Integra Health Centre - Commerce Court

Was able to get a walk-in appointment that day and it is easy to get to, right in king street. Went to get a prescription for a RMT and it cost 45 dollars to print out.

What an unpleasant experience today, I needed to be seen by a doctor but if you do not have a prior appointment registered there is no possibility of speaking to the doctor. The sad thing is that they offer walk in services.

More beauty bar than walk-in clinic. I was greeted by ads for all kinds of health/beauty treatments - but when I asked to see the doctor, the receptionist looked startled, like no one had ever requested that before. She then explained that there was no doctor on duty. Apparently, the doctor was sick and the clinic hadn't bothered to arrange for a backup. The receptionist didn't apologize for the inconvenience or refer me to another nearby clinic. Nope. She just shrugged. I have symptoms of pneumonia and had to drag myself here, but she didn't seem to care. And, further to this insanity, the receptionist said that they see patients "by appointment only", yet they list themselves as a walk-in clinic! Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Dr. Anjorie Pasricha was great! Efficient, knowledgeable and kind. Addressed all of my concerns. They even did my blood work immediately in the same clinic.

Only draw back was the booking process, which was clunky. But the appointment itself was very smooth!

Showed up to my scheduled appointment time just to be told that my appointment was cancelled and that they couldn't get me in to see a doctor that day. They made no attempt at all to even contact me beforehand. Thank you for wasting my time.

Money grab, they made a mistake on a prescription and charged us again for a consult to fix the mistake.

I am so glad I found this clinic. I needed to see a doctor and did not have a family doctor at the time. I was very well taken care of by everyone at the clinic, from the receptionist, to the nurses, phlebotomists, doctor. The facility is always spotless, and this is one of the rare clinics in Toronto that respects your appointment time (no need for you to wait if you booked an appointment).

Today I had a horrible experience with Dr. Humna Amjad. She is extremely rude. She says ‘I don’t know ‘ for everything. I asked her if my neck pain is due to wrong sleeping posture and she responded saying ‘I am not a pillow specialist’. I was taken aback by this response and her behaviour. I kept my calm, thanked her for her time and left the place. She should learn how to communicate with the patient.
I have had consultation with the different doctor in the past and my experience was good.

Excellent service. Had an appointment last Thursday. The receptionist is super polite. I called the Exchange Tower location for an appointment and they were very helpful. Was not aware that they had two locations downtown. Highly recommend this health centre for a stress-free appointment.

No massage therapy offered here - have to be referred to their exchange tower location and made appointment. Was told to arrive 15 min early, then they let me wait for 30 minutes for a 30-min appointment, then told me the therapist has an emergency.

I emailed Integra out of the blue about making an appointment and heard back within a few hours, making an appointment for the next morning! When I arrived the reception staff were friendly, and I was in an exam room right at my appointment time. Dr. Sum arrived about ten minutes later. Dr. Sum was a good listener, asked me lots of questions, and I felt that he left space for me to give more information as I wanted to. Plus the in-house lab was so convenient and Christine was also very friendly and gentle while taking my blood. Will definitely be back!

Please do not book any form of appointments with Integra health (any location whatever). They are the most incompetent and unprofessional set of people you’d come across! If you want to maintain your health and sanity I suggest trying somewhere else. They have two locations and when you book an appointment they don’t give you the location in your appointment confirmation email and allow you play guessing game with the actual location. When you finally figure out the correct location after going to the wrong one they decide not to attend to you.

I have been visiting the Commerce Court location as part of their new Integra Skin Lab. It's very well organized and has a very knowledgeable staff in a low-pressure environment. I am already pleased with the results.

I was able to quickly and easily book appointments to see doctors and chiropractors at Integra. The chiropractors helped me with my back pain that I was having. I’ve also gone here to see RMTs and it’s always been a great experience! Their online booking is also very convenient.

Amazing clinic with helpful staff! Never have any issues getting an appointment and Dr. Sapna is really great! Would highly recommend

Dr. Sapna is amazing with her combined chiropractic, acupuncture and rehabilitation approach. I would recommend her to any of my family and friends!

Good place to get all of your health needs met. Communicate with them via email, phoning them is a lost cause.

