I would highly recommend Dr. Nik Patel if you are seeking chiropractic care. I really appreciate that Dr. Patel takes the time to discuss your issues, and educates you on how your skeletal, muscular and nervous systems are all interrelated, and that chiropractic adjustments are more than adjusting your bones. I have received very effective treatments and my range of movements and pain level have greatly improved. If you are seeking pain relief due to injuries or arthritis I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Patel at Intergrated Health. Great staff. They are all very friendly and helpful.

I was told in emerg many years ago I would no longer be able to continue my work and personal super active lifestyle. A friend told me about Nick and his success with him. Best advice! Nick worked with me with out meds; learning my movements, how I lifted, stood, worked, and my medical history- surgeries- teaching and treated old injuries, new ones and maintenance. I appreciate his concise, direct and efficient care which always includes dialogue to get to root issues and self help to be the best you can! My husband had incredible what we thought was back pain, spent over 36 hours in the er with no diagnosis or help, 40 min with Dr. Nik and he diagnosed my husband and started a plan of action. My husband can walk and move again with some pain but once the treatments start he will be good as new or better! Thank you to the Integrated health team for getting him in so quickly!

Dr Frances was clear and to the point of what is needed to start an individual program. Not a general, or fad, or trending. She explained it would be tailored to my bodies make up and needs. As a senior in the semi retirement stage it is important the program is designed for me and my needs. I'm all for this!

Sarah was absolutely wonderful to deal with. I have a pinched nerve causing pretty bad pain in my thigh and she took the time to explain to me exactly what my body was doing. When I felt as though I was asking stupid questions, she assured me they were not. She also managed to take my pain away for the first time in a month! In addition, she connected me with other partners in order to fit other needs I am experiencing. The staff at Integrated Health were all amazing to deal with. I don’t want to call the others “support staff”, because they are integral for operations to run smoothly, and that they do. Everyone so far has been wonderful and I cant wait to see how else they can help in the future! Thank you all for making my first appointment with you so positive!

I had very good appts at Integrated Health yesterday. I had my first shock wave treatment on my feet. I feel that mobility and strength were already improved. Dr. Nik was bang on in both diagnosis and treatment, and he left me exercises which I really appreciated. Leanne did her usual thorough job on rehabilitation exercises. I appreciate the professionalism and friendliness of all of the staff.

Contacted them through email after the hospital recommended seeing a physiotherapist. They called me the next day and got me filled into a canceled slot in under a week. After the consultation I was booked in for rehab to help strengthen the muscles that need it, with first appointment being the following day. Fast, Fantastic service.

I was so relaxed when my massage was done I would recommend her to all my friends. Will definitely be going back!

Very disappointed with my first physio. An hour evaluation with no treatment at all on first visit. They offered some exercises and maybe some laser in the future. No hands on physio like their website suggests. If you want hands on they refer you to their charopractor for another evaluation. That's a total of $240 for evaluation and still no treatment. Unless you have money to burn stay away from this place!

I went in for a chiropractor appt and I found the owner to not have the best bed side manner. First thing he asks me is “why do you have so many scars”. I have scars from tattoos that showed up on the scan and scars from a pretty traumatic surgery experience that really effected my life. My appt was on October 19th and it’s now November 23rd. This is the first time I’ve been able to actually be in contact with Justine to ask questions about my treatment plan. I’m really unimpressed and surprised by how many good reviews there are.

I have been with Dr. Nik for 25 years. He is truly an amazing person as well as a doctor that digs deep and gets to know you because to know you, he can provide the proper treatment. I am forever grateful to have had him put into my life.

Went in with a whiplash emergency, Dr. Nick cracked my neck 3 days after the incident, I've been suffering since (going on 2 years now).

After having three (3) laser sessions on my neck this week I will say I was skeptical somewhat as to whether or not it would do anything. Following the 3rd session this morning, I saw Dr. Niki and he began his chiropractic treatment. To my surprise and delight, there was an improvement! It was clearly evident in a strength & resistance assessment. I did the same exercise at home following my visit with a friend who didn't play nice and the result was repeatable. After 3 laser treatments, there is a structural change in my neck that demonstrates positive improvement. I went walking immediately after my session to see if there was change to issues with my right knee. While there was knee discomfort, the pain was noticeable reduced. It's frustrating that chiropractic treatments are not covered by our provincial health plan. It's an effective, non-invasive option that I know could help countless people who lack the resources to pay for it out of pocket. I myself was prepared to simply suffer believing that it's the price we pay to be mortal. My only regret is not availing myself to chiropractic treatments decades ago while on the job abd suffering for years.

