I never, never, never get my parcels from them. They send an email sayog parcel will be delivered in 3 hrs, ; then it never comes. Next day, an email comes says sorry your parcel could not be delivered. I have ad inummerabal problems with this company. I ams stil wiating for a parcel they said would be delivered yesterday, but it han't arrivedd. Again.now I have to contat the seller and try to get my money back again, because this company mever delivers to my apartment building. I have a buzzer number, weh ave a ramp as well as stairs to get in, we have an elevator. I still never never get a parcel delivered here. The driuvers are too lazy to entr the apartment building. I have tried caling the number in information and on the website, but all I get is this number is not avalilable at this time. Please try your call again. How do you get any satisfaction from Intekecom. I recccoend never beve get intekecom, although it sees Amazon uses them and so does the company I am expecting my parcel from today. This is a poor example of a delivery company. Do not use them! If anyone has a number that works I'd like to know.

Here we are again, no package and delivered to the wrong address.

On hold as we speak yet again. I find I am calling searching for parcels more than receiving them properly. Always being delivered to a different address. I have had a few been retrieved but the others they say call and get a refund, nothing we can do about it. No apologies, no improvement of service.

The driver knocked when he brought my parcel. Other drivers leave it on the step to be stolen. I recommend this driver.

Worst Courrier service in Thunder Bay.constantly hold back packages for 5-7 days before delivery and most times i have to drive 75km to get it, if delivered at all.today is May 30th and they've had my package since the 24th.what is going on with this outfit.

Driver stole my package. Came to my
House didn't even get out of vehicle, took a picture of the side of my house without the package in the picture and left. Not the first time either. Be careful

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. May stop ordering from Amazon just to avoid Intelcom. They claim to have delivered product when they haven’t, claim to have attempted delivery when they haven’t and they have lost 5 of 6 orders they had in their care so far.

This is the worst courier company I’ve ever dealt with. Amazon insists on using them & I NEVER get my parcels delivered on time. Almost every delivery is weeks late & only after I harass customer service. If the drivers don’t want to drive to my area, then offer me an alternative to pick up my orders!

Lost numerous packages in the same week. They tend to let your packages sit in the warehouse for days before delivery, also they will not let you pickup from warehouse. I wish this company would just go out of business as they really don't care about anything

The worst delivery service amazon uses. Any large items I've purchased such as TVs or sound bars have stated "out for delivery" on the day it should arrive, then never shows, tracking number can not be tracked, and never shows. The drivers definitely steal big ticket items or large purchases. Thankfully amazon is great for refunds. I would never use this service for any personal items. Absolutely horrible. Wish I could give it 0 stars.

Ordered a range hood from Amazon. After reading reviews on here about Intelcom Courier, I was a little worried but, it arrived when they said it would and the package in good shape. Great service.

My item was marked delivered but wasn't. To the company's credit it was eventually located and delivered. However, trying to get ahold of the company to let them know about the problem was time consuming waiting on hold for hours. I also think that I should have been notified when they located the package, instead of it just showing up 5 days later.

“Saikrishna” stole my package. Worst delivery company to ever exist, they must be a bunch of crooks working together to scam people because now after looking into it, I see so many people who have had the same issues. I will never use there service again. I ordered a package off of Amazon, and yesterday morning at around 930 am my doorbell rang. I went outside to check within a matter of 5 minutes and there was nothing or no one in sight. I checked the tracker and it showed my package was out for delivery. Then at 11 am I noticed that the box was on my front step- ripped opened with the contents missing. I called intelcom and they basically told me I just need to wait 24 hours for it to show up - that maybe there was an error. They basically told me I was lying about being delivered the empty box because the tracker still showed it was out for delivery- the second person I spoke with hung up on me. I kept checking all day and then at around 3 I receive a “on the way” email from intelcom, shortly after I receive a “delivered” email. In the email there was no photo, just an “N/A” signature (they always send you a photo of the package on your doorstep confirming they delivered to the correct address). I called intelcom again and they said they would call the driver, in which they told me that the driver said he delivered my package at 11 unopened and that someone walking by must’ve stolen it.

