Very handy service. Received email 2 days in advance and then again the day before pickup. The driver called about a minute before pickup which was very nice so I didn't have to rush to the door. The driver was very polite and friendly!

We bought a product, Was left at front door in plain site and it was stolen. Called to complain to Intelcom. Said they would lodge a complaint against driver as it was left in plain site… Not happy!

I've personally had nothing but good experiences with this company I like the way they take pictures of and send me a message when my delivery is complete and at my door so I know exactly when to check it or when to check my camera

I live in a building, so the delivery man was nice to call me and notify me of the package. This was my second time ordering the same shipment after another different delivering company lost my package the first time, since they didn't bother to call me. So thank you for notifying me.

This company was supposed to deliver my order from Amazon and i had specific delivery instructions to call me when arrive as there is restricted entry to building but instead nobody showed and i got email that we missed you at 11Am and someone was in lobby from 10 Am in office waiting and they said nobody showed
I called customer service was on hold for 1 hour 2 times and call dropped nobody answered

Called from a private number at 8pm then an email saying they'd attempted delivery - without knocking on the door or leaving the package. I'll be making sure my future Amazon products don't come through them.

This driver feels that traffic laws do not apply to him. He drives the wrong way on our one way street knowingly. He lives in my building and when I asked him if he realized it was one way he said “yes but he was just coming from the corner”. Why is this guy driving in his own neighborhood this way? Vehicle number LON20723. Good to know that the traffic laws are for everyone else!

The worst delivering company I ever dealt with. It says that my package was delivered over a week ago, but I didn't receive it and I didn't even receive a notification or message from them, I randomly knew it arrived after checking the tracking info. I tried emailing them and calling them but no one replies or answers the phone. Avoid dealing with them if you don't want to lose your packages.

Don’t use this company the courier service is absolute horrible. The driver did not follow instruction, and block my driveway when I asked him to move his van politely he said no there’s plenty of room. Note my driveway is on a curve and there was already a car in the street blocking me. Should definitely do more of a through background check when recruiting drivers. Not anyone of the street is alway the best person for a position. And claiming you own the company is pretty pathetic, never heard of a owner of a company driving the van. But I guess he wanted to feel big somewhere

I NEVER USED THIS COMPANY BEFORE, THIS IS MY FIRST TIME AND ITS SO DISSAPOINTING. I ORDERED GOODS FOR MY SISTER AND MY MUM BACK HOME OVER $300 FROM FASHONOVA, THEY BROUGHT THE GOODS ON SUNDAY WITHOUT INFORMING ME, WHILE EVERY FAMILY WAS HOME, THE DELIVERY MAN NEVER KNOCKED THE DOOR AND NO PHONE CALL FROM HIM. HE JUST DROPPED THE GOODS AT THE DOOR AND TOOK THE PICTURE AND SEND TO MY EMAIL, IMMEDIATELY I CHECKED MY EMAIL I QUICKLY OPEN THE DOOR JUST ABOUT ONE MINUTE AFTER I CHECKED MY EMAIL I DID NOT SEE ANY GOODS AT THE DOOR, I RAN OUTSIDE TO CHECK AND SAW THE DRIVER MOVING FAST WITH HIS CAR, I SHOUTED BUT HE NEVER ANSWERD ME, PROBABLY HE TOOK THE GOODS AFTER TAKING THE PICTURE I AM STILL VERY UPSET. IT HAPPENED DEC 6 2021. I NEED MY MONEY BACK OR MY GOODS. THIS IS ANOTHER SCAM THE DRIVERS ARE USING NOW TO REAP CUSTOMERS OFF THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY. THIS COMPANY IS NOT WORTH DEALING WITG. I’ve never complained about the countless deliveries I’ve had with other companies, but for whatever reason (likely poor hiring standards…I think anybody can get a job working for this company) they have awful drivers. On two occasions I’ve had a delivery driver fly down my driveway at a very high rate of speed almost hitting my vehicle and then clearly driving by said parked vehicle directly onto the grass and stone walking pathway right up to my steps. Damage was done to the stone and grass. No remorse from the driver. How lazy are they that they can’t park next to my parked vehicle and walk 20 feet to my front door using a nice stone path? These guys lack intelligence if they can’t follow clear societal norms…like park your car here next to this parked car…rather than ripping up my lawn and parking right next to the front door. These guys are a major liability and will without a doubt kill somebody in their travels. Very dangerous drivers! I’m glad my children or dog weren’t out playing because he 100% would have ran them over the way he took a blind turn around my parked vehicle. Again, over the 5 years I’ve lived here. I’ve never had a UPS, FedEx, Purolaror or Canada post delivery man drive or park like this. Very unprofessional.

Even though i have given my contact and there was a note given that i should be called before they arrive at my place. Nobody called me and i was there all the time and i got notification saying that they missed me. I tried calling them was on Hold for 1 hour and call dropped.waited the next day, nobody called or delivered. Called again, on Hold for 1 hour nobody answered. Worst experience

Today on Oct 22,2021 one of you drivers was racing down on Wellington road toward London at 2: 45 p.m. (Speed limit is 80 km) tailgating and passing cars in a totally unsafe manner. Very poor image on your delivery service

Most of these drivers are pretty great. If I can't buzz them in when I'm not home they will try again. That is awesome as I know they are crazy busy. Amazon u NEED to give these drivers A RAISE. You have Billions so come on man!

I have had an excellent experience with all Intelcom deliveries. Most have been left at my door, and a driver has even called me from his personal phone to ensure he had the right address (my house is a "half" address on a long-ago subdivided lot). Absolutely NO other delivery service is as good as Intelcom these days.

