I was a little nervous going into my appointment, but Dr. Jessica Coady's professional approach, beautiful office and effective treatment methods made me feel so calm and relaxed that I can't wait for my next appointment. Hands down the most therapeutic chiropractic experience I've ever had.

Wonderful, skillful, knowledgeable, and kind staff. Always leave feeling body better and equipped with deeper understanding and tools to support whatever body part needs more attention and care. Strongly recommend Devin for your Thai massage, therapeutic massage, acupuncture and general understanding of joint/muscle/inner working needs. Reception humans (and the space) are also warm and welcoming.

Words cannot describe how effective my treatment for sciatica was and how compassionate the chiropractor Jess has been. I had a great experience with Prateeksha. I am on my 3rd trimester of pregnancy and She gave me some useful techniques for my labour and delivery as well as some breathing techniques. She was very kind, and was very interested in understanding my health situation before providing any advice. Totally recommend her.

Had a prenatal physiotherapy assessment. I highly recommend Shelagh. She was very professional yet relatable, made sure I was at ease and comfortable, explained everything and gave great tips and exercises to manage pregnancy and prepare for childbirth. She also offered prenatal yoga classes, which are fantastic to stay in shape and prepare for labor. I highly recommend every woman gets a pelvic floor assessment with her, regardless of their situation.

I recently started my recovery journey for a hockey-related shoulder and neck injury at the Physio Med Clinic. Their top-notch service, personalized care, and professional expertise have been extraordinary. Every session was tailored to my specific needs, resulting in steady improvements. The staff's superb communication ensured I was informed and comfortable throughout my treatment. Today, I'm back on the ice, enjoying the sport I love, thanks to Physio Med Clinic. A highly recommended facility for anyone in need of pain recovery.

Honestly this place is awesome, been going there for about 5 months now a few injuries. The kindness and understanding they have shown me is beyond I've ever had they really care about your wellbeing inside and out haha I'm followed by 2 doctors and one student Ashley. I’ve been suffering from a car accident that happened in 2016, I’ve done every treatment possible with no relief, in 2022, I finally listened to a family member and went to see Ashley! We had a full review and chat and we talked about the steps we could take. We added in Chiro with Jess and then added in injections with Junek, honestly I’ve gone from a pain sale of 7-10 to 3-5 within a couple weeks! The quote I loved from one of the practitioners was “ we don’t know when you will get better, but you will get better “. Truly blessed to have such kind caring practitioners who listen and care about getting you better and not about the $ aspect.

Be going for months now to work on old injury. Friendly staff that care.

Happy to have stumbled upon the collective through Googling. Currently seeing Dr. Coady who is very good, and has an overall philosophy in her approach to chiropractic that is reassuring and helpful. There is no pressure to book regular appointments, it's a come-as-needed approach. The reception is very responsive, never had an issue booking an appointment.

I ended up in this clinic by accident (literally). Happy I found this gem.
Dr. Junek is the epitome of a caring doctor. Throw in intelligence and her dedication to get to the bottom of the problem and you get a doctor that could be the industry’s role model.
The reception staff is super accommodating and friendly (Thank you Ladies!).

I am so grateful to Rayane Moreira for my postnatal physiotherapy. She is kind, professional, extremely knowledgeable & PASSIONATE about prenatal & postnatal treatments. She cares about women’s health. She helped my body heal from childbirth and helped my back when it hurt from breastfeeding or holding baby too long. I really think she has a gift for this work.

I initially found Integrate while looking for dry needling for my mom, and decided to book both of us an appointment - physiotherapy for my mom and massage for myself. I can happily say that we have received wonderful results!

Shelagh’s expertise has enabled my mom to sleep through the night for the first time in years after her neck and shoulder injury, and she has been very attentive and accommodating. My mom can now enjoy her day without the stress of her chronic pain thanks to Shelagh.

Devin has been amazing and is very knowledgeable - he has helped fix problems I didn’t even know I had from daily stress! My mobility and overall health have vastly improved since my first visit.

The staff there are very kind, helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend this clinic and we will be definitely be coming back in the future!

Riley treated me only once so far and I'm already noticing improvements in my back. He have me stretches to do that really help when I'm sore and they ensure I am without paying did a few days. Excited to continue working on a plan with him to get better!

As for treatments, they were absolutely amazing. I went for chrio, physio, and massage and they were all so helpful. However, as for insurance claims.it took (and is still in the process of) making an insurance claim through the clinic. I had to email and call the clinic multiple times through the 2 years for them to even file the claim because they "kept forgetting". It came to the point that my insurance adjustor had to contact them twice for them to send over files. I am a very neutral person in situations like this and do not like writing reviews but, this was very unprofessional for a clinic to do. 2 years later and I am still dealing with this. In terms of insurance claims, they are not helpful and I would not recommend.

We actively recommend Integrate to anyone who has pain or who has suffered from loss of range of movement. Chad has treated our extended family for shoulder pain, neck pain, head pain, and loss of range of movement. Always positive results.

I have been a patient of both Chad's (chiro) and Devon (massage) for almost a year now. They have both been instrumental in making me feel more 'NORMAL' after years of persistent upper back and neck pain. I have seen many other massage therapists in Ottawa and none compare to Devon. Chad is also top notch and a doc I would and will be recommending to anyone who needs a chiropractor.

