Intelcom

Looks like Intelcom has lost another package of mine. I think it might have been delivered to the wrong address. Good Luck in trying to talk to someone about this as all you get are recorded messages. I have instructed Amazon not to ship any more of my orders with this delivery service.

Intelcom has always delivered my packages on time or even earlier without any damages and polite friendly service from there drivers!

This company employs wonderful friendly people! I absolutely love this company! Our delivery is mostly the same gentleman and his smile is always big and friendly! He often goes an extra step to help my elderly mom with her deliveries! I Thank you ️

Best courier service in North Bay. They are fast, efficient and very friendly and courteous which to old school people is so important. Kudos to Intelcom.

I absolutely would NOT recommend this company. They always hold my parcel for at least 3 days and up to a week just because their drivers won't come out to Field for only one parcel. It's not worth it. They don't honor Amazon's Prime delivery guarantees. They should not be delivering parcels.
I get an email saying out for delivery and then another saying they will try again tomorrow. And the same the next day. And the next day.
Plus their customer service is horrible.
Not a real delivery company at all.

Every time I order online Having dealt with FedEx waiting for month after month to get my shipment, Intelcom is there to DELIVER and ON TIME. You have no idea what it means to have Someone who is dilligent and works hard to get your parcel delivered on time (Before the estimated delivery date most common*). Seeing the e-mail read "INTELCOM has received your package" offers a sigh of relief knowing, (FedEX, with endless delays, eventually needing to drive to the distribution center to pickup my delivery), Makes my day right there knowing INTELCOM is fighting through rain and storms to get my parcel to the door. Thank You Intelcom for your professionalism.
