Their driver for my amazon pickup just never shows up and the delivery has been getting postponed for a month, incredibly annoying dealing with intelcom.
Side note if you're having a similar problem as many other reviewers are, amazon has started issuing full refunds in these cases because according to their agent, the fault is with intelcom for failing to pickup the item. I'm sure this will be great for your continued business with amazon.

2 days in a row, nobody shows up to pick up a return. 2 days wasted waiting.
I think that if amazon had an option for its customers to select the carrier they prefer for deliveries and returns, we would see some natural selection taking place to weed out the ones who don't care about service standards.

A one-star review is way to high of a rating. This is an utterly incompetent and useless company. Why Amazon continues to carry this company as a delivery agent is beyond belief. Their pick-up policy for Amazon returns is simply ridiculous and unrealistic, requiring people to literally be tethered to their residence from 9am to 10pm in order for their return to be picked up. Customer service is totally useless. Thankfully Amazon was able to process my return and exchange without me having to return the item, even though I don't want it and desperately wanted to return it to them. Intelcom is a dumpster fire. They carry a 1.11/5 rating on BBB.

Beyond terrible.been waiting over two weeks for a package and there’s no update.they just have it in their possession and will not deliver it.edit: they put that canned response to everyone’s comment.i called and they said oh okay we’ll deliver it within 48 hours.i asked why it was held up? They don’t know.i asked if i didn’t call what would have happened, would they have delivered it? They said nothing.how is this company in business? These 5 stars have to be fake.

"scheduled to be delivered in the next 3 hours" STRAIGHT UP LIE. My package delivery has already been postponed for 2 days, and they still can't get it right. I'm disappointed in the companies that choose this carrier. The amount of paid reviews for this company is disgusting.

Driver is a no-show twice in a row. Company then rescheduled pickup for 3 days in the past but unfortunately my DeLorean is in the shop.

Trash service! Couldn't even pick up the items on time. Don't be fooled by a ‘flashy’ website.

4 WRONG packages at 3 different houses in ONE day, and no one is trying to contact me back.

I have 2 intelcom packages that are sent wrongly to me, and then 2 neighbours who have intelcom items that are not theirs. They were all delivered Wednesday evening 9pm, Nov. 16 in the Morningside Heights region. I tried calling the montreal office many times, they informed the 81 Maybrook Dr.warehouse but the warehouse has never email/called me back. I am here with other people's packages with completely different addresses and missing my package. Please help me Intelcom, i will delete review once this is fixed.

The delivery was fast and the package was received in excellent condition.
Will definitely order at Simons again.

Agent called prior to arriving. Agent came to the door and just picked up the item. Couldn’t be any easier!

Received three packages to three separate wrong locations in the last month. Called and they said they’ll look into it and if I don’t hear back I have to contact the seller?

Have asked the merchants to stop using the service at this point when possible.

The packaging was superb and you guys came and delivered exactly the time you said you would. I am normally a patient person and can wait and I am impressed. Thank you Intelcom. I am a happy client.

I registered my return via Amazon from many days but they can't pick till today's date. Very worst service I can see ever. Not Recommended to Anyone. 0 rating.

READ THIS: This company couriers packages at 10 PM near midnight, leaves it out in the open (50/50 chance of stolen at night), wasnt even my package at all and worst of all lost or stole my 2000$ package. Thanks guys, great way to start the holidays

I scheduled a return pickup for an item I purchased on Amazon. I waited all day and no one showed up. At 11pm I received an email stating they were unable to come and pick it up. I rescheduled and again they didn't show. I have rescheduled 2 more times with the same result. This is the worst customer service ever. A terrible way to do business, just terrible.

Total fraud company. I had purchased an item from Amazon and intelcom was told to pick up my return package. I had the return package ready first time no one ever showed up. Second time they showed up and never rang a bell. And left the slip outside. I have a camera bell and I can see that the person was standing outside for a few seconds without ringing the bell and left. Total fraud company. Never deal with them. INTLCMR102327568. No phone number listed anywhere on the website or on the slip, so you cannot even get in touch with them. LOL @Amazon should deal with companies with integrity instead.

The driver was incredible and very accommodating. He called ahead of the pick up which was very useful because I wasn't home. He did another pickup first so to give me time to get home and hand off the package being returned. No packaging, no paperwork, it was awesome! Well Done Lovneet!

This company is fantastic. Great customer service. Never leaves you guessing. Prompt up to date information. Axon made the best choice.

This is the worst shipping company out of all of the shipping companies, with UPS a close second. Do not do business with this company and if you expect a package from this shipping company, find an alternative.

It was really good, Intelcom contacted us in advance and picked up the parcel when it was scheduled!

I got a notification on sat that my package was delivered. I live in a condo so i went to see the security desk to pick it up but there was no package. I showed the security guard the proof-of-delivery photos they sent with the notification and he pointed out that they were several weeks old. In the first photo of the entrance way there are no winter matts and they have been down for 3-4 weeks. Also, in the second photo there is a fan which hasn't been behind the security desk for weeks. This is an obvious attempt at fraud. The company did NOTHING to rectify the issue and told me to get a refund from the seller.

Ne perdez pas votre temps a essayer de TRACKER votre colis chez eux, Intelcom ne fait pas de suivi sur les envois. Compagnie de broche a foins.

Intelcom did an excellent job 5/5. All of the items arrived in perfect condition.
Intelcom should do all e-bay transactions.

This company are a bunch of thieves working for them. I stayed home all day waiting for my package. Got a notice my package delivered but no one knocked my door or buzz me. No package at my door. I searched my entire building which is not a big building and nothing. No picture to show delivery because the driver never came. Calling their customer service number and waited 45 minutes to get a disconnection.
I wish I could give them 0 star.