Katy is a magician! Actually a highly skilled professional at the top of her game! Massages arent generally my thing, but im sold. I went in desperate for a solution to my upper back pain and after a couple sessions it is exponentially better! She also showed me stretches and made suggestions that i could integrate into my regular routines to help. Amazing massage! I recently went for 2 massages over the past month at other clinics and I don't know why I ever deviated from what are the best massages in the city - at Integrate! Katy focuses on the spots that are giving me trouble whereas the other places always seem to ignore my special "requests'. I won't deviate from Integrate ever again - I promise ;)

I've had nothing but great experiences at Integrate, from Kelsey my physiotherapist to Katy my massage therapist. The price is right, and I've been super impressed with their desire to fix the fundamental issues rather than just book me in for a weekly massage forever.

I have been receiving treatment from Integrate Healthcare (OC3) since 2014 because of increasing leg pain experienced over several years during my various outdoor activities. Physiotherapist Shelagh first provided an exercise program and dry kneedling with Chiropractor Chad complementing with ART treatments. After being diagnosed with severe osteoarthritis in one hip in 2015, their effective treatments and exercise program kept my body active and as strong as possible until I finally was able to have a total hip replacement in November 2018. When Shelagh went on maternity leave, physio Kelsey took over providing physiotheraphy programs which kept me moving through my long painful year waiting for surgery. Many thanks to all three practitioners for going the extra mile to get me through my long journey back to a more active life!

Integrate is easily one of the top holistic clinics in Ottawa. I've seen many different practitioners in physiotherapy, massage therapy, and chiropractic therapy, and they have all been exceptional. The entire staff is caring and professional and genuinely invested in helping clients recover. Along with the practitioners, the front office staff are polite, efficient and incredibly hard-working. I recommend Integrate to anyone in need of the services they provide.

In my ongoing attempt to find the fountain of middle age, I started running last summer after a 20-odd year hiatus. After suffering several injuries, I visited another physiotherapist who prescribed orthotics and electro-stimulation. $500 and many sessions later, I ended up with yet another running injury. This summer, I visited these fine folks. Karen Boyle did a physical and running stride assessment, and prescribed stretches, strengthening exercises, and an adjustment in my stride. Now I'm running 6 or 7 kms at least twice a week, and my legs feel great. I think I got a glimpse of the fountain last time out. Thanks folks!

Can’t speak highly enough of this friendly and very professional service. I’ve had the benefit of excellent non-judgemental nutritional advice and helpful acupuncture from the multi-talented Dr Graham Beaton. He’s been a tremendous help to my husband as well. Physiotherapist Karen Boyd is helping me with planter fasciitis. She’s so knowledgeable, thorough and kind, she makes you feel better all over! The support staff make Integrate a place you want to come to. I know others who’ve used various services here and have heard nary a negative word. Highly recommend.

Amazing clinic! I have a host of musculoskeletal issues that have been very challenging to treat, but Sheighla, Roma and Chad have all done amazing work! They make great use of technology that actually makes my life easier and my treatment more effective; appointment reminders, online calendars, multimedia resources, etc, etc. It's great how their staff can share notes and how their practices all overlap with complimentary specialties. This model of healthcare should be the standard, not the exception. Keep up the great work!

I have seen several of the practitioners at Integrate and they are all fantastic! Roma was my first practitioner, she treated a rowing related shoulder injury with dry needling. She had me back on the water right in time for North American Championships.

Next, I saw Karen for concussion management during my last semester of university. She was able to put me at ease and help me understand what was going on with my head. Its safe to say that without her treatments and her advice, I wouldn't have graduated that semester.

Then, I saw Jon for some hip issues that were cleared up quickly with some Neurofunctional Acupuncture. I have seen Graham when I had a migraine for several days in a row, one traditional Chinese acupuncture treatment and the migraine went away almost instantly. I have also seen Kelsey for some dry needling sessions on my legs which were painful initially but are very effective (note to self: always take a hot bath after treatments). Lately, I have been seeing Geoff for some ART treatments on my IT bands which I have seen lots of progress in just a few sessions. While he was away, I saw Nick for some treatments and he did an amazing job keeping my treatments consistent and following Geoff's treatment plan.

In my opinion, Integrate houses the best practitioner's in Ottawa!

Katy has been undoing the horrible things I do to my body and making me be able to move for quite a while now. Excellent RMT, and manages to find more spots I didn't even know were a problem. She has kept me from falling apart.

John, excellent chiropractor. Worked on putting more of me back together. Listens, explains, and Different approach to chiropractic than most are used to. If you are hesitant about the "traditional" style, cannot recommend enough.

Nick, another excellent chiro. Been working on an injury, and has helped get me walking normally again. Also listens and explains, works to get you moving.

Kelsey, fantastic physio. Has pushed me through the rehab process, and dealt with a couple of curve balls that were hampering progress. Makes sure I am improving, and is always looking to fix overall problems rather than JUST the acute one.

On top of ALL of this, everyone communicates with each other and coordinates treatment plans for holistic treatment. This has dramatically sped up treatment and improvement, over doing these things in isolation.
