerns. I had a blood test done more than a week ago, and I still haven’t heard back.

Great clinic with friendly practitioners and efficient booking system. I also like that there is a whole range of services offered in one place, and everything has been great so far - my family doctor, physio and massage!

The owner can't decide whether she's running a medical clinic or a fashion store. A look at their facebook page is beyond bizarre. Constant "silly" photos of the staff and a million shots of the owner Dr Sapna. When I'm ill and need medical help I don't worry about my doctors hairstyle or how many kids she has or her fashion choices or her manicure. I want someone who is serious about medicine and helping people. If you need basic tests run/ requisition forms, go here. For any serious medical diagnosis, go elsewhere to more serious professionals.

I have been to this clinic a few times this year and this is the best walk in clinic in Toronto. The fact that you have to call in and book your walk in appointment ensures that you do not have to wait for long when you come for your appointment. I have met with two different doctors and they were excellent. The environment is very diverse and the doctors connect with you. I also like the diversity there, it makes you feel welcome. I was also happy to find out that you can book a followup appointment with the same doctor even as a walk in patient. Overall I will keep using Integra Health!

The care I've received by the licensed professionals (MDs, Physiotherapist, Chiropractor/Acupuncturist) at Integra has been fantastic. I would have absolutely no reason to stop seeing them if the administrative staff or owners were capable of doing their jobs or even pretended to care about professionalism or patient care.

I've never encountered this much incompetence from an administrative team. I've been provided with incorrect invoices, I've had an appointment not be scheduled at all, I've had to chase down an owner (Alyza Raithatha) for a form requested months ago that is still incomplete. I was given excuse after excuse regarding maternity leave, etc, promised follow up and still have nothing.

I have never posted a review like this and hoped to never have to but I'm at a loss for how a clinic managing confidential patient information can run like this. I won't be returning as a patient and I'll be advising those I know to avoid this "Health Centre".

I have been to this clinic twice now and I am just so impressed with the staff here. The receptionists are always smiling, friendly and efficient and Dr. Olupona is just such a warm and genuine person. I have never really felt comfortable going to see doctors and always avoided them like the plague. Other family doctors I have seen in the past always gave the impression of being cold and uninterested. But talking to Dr. Olupona felt like talking to a friend. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and is very personable and knowledgable. She made me feel comfortable from the get go and really took her time to listen to me. For the first time, I really feel like I'm in good hands!

Worst Doctor and receptionists i have ever encountered. Im not sure why they are rated so high? Everyone must be speaking to a different doctor and receptionist because they way they handled me was more then frustrating and scary. Basically after the doctor told me that i may have cancer (which finding out a month later of waiting and calling back because they werent getting back to me, that i didnt have that, the doctor just thought telling me the worst case was the best course of action) i constantly had to deal with there unprofessional staff who never responds back and dont seem to care. The nail in the coffin was when they charged me to have my files transferred to another doctors office because i will never step foot in the money grabbing practice again. Good luck to you all willing to risk youre diagnosis with them.

Dr. Malta is simply amazing. She takes time with her patients, really listens to their concerns and is extremely empathetic. She is open to alternative treatments and takes an unbiased, non-judgemental approach. She makes you feel comfortable to express your concerns. She is compassionate, knowledgeable and understanding. It’s very seldom that amazing clinicians like Dr. Malta are recognized for their hard work, dedication and excellent care they provide to their patients. I am very grateful for having Dr. Malta as my physician.

Called today to schedule a walk in when they had a time that I could not attend I asked to schedule with my doctor on another day in which I was told I no longer had one there and need to be waitlisted.

Yes I was aware my doctor left in 2016 and all of her files were moved over to another doctor.
Now the receptionist is saying she has no record of me filling in a new patient form for the doctor that took over my file, which I was never aware that I had to fill out and if there is already a file for me, would that not just be carried over?

I am so disappointed because now I have to start all over and left with no family doctor, which is ridiculous when I've been going there since 2016.