Dr. Nick and the Integrated team continue to impress. Beyond the passion and insight to health and healing they posess, the IHC is guided by the philosophy of a true healer in Dr. Nick. This is reflected in the robust medical treatment services available, the pristine and cleansing atmosphere provided and overall positive experiences I continue to have. If you can't figure out 'what ales ya', as WAS the case with me for an extended period, I bet Dr. Nick and his team can.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Examination was thorough and very in depth. I was impressed by what was accomplished on my first visit and happy to be finally getting some answers on whats causing my chronic pain.

Across the board, Integrated Health is professional, effective and personable. I trust them for many diagnostic and treatment situations. I know my life has a much higher quality of life with their chiropractic treatments, laser, medex and rehab. I walk straight, I have strength and energy and little pain in spite of severe disc degeneration. I am grateful.

I started chiro and laser tmt 6 months ago for intense pain from a neck injury. I couldn't lift my left arm, I couldn't sleep, the pain was constant. After the first visit I had a full night of sleep. I'm making steady improvements since: pain is down to zero, range of motion is almost all back to normal. Everyone is very professional and kind, Dr. Patel is highly qualified. Every time I go now for maintenance I feel better after the visit. I never had to wait more then 5 minutes and I love the dogs. Dr. Cassie is kind and really knows where to look for origins in order to release the pain of your situation. I would highly recommend her to future patients. Good job. Also my laser therapist is always welcoming very friendly and always going out of her way to accomodate you. The whole staff in general is always friendly, kind and always makes you feel welcome. Even the two dogs that greet you at the door are so friendly and welcoming that you cant help but smile and love them. Rufess always looks out for me even when i yelp in pain he comes to comfort me and make sure im ok. Great job everyone

This was to be my first visit at this business for a therapeutic massage.

I entered with my service dog and just got in the door when two barking dogs charged at us and got right in the face of my service dog. Of course, my service dog is trained not to react negatively. It was startling as this was so unexpected coming into a "professional" clinical building. I showed the lady my service dog documentation. She apologized for what happened and put the dogs away. I almost left, but the lady was so apologetic and assured me they have been put away now, so I stayed and looked forward to my relaxing massage. 5 mins later, same thing. Both dogs come barreling up to us again at full speed barking. Another older lady comes out, and u could tell she looked annoyed because I looked annoyed, and then she says: "they're both friendly".

Ok so this is supposed to be a professional, clinical place of business. Two barking dogs "that usually don't do this" running at myself and my service dog does NOT illustrate a professional, clinical environment. What if someone came in who had a severe fear of dogs, or someone severely allergic, or even a senior who walked with a cane or walker, who could become so startled they lose their balance? Lawsuit just waiting to happen. Perhaps when you have new clients (or any client) notify them that dogs are brought to work at this clinical setting and sometimes run loose. And finally, staff were looking at me like I was the one who was crazy, if not unreasonable. Seriously? ! When was the last time anyone ever walked into a medical/clinical type building and had two barking dogs run up to them? Is this even allowed? I was told they belonged to the owner and that the dogs are there alot. The OWNERS have made this poor judgement? And to the older lady who said "I didnt even know u had a service dog in here? " First of all I dont HAVE to announce before my arrival I have a service dog. I wouldn't call the East End mall ahead of time to let them know I'm coming shopping with a service dog. I happily provided proof and documentation upon my arrival. You looked right at us and saw the dog after the FIRST time the dogs came at us so yes, u knew there was a dog in the waiting room and I willingly showed my dogs service documentation. Where was your service dog documentation- another staff member told me they weren't service dogs- obviously from their uncontrolled behaviour.

Dr. Heubner has helped me out more times than I can count! I wear a lot of weight when I'm on the job so I get a lot of kinks that need worked out. She's the best!

All staff members are so kind and Dr. Nik is a genius with his work. He expects you to do the work to help yourself recover while providing a holistic approach to treatment. I always go back to Dr. Nik when I have an acute or chronic injury. His expertise just can't be beat! Thank you IHC:)
