The recipient Rhman was an excellent ambassador of the hotel, very polite and professional. Thank you for your service. It was an amazing experience in such great hotel.

Definitely one of the best accommodations we have booked. Staff was very accommodative and friendly. Room was very nice and clean and they accommodated our requests for extra pillows and such even though we booked months in advance. Lobby was very lively and everything is super close if you want to venture around, views were also amazing. Would definitely stay here again and plan to.

Great room and location, poor service.
I was told at the front table they late check out was at 4pm. I have an important meeting at 2 and planned to check out after the meeting. At 1: 59, someone called my room and asked me a leave right away because late check out is by 2pm and someone else will be checked in at 3. I feel been kicked out, rashed to pack luggages, and find a random chair in chaos to call in the meeting. I could have just planned accordingly IF THE STAFFS TOLD ME THE RIGHT TIMING. I’ve never had this kind of experience before and it’s terrible.

Mixed Experience - Clean Rooms, But Poor Service

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the rooms were clean and the location was great, offering easy access to nearby attractions. However, I faced a significant issue with the service during my stay.

The problem arose when I checked out and discovered that I was charged incorrectly for my room. I realized that I was billed twice for my accommodation because the front desk person failed to use the online virtual card I provided. As a result, I had to wait to get my money back, which was quite inconvenient.

To make matters worse, when I approached the front desk to resolve the issue, all I received was a simple apology, with no offer of assistance to rectify the situation or compensate for the inconvenience caused.

Overall, while the hotel's clean rooms and nice location were positives, the poor service and mishandling of billing concerns left me dissatisfied with my stay. I hope they improve their customer service to ensure a smoother experience for future guests.

A great hotel, lovely rooms and a superb location for food and nightlife. Only downside, very expensive bar, complete with waiters pushing hard for tips, very odd behaviour!

We rented a bad condo at Ice Condo, stay away! They saved the trip, clean and spacious, great hot tub. Good restaurant in the heart of everything, you can walk to all attractions

Clean rooms and great location. Plenty of parking connected to hotel at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre (access from lower lobby behind hotel off Simcoe). Pool and hot tub are currently open but with very limited numbers - best to call ahead to get on waiting list.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic location and superb customer service! The pool and hot tub were open and it was nice and relaxing in the spa/pool area. The pillows were so comfortable that we actually contacted the concierge and arranged to purchase one! Will definately be back!

This place is tired. Needs a refresh badly. The only reason I don’t give it one star is because the staff is really attentive and friendly.

I stayed one night to celebrate my wife and daughter's birthday. Even though I requested nice view (I know nothing guranteed), they gave me beautiful construction view and very noisy.

The floor was supposed to be between 11th and 17th that was the option I paid for. But they gave me 10th floor with no clue. They told me it is renovated but Idk what was renovated.

First time staying this hotel, I am not going to come again!

The first time I used this hotel I requested a room with a high floor and a nice view, after they gave me that I came to the room to see it was not cleaned after the previous tenants… they then had to switch me to a lower floor with barely a view. As I left they told me as long as I request the room next time they’ll be sure to accommodate me. Now using the hotel for a Second time I requested the original room and now telling me it’s still not available and instead of a high floor I’m on a middle floor and had nothing at all left for me to use, also this room does not have the same amenities as the other one I requested… They say to make requests to make it easier to accommodate but then can’t do so, I’m definitely not satisfied

The SPA is managed very well. Pools, hot tub, sunna are all perfect. The guest room is neat and clean too.

Michael has the worst attitude of the team! Manager or not, his level of incompetence and decency towards his guests was unaccounted for. When the hotel makes a mistake with my room booking, there should be some compensation and/or a change of room in order to fix the situation. Not someone telling you it’s not their problem and we need to figure it out separately. Left two girls stranded alone in Toronto rushing to find a hotel room. 2 hours later, I finally found a hotel room somewhere else. When I finally spoke to someone else on the team to cancel my reservation they told me they have rooms available and they don’t know why he said that. Horrible.