I've had nothing but excellent experiences at Integra so far. Dr. Sapna has treated me for various ailments and injuries over the years and I've always left her care feeling marked improvements. She's gotten me back to playing sports expeditiously and efficiently and I'm very grateful for that. Have also had very positive, friendly interactions with the front desk staff. Highly recommend!

I have been calling up the clinic for the past week, trying to book an appointment with my family doctor. I have never gotten through to anyone over phone, nor have I received a call back from the clinic. It is truly disappointing that I am unable to book a phone appointment with my own family doctor. The doctors and nurses here are great, but the receptionists at Integra are unprofessional and really make me regret signing up with a family doctor at this facility.

They are providing really disappointing medical services, I called them many times regarding my concerns and no one got back to me, even after multiple appointments with doctors, specially Dr. Stacy Burton, I don't know from where these 5 star ratings are coming but I'm pretty sure these are the doctors with a big smile on their website looking to make the most amount of money, that's all it is. Great experience for the first time flu shot in Canada. Good location, nice and clean individual room for each patient, the nurse is professional and nice with excellent skills. Highly recommend!

Had a very bad and disappointing experience recently. I had a knife cut on my hand and I asked for a in person walk in appointment through email. The staff advised only phone appointment is available but told me I can always take photos and share with the doctor. Once I sent over photos, I had to wait for a few days for a doctor Weste to call. Today when the doctor called, it sounded like she didn’t even know about the photos. Within 1 minute, the only thing doctor said was she cannot help, I have to go see a doctor in person. When I asked about the photos of my hand, she said the photos cannot tell her anything and she cannot help. The whole appointment last 2 minutes. This totally is a waste of my time to wait for the phone appointment. The doctor could have just passed on a message through staff to tell me I need to see a doctor in person and cancel this useless phone appointment. The 2 minutes conversation with her has absolutely no value at all. I had to try really hard to not to be angry on the phone and question what’s the point to even make this call.
It really makes me believe it’s a way for the clinic to just get money from OHIP. This clinic also has doctors accepting new patients if they need family doctor. After this experience, I would strongly recommend against trusting the people there to actually care about patients.

I always found doctor and supporting staff helpful. They provide right guidance whenever I and or my family needed.

The two times that I have gone to Integra Health Centre have been both a negative experience. When I had booked a appointment online the first time I had gone in and taking in that i have a few health issues and just wanted to make sure i was touching every point on my health. The doctor that I had given me the energy that any questions I had asked about.my health had been to "annoying" for me to ask and in return made me feel very rushed and not cared for. When I had asked her for a prescription for my birth control and other prescriptions, the moment i got to shoppers we had to call them due to her forgetting my prescription which had to be sent over.already, going into my doctors appointment and feeling rushed when there was no other patients outside and forgetting my prescription is very concerning. Today, the second time I had gone in and hoping that it would be a better experience the moment that I got to the front desk I had entered with a warm welcome and without asking how i one of the girls had immediately said " You need to talk to her" already taken back by the unwelcome I had not wanted to even be there. I had seen a doctor to get my shot and she did not even ask me how I was doing or in a time like now with everything going on in the world had made me feel not cared for in any way. Again, I had felt rushed and when asking if the city would be closing down she had responded as if that was the hardest question of her day. I am not understanding why the people that work here are so unhappy with their patients or if they are just unhappy with their lives but for people that are getting into a field like this you can't make people feel rushed or forget the prescriptions that they had specifically came in to get or make them feel like the questions that someone is asking is too much for them to answer.

Incredible care. Took me right away and the Dr I saw was amazing. The care and concern he showed put me at ease. Never felt rushed and he truly listened and constantly asked if I understood. Phenomenal place.

I literally came here for a referral and I only booked here because there office said they could do it. I came here from Oshawa the doctor cancelled last minute and I saw a new doctor dr.west? She said she could not give me a referral and looked at me stupidly when I told her that her office said they could. Waste of my time don't go here.

I had a great experience getting orthotics that saved me during my travels. Amanda Birch was very knowledgable and bright and showed me a bunch of stretches that were very helpful. Definitely would recommend.

