Most likely the worst delivery company ever. Package was supposed to be delivered Friday, did not. On Monday the info on tracking is still the same as on Friday morning. Nothing is happening.

For the second time in a row now, my package says it's been delivered, but nowhere to be seen.
First occasion, it said "delivered" but arrived the next day. Not great service experience thus far.

They have rescheduled my return to Amazon 3 times now. Everytime they are to come pickup they don't and an email saying please reschedule your return.
First off why am I rescheduling my return when you guys didn't show. Second off. My cut off day was today. Now I am not eligible for a return. Who's going to pay my refund?
This is a joke. I will report to Amazon and deal with them as this is not professional at all.

Absolutely TERRIBLE service. The drivers are lazy and do not deliver packages to the address indicated or cannot read directions. Packages left in open public spaces or delivered to the wrong address consistently. This company is used for Amazon deliveries and should be terminated from their list of couriers!

I been tri g to call this company to make arrangements for my delivery and for 2 days in a row and calling off and on all day long because my packages are important to me and I don't want them left in the lobby of my condo complex.they claimed to be "out for delivery " for 2 days now. I need to make arrangements for a another delivery date an cannot get a hold of anybody.my packages will be stolen for sure if left in the lobby of my building

In telecom is a GREAT delivery service! Even when I’m told I’ll have to wait by Amazon… intelecom came through before Christmas! Thank you so much everyone and have a great Christmas. Stay safe out there.

I have never had a problem with this company until the last week. I have had multiple packages not get delivered, received emails at 10pm saying my package was out for delivery (clearly its not) and have had to get multiple packages refunded because of "missing" packages. Amazon can't tell me where my packages are and Intelcom isn't delivering even though the tracking is showing they received my packages.

Terrible service! I have been waiting almost a month on a package! I keep receiving messages saying address not found! 1st package lost, Amazon sent a replacement, still waiting! My son has received 4 different orders no problem! Get it together Intelcom!

Lost my parcel. Didnt deliver it. And have told me everyday for the last 5 days it will be delivered tomorrow, and it hasn't showed up yet.
Then the customer service person was very rude and didn't listen to my complain and being lied to about the delivery date.

The drivers are always considerate and smart. They don't leave packages out in the open if there is a spot for them to be placed discretely out of sight. When boxes are heavy, my drivers ask if I need help bringing them inside. My packages are always in tip-top condition. I like the emails I get that tell me my delivery will be arriving soon. My delivery experiences have always been great with this company.

The driver originally delivered to the wrong address and upon calling me to verify the delivery realized his mistake and instantly rectified the situation. Thank you!

I have always had great service from this company. The delivery drivers have been very courteous, friendly & helpful. You should be very very proud of your staff.

My packages have even left on my back porch in the pouring rain, as opposed to my front door which is covered from the rain. Also left on my side door.i sent an email, no response, I called and spoke to someone last week and was told he would talk to the driver.
Another package left today at side door. Is the courier just too lazy to leave at my front door? Why the heck does he need to go into my back yard unless he was scoping it out. He left two boxes of coffee in the pouring rain. After today I called Amazon to report. Amazon sent an email to intelcom and an email to Amazon shipping Dept. If my next package this week ends up anywhere else than my front door, I will be calling Amazon again.

Delivery was timely and placed exactly where we indicated we wanted it.