Again today my pkg was delivered to the wrong address. This is a constant, repetitive issue. Continually tracking down my own pkgs. Have complained before but apparently to no avail. Fed up, fed up, fed up. Does no one read English on your trucks. I suppose I will have to call Amazon and demand them to send my purchases which are considerable, be delivered by another means
I am tired of wasting my time tracking down my pkgs. Train your people to read the WHOLE ADDRESS. When I phone I get put on hold forever. This company started off great and I have given 5 stars before but it has deteriorated to the point that I do not even get the delivery email anymore. Again fed up.

My packages get delivered to the from door when i have put on amazon deliver to the back.when I track a package it says that they tried to deliver and the funny thing is I'm home and know that they did not attempt delivery.it says out for delivery and again I'm home and don't get it.

Extremely disappointed with delivery. I only received one email stating they were coming and there was no attempt made. Three days now of receiving notification from Amazon delivery was attempted when I've been home the entire time, called them and requested a phone call when they get here and even left a note at my buzzer door (which they removed). I can't pick them up myself because of COVID even though every other business is open. I also can't contact the local warehouse myself? Absolutely ridiculous.

I have constantly complained about the delivery drivers not ringing the bell or knocking before they leave. They do not have to wait for a answer but at least the occupant would know there is a parcel on thier step. This would also greatly lessen the chances of theft.
Intelcom seems to pay lip service but still no changes. They use to email advance notice of delivery and another when the parcel is delivered today notices came well after delivered

Still waiting for item that was delivered to home town warehouse nov 28th. Call number said it would be delivered within 48 hrs. That was 4 days ago and still not here.

My package was not delivered, I was home all day and never had a knock at the door but got a notification saying it was delivered and signed for. The signature they attached in an email is just a line. Very disappointed.

Worst delivery service ever seen. Irresponsible people (the people who drive company car). Never show up. Came to know about it after getting e-mail delivery attempted. I called the customer service and came to know that they delivery guy didn't came to my area. What the hell is that. Just driving around? These kind of issues happening very frequently. I miss amazon delivery by Canada Post.

DODGE CARAVAN WITH MANITOBA PLATES. 2 people tried to stop him and he took off out of the parking lot almost hitting 3 other vehicles. Had no intention of stopping.

Got an email saying my package arrived. Even with a signature! Definently not mine! Was told the driver put it in my mail box. WE DONT HAVE MAIL BOXES THAT THE DRIVER WOULD HAVE ACCESS TO! This driver stole my package. Reported to the bbb!

Hi, I have multiple packages that have attempted delivery but no one has actually come to deliver them, they dont even Buzz to get into my apartment building. My first, previous amazon package was opened and in my mailbox EMPTY. I have others that attempted last couple days but haven't gotten them yet.

My parcel was delivered to the wrong address for the second time yesterday. The first time i called and informed them of the mistake. Parcel was delivered to East side instead if West. They said they would tell driver to be more careful. I said I understood mistakes happen, but was concerned as parcel are being stolen a lot lately in our area. I am grateful to the person on East side for letting me know of mistake. But now with the second episode i am getting annoyed. Plz be more careful Intelcom!

Amazon started shipping with intercom express not that long ago, and it has been nothing but issues. Orders getting lost (probably stolen by their unprofessional drivers) or arriving days late is normal. I would highly recommend against using them, aswell as asking amazon to use some other shipping services over them whenever possible if you intend to shop with amazon all. I just had like $800 worth of stuff off amazon go missing this week which was split amongst 3 separate shupments non have shown up.

Great fast service and friendly delivery personal I have had on a number of occasions now - VERY much above and beyond Canada Post - have received my parcels early and at the latest I get my stuff is on time or when it was scheduled by like Amazon etc

First time having anything delivered by this company. They should definitely leave notices when a delivery attempt is made so I know who to call and what to expect. Pick up should be an option, even during Covid. I work every day and if I can’t pick up my parcel it doesn’t matter how many times they attempt a delivery.:/

Not that bad. It looks like a new parcel company which is starting. Give them sometime. They can be better than Canadapost and Purolator. One star off because the pick up warehouse is difficult for parking. Everywhere are cargo doors.

Fast, and reliable so far, have not needed to go to the office for anytbing, they are doing so much better then Canada Post it's not even funny