Terrible! I had a pretty bad experience with Dr. Anjori Pasricha. It was like she was trying get rid of me the whole time and just prescribe me anything just to end the session. Got very passive aggressive when I tried to bring up a secondary issue I had, and mentioned that this session is only 10 minutes, even though we were barely 2 minutes into the session. I clearly have a sinus infection and all she did was give me a nasal spray instead of ask me to do a sinus scan or refer me to a ENT specialist. She seemed desperate to leave. Then she told me to get this checked out with my main family Dr.instead even though the whole point I was there is because my family Dr at Integra has been MIA for the last 2 weeks, and Dr. Anjori is supposed to look into this issue more carefully for me. I then ask her if I can have blood work done to get a complete picture of my health, since I haven’t done one in over two years, she says flat out “no” because I “look like a healthy 28 year old” and so I don’t need a test done, and that she will only get my iron tested. She has no right to deny me to get tested for complete blood work. I don’t care about seeing the results but I have the right to do complete blood work to get a picture of my overall health. Or do I have to be already ill to qualify for blood work? So I find out if something is wrong after the fact? I then tried to follow up on the results of my swab and she didn’t even give me a chance to ask, she rudely interrupted me and said I can’t ask any more questions because I am only allowed to come in for one issue, even though it wasn’t 10 mins yet. I couldn’t even find out the results of my swab! How incredibly rude! She was a bully from the start of the session until the end. This is the third time I felt a Dr at Integra try to get rid of me, and act passive aggressive towards me if I extend beyond 5 mins and ask more questions. I regret settling with Integra but you guys have all my info now so too bad I am stuck with you. I have literally been trying to get referred to an allergy specialist for the last month, but every time I come in for a session I am only “allowed to bring up one issue”, so because other things have taken precedence, I can’t ask to be referred to an allergy specialist! I haven’t had that experience with any other clinic. Don’t know what it is with Integra Dr’s specifically always having a lousy attitude. Please tell me what I have to do to get complete blood work done?

Also, a few months ago I had an issue and went to a Dr in Integra, she told me not to worry and this will go away on its own. I asked if I should get any tests done and she said no not to worry. I tried Infinity the next day and the Dr looked concerned and rushed to get 5 different tests done for me and she did end up finding something very major. Glad I didn’t listen to the Dr at Integra and followed my gut.

I have been with the same GP for 35 years. I was truly never happy or satisfied and many times left my appointments frustrated and uncared for. After having my initial consultation and my first official appointment, I finally feel listened to and taken care of. Dr. Polsinello is wonderful, empathetic, organized, knowledgeable and “on it”. I had no idea what having an amazing physician is like. This time I left my appointment in tears of joy.

I had amazing experience at this clinic. All staff is very friendly and organized. I am very grateful to Dr. Erica Weste and Dr. Sohaib Masroor for taking such a good care of me. They are very professional, polite and caring.

I'm okay with the nonchalant front desk, but not okay with the doctor, she's just unprofessional. Wonder how she got her license.

I went in to get my corns removed and get back to work. Next thing I know my shoes were filling up with blood and my foot was bleeding from all the corns she tried to scrape. I understand there could be little bleeding expected but this was limping and wouldn't stop. I went back to them and they said that the doc had left. I said is there anyone who can at least clean and cover the wound they said no, come back in an hour. I mean, they actually cut me open and sent me off bleeding and there wasn't even a nurse to take care when I walked in holding a shoe filled with blood. I basically went there to get wounded and send away.
I wad bleeding then and needed help then! Are you telling me there was no one at a ‘clinic’ to look into it? I should have waited and bled for 2 more hours over there unable to walk home?

I originally went to Amanda Birch for custom orthotics late 2019. However, upon diagnosis for my orthotics, Amanda suggested a series of foot mobilizations and calf release sessions to improve range of motion and address some pain I was having in my feet (due to really high arches). After two months and 7 sessions later, I have noticed a significant improvement in flexibility and range of motion, and my feet are feeling better than ever. I would definitely recommend Amanda - she is not only professional and knowledgable, but also very friendly and approachable.

Myself and my husband came to see Amanda for my husbands painful heel. Amanda did an extremely thorough assessment and watched the way he walked. She took the time to completely educate us on what is going on and why he is getting his pain. She offered him numerous of different treatment plans and educated him again on each approach and how they would help him. Overall it was one of the best experiences we've had. Amanda really cares about her patients and you can tell how much her passion for the profession shines when she talks. We would highly recommend Amanda for any of your foot problems!

