Easy and smooth. I ordered some euros online in the morning and got a confirmation text. Went there and picked it during my lunch break. Better rate than the bank and same day pickup. And got mixed bills.

Friendly staff, clean branch, easy parking and most important? Relatively best exchange rates.

Professional, trustable. I exchanged several times with the best rates they offered in North York location. The customer service team is very friendly and helpful. My kids started to collect the world money and they loved this office and the staff.

They used to be a reliable currency exchange company until they are not; their reliability has diminished over time. Evidently, they have shown a lack of commitment to adhering to lead times, a matter of significant concern for numerous clientele. One day delay is one too many and holds substantial repercussions for an enterprise of this nature, particularly when it becomes a pattern.
Note that I did not count holidays or weekends. Moreover, their responsiveness appears to be lacking when engaging with customer support. Thus, I advise those reading this commentary to exercise caution before entering into business with them. In the past year alone, I have conducted currency exchanges exceeding $200,000 through them. However, I have now made the decision to transition to a more reputable establishment.

My primary contact at IC was Kiran and she made the process both understandable and easy to execute. I commend the way that it is so easy to set up your account, and then to go through with the transaction.
It was a very positive experience for me, and they provided a rate much better than my bank.

Don't go here, I tried selling my currency here but they have refused some of it, I don't think they know what their doing, There was another accepted store just adjacent of them and they have accepted my currency.

I visited this place to exchange $3,000 Canadian into USD. At first they wouldnt open the entrance for me, they looked at eachother as if they were seeing a ghost entering their store. Once they let me in notified them that I wanted to exchange money. They asked me for Identification, i provided it. They then proceeded to ask me how I will be paying, i told them with debit. They then see my debit card and ask me what company it is from. I tell them the company name and they tell me that I "may" not be able to use that debit card. I ask them why not and they said some companies dont work there (which is hard to believe since i visted another Interchange Financial locations numerous times with the same debit card and it worked every time. They then refuse to let me use my Canadian bank-issued debit card to make any exchanges.they refused me service because i didnt have a debit card with a company that they are familiar with. Terrible service and i wouldn't recommend this location

I had Same bank usd account to cad account exchange transaction took about 3 days. Exchange rate was better than what my bank offered me. Saved around $1000. Fast prompt service. I would recommend it.

This is one of the best exchange in Toronto. You can book an appointment online in a couple of minutes, and then go and get your cash. The staff are friendly and polite. This exchange is an asset in GTA.

You can get the quote online without visiting the place. It is great for me to saving time. Staffs were friendly and service was quick I’ve been using this place never had single problems

Great service and very knowledgeable staff when dealing with card limits on debit cards when trying to swap money out. The lady said the rate changed just now and dropped a little and gave us the lower rate! All in all great service!
