Worst delivery company ever.
Drive didn't call or knock my door when they should up, if they showed up. Then when I called customer service they refused to try second attempt in the day, knowing they have until 8pm to deliver the package.

Poor management and communication.

Excellent service.faster then expected and the delivery person brought it right to my door.he needs a raise.:)

Perfect delivery very professional great delivery driver also very kind and friendly always brings it to the back door for basement apartment and puts it inside the door so it won't get rained or snowed on thankyou so so much

Very polite delivery man. He knocked on the door and ensured my pkg was successfully delivered. Some just toss the pkg on the porch so I very much appreciated his giving it to me directly

Delivery driver didn't have the forethought or intelligence to determine delivering an empty amazon package probably isn't right. The side of the package was open and the contents were missing. This is both an amazon issue and a delivery company issue, the fact that they take no responsibility in the matter is reprehensible. If you have any choice in shipping pick a different company

Driver called 15 mins before pickup. He was kind, accommodating and right on time! Made this return a breeze!

Terrible service. I got a text saying they tried to deliver my package. I was home. No one tried to deliver it. Then they said it would be delivered in a week. Omg. I called the company and they could and not explain it.

My driver from Intelcom goes above and beyond to deliver my packages to me. I live at the top of a steep hill and he brings it up to the top every time. I can't carry them up myself, so this is very much appreciated. I have nothing but good things to say about the drivers from Intelcom!

Every package delivered to me by Intelcom has been left in an unsafe place. We live rural and have a roadside mailbox and our garage & driveway are separate from the house. The driver's either leave the packages by the road hanging out of the mailbox or at the garage door. Not 5he house door; the garage door. Nowhere near the house. I have complained time and again. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Especially in the Peterborough Ontario area.

Intelcom always delivers quickly and it's nice to know your shipment will be handled with care, excellent company to deal with.

NASTY COURIERS WITH NO WORK ETHIC. COSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXSISTENT. COURIER LIKES TO DUMP PACKAGES IN THE LOBBY AND RUN AWAY. WHY NOT JUST THROW YOUR CUSTORMERS PACKAGES IN THE DITCH? CALL CUSTOMER SEVICE AND BE ON HOLD FOREVER. TOTAL BOGUS COMPANY AND I HOPE YOU FAIL MISERABLY. YOU DESERVE ZERO STARS.

I have had dozens of deliveries from lntelcom and they have never let me down yet. In fact they are generally early and the delivery staff are courteous, friendly and professional. 100% dependable. If possible, get the vaccine so we can start living again! We deserve it!

By far most distinguished with this company pathetic costumer service they don't speak English period no such thing as a manager aswell in the company. Shut them down they steal packages and sell them they post fake reviews on here they hang up on you when you question the weabouts of your packages. I would have given negative 5 stars if it was a option

Delivery was great, I met him at the door as I saw the vehicle coming in the driveway! Greeted the delivery person outside and away he went onto his next stop! The delivery was a day earlier than originally scheduled. Great!

Happy with my delivery or my package. They emailed me right away when they delivered it, so I could get it out of the rain.

Total failure of delivery. It was delivered to the wrong building and left in the foyer for everyone to see and so naturally it got stolen. I work for a delivery company and leaving it in such a place is simply not allowed. This is common knowledge.

I placed two orders with Amazon at noon on Monday and they were at my door (in the country not city) at 7a.m. The next day. This service is amazing. The couriers are so polite.

I wish more companies used Intelcom. I get a communication when they have my package, I get a communication when my package is on route and the date and time of delivery has always been met, they have never been late or delayed and I always know where my package is. Great communication and reliability.

The worst thing that can happen is ordering something and find out that through the mail it was not treated well and the box has been smashed and thrown around with no care for our products.
With this delivery company, my parsels are always in pristine shape and are well cared for. I appreciate this so much!
One of the best parts also, is they take a photo and send it to you so we know where they are.
I always ask that they be delivered to my driveway door as it is not visible from the road and are sheltered if their is gusts of winds in a storm.