I was able to make a same day appointment to see Dr. Weste, which I didn't feel listened well to my concerns. She provided an RX (after my prompting) but her suggestion that I consider medication with extreme side effects without considering an in-between option did not sit well with me. I gave the review 5 stars because I was seen on time otherwise I would have given 3 stars.

DO NOT GO HERE! Shittiest customer service I have ever received! I had read great reviews about the Exchange Tower location so i was super excited when I was told there was an opening for a family doctor at the Commerce Court location. However the staff is rude, unresponsive, and extremely unhelpful.

I had an appointment with a doctor that I missed as I was in a meeting - however there is a 20 minute grace period. During that 20 min grace period the doctor had already started seeing the next patient - hence freeing up some time for after, however when I showed up TWO minutes after the grace period (she is still with the other patient) - they said now they can charge me a fee and won't take me in.

This would not have bothered me so much if my 2 minutes had an ACTUAL impact. But my doctor was with a patient before, during, AND after my arrival at the clinic. So whether I came in the 20th minute or 22nd minute - it made no difference, but they chose to make money off of it!

ALSO, I emailed management about it right away and didn't hear back for 3 days! Then they emailed me saying that till the No Show fee is not paid I can't come to any new appointments - but then they didn't even bother checking that I had an appointment the following day! If you are telling me to not come - it's YOUR responsibility to cancel anything there is cz you just told me to NOT COME!

When I called them to inform them that they are asking me to not come but still have an appointment booked for me - they said they did ME a favor by cancelling it!

WOW - that's all I am going to say about the staff here. I go to many different clinics, they are extremely understanding and accommodating - however this clinic has been nothing but a horrendous experience!

DO NOT go by the Integra Exchange Tower reviews - this location is just a money making business that will try to charge you on technicalities as often as they can!

NOTE (in response to the response below) : That's just it, the next patient did not wait 22 or even 20 min, they were taken in to see the doctor well before I even arrived. Hence no one waited yet I still have to pay!

Absolutely amazing customer service, location and doctors on staff! Not only am I extremely impressed with the medical expertise available through Integra, but their customer success backend operations sends you emails and tracks appointments seamlessly! Technology meets healthcare! They make a point to cater to the busy financial district executive crowd, so appointments are strictly on time. Second location is beautiful and conveniently located within path (and they are currently taking patients!) FYI Dr. Sapna is literally the best - you should follow her on instagram @drsapna

Definitely not going back to this location again. So I have been to the other location a couple times and got 5 star service. As a result of this, I decided to sign up to be put on the waiting list for new doctors at the new location. You can't imagine the joy i felt when I was told I have been shortlisted to be a new patient for the new location. Knowing how hard it is to get a family doctor, I booked my first appointment immediately. Wasn't sure how I felt after the first appointment. I felt she wasn't listening to me and kept asking me the same questions over and over again typing sporadically. I felt very rushed but I told myself the second time is a charm. I got my blood work done and she told me to book an appointment for a comprehensive check. Got an email over the weekend saying I needed to come in to discuss results of the test. I was like great. Booked an appointment to dicuss the results and to have the comprehensive check done. Got there and this time she couldn't even wait to have me out of the room. Told me "oh I can't do that today! It's late. I should book another time to have it done". She gave me a prescription during my last visit and she totally forgot about that, instead she gave me a new prescription. I go in empty handed and come out with papers! What is the essence of having a family doctor if you can't even discuss. Why did I book an appointment if you don't plan to spend more than 5 mins with me. So I spent almost 30 mins walking to and fro my office for a 5 mins visit with my so called family doctor. I'll be withdrawing my file and go back to being a walk-in patient at the other location. Looks like I'll get better treatment that way.

Very modern and new location. Staff was polite and professional. Doctor Cathy was very thorough and knowledgeable. I appreciate it when you don't feel rushed when speaking to your doctor and all your questions/concerns are answered/attended to.

Great service, but the nurse is not so professional. Blood work was done on January 7th 2019, and I have good veins. After work done I had pain in all arm, and one week later I see these bruises now. In the clinic they say “it’s ok” but it gives me so much discomfort and decreased the quality of my workouts (I am a pro athlete). Not happy, please check that person.