I am very happy with the delivery. The driver called me to let me know they were at my apartment building. Gave me time to cime out to get my package considered my apartment building is controlled entrance. Driver was very nice snd kind.

Have not had a bad experience yet. Best delivery as of last shipment, ordered at 9pm Saturday night at my door 11am Sunday morning. If all transactions could go that way.really happy and hope this kind of thing continues!

This used to be a reliable delivery service. Over the last year it has become quite unreliable. My deliveries are often being delivered to the wrong address and I notice that photographs showing proof of delivery and the destination are missing.

Ordered a package. Was waiting around the house for it to be delivered. Got a notification that costumer refused delivery. Called the help number and was told that the delivery driver was never near my house and at the time it was rejected it was at a different location in town.

I don't know if you guys just have a bad driver but just our right lying that I rejected it is a no go in my books.

EVERY package delivered by this company is delivered to the wrong door. We live in a high theft area so delivery instructions are to deliver to back door. Every other delivery service seems to be able to read delivery instructions and the signage posted on the front door except this company. I wish I could select another company to deliver amazon parcels but there doesnt appear to be a way to do that.

Most often. I have no challenges. Unfortunately my most recent one I was unhappy with. My son and I were in the driveway with our vehicles talking about his recent car challenge and we were in the way of the courier. He thought it would be ok to drive over the lawn to go infront of my vehicle in the driveway. We are on septic! Never ok to drive over the front lawn! Easily could have parked on the road and handed to me. I was shocked!

The driver Mathew calls from unknown numbers which i never answer and he never delivers the parcels or does his job right. This company has poor service and I hate when my parcels ship from amazon with them.

Was due to receive a package today. They buzzed me and I unlocked the front door for them. The delivery guy ignored it and left. No note, nothing. I called the call centre and the girl puts me on hold, came back and said she called the driver and he will attempt another delivery today by eod. I asked for an eta - before or after 5. She said before 5. I’m here waiting until 8: 30 PM with the phone right next to me so I don’t lose them. So far no one showed up and no package. If they are not going to show up, you could have at least told me that. Everyone values their time also I hate that I was lied to.

Horrible service all around. The guy that answers the customer service line is rude and ignorant. Received an email at 11am stating my packages were on their way and that I was next on the delivery route. My packages never arrived. Intelcom Express, you are unprofessional and unreliable. Your drivers are lazy and your customer service agents are useless.

Twice now we have had a driver pull up to building and leave. We have a business attached to our building and if the business is closed they leave. Except that on all of our orders it lists the apartment number. We have nothing to do with the business and there is clearly apartments numbered. Luckily Amazon compensated us but it was not worth it. Also they will leave things on the front step.

Awful courier service! This company does not even deserve 1 more. Our order was suppose to be delivered on Friday and it is now Sunday and still no delivery. It is now saying our order is coming on Tuesday.
We are prime members and we're not receiving the service we pay for. It has now made us reconsider even using Amazon because of this company. Yesterday we received an email stating that the driver would be delivering our order in 3 hours and after 3 hours passed we called customer service and they stated the email being sent was a "mistake" and our order was not being delivered until monday.
If you can avoid using this service then do it!

Got e-mail my parcel was going to be delivered within next 3 hours and sure enough 2 1/2 hour later it was here. What a pleasant experience. Non of this leaving note and come and get it even when you r home waiting. I wish Intelcom Express would deliver all the parcels.

Super quick delivery with courtesy emails letting me know approximately when my package would arrive. I've had Intelcom deliver 3 packages now and all have been on time or sooner and the driver has been very friendly and polite

I hope Nancy (London, ON) is being paid well at Intelcom Express, because she's the best ambassador you have for your delivery company. She stands heads and shoulders above the rest, in my opinion.

Nancy is always cheerful, polite, and so pleasant - in fact, a real pleasure to deal with - in direct comparison with some other delivery company employees who just go through the motions, with no real interaction at all. Delivery robots, I call them.

P. S. Nancy and I are neither friends nor even acquaintances. In fact, I don't know her at all. But I certainly remember her, and I made a point of checking her name so I could write this recommendation for Intelcom Express and for her. She's a keeper, folks!

Delivery Plus 10/5. Order placed May 11 @ 8: 12 P. M.and the package was delivered May 12 @ 1: 27 P. M. Any faster and the package would have arrived before it was ordered.

Delivery driver dropped my package off at the wrong house. Tried to get in contact with this company about my package. Month later still never heard anything back. The only thing I did like was they sent pictures of the house they dropped my package off to. Luckily that happened so I could then find my package myself. Very disappointed I have never heard from the company when I contacted them about it. Would hate to actually loose a package from this company as you wouldnt get any word from them.

Let me start by saying that if I could give Intelcom Express 0 stars that I would. My package was apparently a failed attempt because the buisness was closed, which I live in an apartment and not a buisness, and the address is correct. I called customer service to let them know about the issue, and they tried to get a hold of the driver and couldn't within 30 seconds, which to me really made it seem like they didn't try at all to get a hold of the driver. The customer service representative then stated that the package would be sent out with the next truck. Over a day and a half later and still no package.

These folks are fantastic. Their drivers are a littled harried but Intelcom has to pick up the slack the big boys can't seem to do.

Very incompetent from customer service to the delivery drivers. Had a delivery person call and text me multiple times in one day, made three attempted deliveries in that day. Had another deliver my package to the wrong building, but insist I received it. Everytime I contact customer service they don't care and dismiss it to the shipping company. They take no responsibility for their very stupid mistakes, and are negatively affecting Amazon's business.