Good service, the room was clean. We enjoyed the swiming pool and we had an amazing view from our room. Great location, we did not even take the metro once, everything is near the hotel so we just walked. I just dont recomand the food. Very expensive and not a lot of options.

Great hotel, very clean. Yeah, expensive, but you get what you pay for. Great views of the lake if you are up higher.

We had a great weekend city getaway utilizing the spa for a massage as well as a couple of days at the pool.

Disappointed with the hygiene level.

I stayed for three nights in August and I was honestly very disappointed with the hygiene of my room. My reservation was done through Booking.com and I requested a room on a higher level - the agent put me on the 5/f. Fine - I get that, everybody wants room on a higher level and not everyone's need can be accommodated. But I did request a quiet room away from the elevators, the room they assigned me faces the train railway. It felt like my requests were completely ignored.

I'm staying for three nights only, I convinced myself. I went to use the bathroom and found a bunch of hair on the glass door of the shower area. It's extremely uncomfortable during COVID times. I showed the front desk the picture and they moved me to 17/F. I loved the room and appreciated how the front desk was trying to make it up. Soon I noticed there was a shoe print on the floor in the bathroom which I could easily wipe it out with my sleepers - If I could, why didn't the room attendant or the supervisor do it prior to the guest's checking in? Then the next evening, I accidentally lifted the toilet seat (I swear I wasn't looking for anything to make them waive my room charge) and I saw menstrual blood which was obviously left by the previous guest. I was so disgusted that I immediately wiped it out instead of taking a picture. When I checked out, I told the front desk agent what I saw and he offered to waive the room fee of the night when I saw the period blood. I appreciate how apologetic he was but honestly I won't stay at this property again. The rooms are not only dated and the level of hygiene is appalling.

This hotel is Great! The rooms are amazing, they are clean and comfortable, the bathrooms are beautiful and the beds are awesome as well, the tv has many channels. The hotel has a pool on the 3rd floor and it is great! I can tell you that this is definitely an amazing place to stay in

Cozy hotel to come and stay few nights. Hotel’s lobby is beautiful and modern, though the rooms are a bit outdated. The showers are great. Depending on the floor you’re in, the view may be gorgeous, our view was ok though we weren’t there for that.
Staff is friendly, place is clean. I would recommend this place only if you’re staying few days not for long terms. Though if you’re looking for something economical this may be the place.
We still had a good experience at this hotel.
Would also recommend with small families of 4.

Very nice hotel but acoustic can be a problem: we can hear too loud some noisy drivers on the road just next to the hotel (noisy motorbikes or cars), and sometimes we hear shock sounds from other rooms

Great experience as per usual. This is the only hotel I stay in when I come to Toronto. Perfect location and great amenities.

David bumped up our room to the one with an amazing view. We really loved how friendly the reception was. The room was big and spacious facing CN tower. Amazing city view! Thankyou David for making our stay memorable. We can’t wait to be back

Just Amazing. We stayed here a night. Had a great time. The suite was just perfect. It was well decorated.

When we checked in we had bottle of wine and cheese tray waiting for us. The view from the room was also great.

The location of this hotel is prime time! Not even Drake can claim he has the CN Tower in his backyard. The quality of sleep you can get at this hotel is actually pretty impressive, given their "sound proof" rooms. However, I was a bit disappointed in the condition of the room; the furniture was pretty banged up and the carpet looked like it hosted a Boost & Hearts festival. I may hold InterContinental on a higher pedestal than other hotel brands, but overall it's a great spot for its location.

We stayed two nights! We had an amazing experience! The quality of the service, the location of the hotel, the cleaneli ess of the bedroom, the breakfasts were good, the waiters were good and honest, we were happy and it matched our expectations!

Rooms are expensive but very nice. Had issues with checking in due to room service issues for the hotel.
