Very quick installation 2-3 hours and helpful worker made sure to help me with registration was complete in about 5 mins.

When the technician actually came, Anthony was excellent and fixed the problem quickly. As for the overall customer experience - IT SUCKED - had to call Integrated customer service department three times and got useless service. One time they told me the work order had been closed when in fact the first technician never completed the call. Lost internet Sunday and finally got it back late Wednesday afternoon.

Fast and friendly service! Integrated Solutions seems to be a very organized company, which is painfully rare to find these days. So I want to say thank you VERY much for the great service provided from both IS and Tech Tracy (even though his name is spelled wrong lol).

Technician's name was Tony. Our house is new build and we're moving in next week. I appreciate how knowledgeable he is and the care he took to ensure wiring was hidden as much as possible. I felt he knew what he was talking about, respected our property and took pride in his work. I also appreciated the reminders and that Tony arrived ahead of schedule.

The tech for Integrated Solutions quickly identified the problem, and redirected our antenna. The signal improvement was huge. Very friendly and communicative.

The tech advised me the night before of his approximate time for my morning appointment and showed up on time the next day. He was very courteous and explained in detail what he was going to do. Completed the install in a timely fashion. When switching providers, I was only down for less than 10min and up and running on the new system flawlessly. Very satisfied.

Just the WORST company ever. Came from Xplornet to ‘upgrade’, a system that was upgraded 6 weeks ago. Removed new equipment and replaced with older equipment and then pointed us to a tower from which we get NO signal. Also in these Covid times who sends out technicians who don’t wear masks? Sorry but wouldn’t give them access to my home or equipment EVER again.

Amazing techs. Had one service call by Tyler last year, and another by Cory this year. Both guys were amazing, fast, and climbed up my aerial tower to do the installs. Couldn't be happier with this company!

These companies are making their kingdom in rural area, because of not much alternative internet provider dealers.

Their technicians are not respect to customer, schedule or promises and normal for them to making mistake, because they know people must wait their to complete work, otherwise staying without internet.

Whether their accept their mistake or not for their service, they can easily said wait one week, we can fix it. Did they try in their home one week without internet, especially in this pandemic time?

I recommend you to stay away from xplornet and its dealers as much as you can.

Tyler Gallant came by exactly as scheduled and provided the utmost professional services that could be expected.

Warren Gilmore was set to come August 5th and contacted me a day early, that never happens usually with any service calls, so I was pumped! He took the time to answer all of my questions and promptly did his work and replaced what needed to be replaced with new equipment and explained what was new and up coming with the towers and gave me a few tips on what to try etc. Very professional and positive experience. Overall I would recommend your company and service to my friends and family. Thanks for all your help, kids will be happy the Netflix is rockin again.

I very recently had Warren Gilmour come to my cottage to set up Xplornet Satelite internet for me. Every aspect of his service was professional and I was exceptionally pleased with his work. My set up was a bit more difficult but he seems very knowledgeable and willing to take the time to complete it to my (and his) satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend him and even to suggest that if you are In need of service or set up that you request him specifically. We had xplornet installed at our trailer today. Tyler Gallant did the installation. He provided wonderful customer service and also installed so there was no drilling into our trailer. I was very impressed with the Technician Scott Nolan that first came to the house to check for availability of service to the house he was friendly, curtouis and professional as well as informative and Took the time to answer my questions and give options! At the time of installation he ensured the same friendly and professional service everything looked amazing When he was finished and he took the extra steps to Ensure i knew how to set it up.
