Faster than expected and important notifications and phone call as he was at my home, but my wife came home.

I am getting rather frustrated my packages CONSTANTLY being placed on my neighbor's back steps. I not only give clear verbal instructions when they call me for my address, understanding fully it is a confusing one to locate, especially for people who aren't familiar with the area. Not only do I provide verbal instruction, but my written delivery instructions clearly state FRONT door. Yet, my packages are 99% of the time delivered to my neighbors BACK door! If I don't stand outside and wait for them to physically hand it to me, I have to chase down my packages. Today, for example, I got a call to confirm my address, I clearly explained where the property is located, said he understood. I clearly stated which house I am in and then said, "you go under the Christmas arch up the staircase and you are at my door. Not the doors on the side of the house, those are not mine, the front door that's decorated for christmas" he said he got it, said thank you and we ended the call. Not to my surprise, when I got home, there were no packages on my doorstep, they were, once again, placed at my neighbors back door. I'm getting real tired of the delivery drivers not listening to the answers in which they ask for, and they ask because they have no clue the areas to which they are delivering to! They just deliver wherever they see fit! Enough is about enough now. It's getting ridiculous.

Called to arrange a day for them to pickup a damaged item, they never showed up and then they sent an email to schedule for another day and never showed up again

The last time Intelcom delivered, they did it to my back door for some unknown reason.

Now it's 3+ hours since the email notification that they'd come to pick up the defective product for return "soon" and their call center is once again claiming a wait of "less than 2 hours" to get an answer.

I used to love Intelcom. They were super fast and would deliver my packages basically the next day. However for the last month or so my deliveries have constantly arrived late - like days late AND late in the day. And the driver stopped following directions and is leaving my packages at the wrong house (even when the people in that house tell them they got the wrong house!) Please go back to the service you used to offer!

Driver was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. I am very satisfied and grateful that I am able to return my items so easily. Nice to see a happy individual too. Thank you.

Get notification that it will be delivered within 3 hours. Allowed me to watch for them. Love the service

HORRIBLE Service. Package has sat in their warehouse for 16 days and has not moved. I have contacted customer service 5 times, with no resolution. So frustrating.

They sure have come a long way. In thier first six months they had obvious issues taking over a huge logistical undertaking. Now, Nov 2023, and the previous half year or so they seem to hit the mark 95% of the time. I believe many "Christmas" deliveries in 2022 were "lacking" in quality because I think they had just started their Amazon contract and were overwhelmed. They seem to have gone through "the fire", and have come out the other side in good shape.

I requested to put package at back door. They just put it at side door AGAIN so that everyone can see it from the streets. How hard is it to go to the back! The company just doesn’t care! Very disappointed

Live in a rural area. Happy and grateful to be able to have packages picked up. Thanks. Polite and courteous.

Worst delivery company.
Parcels are always left on front step when instructions to deliver them to the back are clearly marked.
Parcels are often marked as undeliverable and returned to shipper.

My package was supposed to arrive Sept 4. Here we are Sept 9 and package still has not been delivered. Tracking shows that the item is sitting in my home town for a week now. Very disappointing!

The driver was excellent with the delivery and was very friendly. Moreover, Perfect as always.

This is an edit to a previous review. They have improved so much! No more lost or late packages. Have ordered from Amazon lots in the past 2 months and everything was delivered on time with great service!
