I was terrified to undergo a procedure. The entire staff from reception, nurses & the doctor were incredible, compassionate and understanding. Things went better than I had hoped. To my surprise they also refunded part of my money because they said the extraction was easier than anticipated. I never would have known this if it weren’t for their honesty. Dental procedures aren’t something anyone looks forward to, however this experience was 10/10 thank you so much

Very busy office but it seems like they can manage the volume. Getting through on the telephone seems impossible, but email works. If possible, ask to have Dr. Aiello, this guy is fantastic!

Friendly staff and super professional Dr Aiello and his team of female nurse practitioners were amazing.

Dental surgeons are all amazing here! But this office needs ALL new staff for the "nurse/dental assistants" and secretaries minus one of them which i wish i knew her name to give her praise, ALL the other women working in thus office are highly rude and full of attitude for NO reason and i witnessed it with 8/10 other patients not just myself, and on multiple visits, rude everytime! If it wasnt for the amazing doctors at thus office i would have taken my $3000 elsewhere!

I had a great interaction with Dr. Abbott. He was very thorough and professional. Discussed my concern in detail and was able to answer all of my questions. It is very clear that he really cares about his patients and provides high quality work.

Dr. Abbaszadeh was amazing and so kind to me. I was very nervous for my wisdom teeth removal surgery and he made me feel extremely safe. Thank you so much Dr. Abbaszadeh, nurses, and the assistant for your kindness, compassion, and hard work during my surgery and throughout the whole process. I hope you know just how much I appreciate it. I've had zero complications and I'm recovering very quickly. Thank you!

They do not know how to deal with people with mental health issues definitely not a good place to go if that’s the case for yourself or a family member has any

Nurses were Nice and helpful. Doctor was funny. That’s about it. Procedure was not explained to me, nor was after care or expectations. My pain management is incredibly poor with little to no support from the clinic. Woke up in excruciating pain, given 1 T3 and told to be on my way. Apparently they had a hard time with the surgery, which was never explained to me. I had 0 issues with my teeth before. I was convinced I should do this as a preventative measure, and I guess I’ll never know. But I went from 0 tooth pain to the most excruciating pain of my life for, seemingly, no reason right now. I get that later in life I could have issues and it’s best to do it when you’re young. But the whole thing just feels like a money grab to me. Did not feel like the doctor care about my recovery or pain. Disappointed.

I was greeted pleasantly at reception and the nurse took me in right away and treated me with respect. Then Dr. Chris Fanelli came in and explained everything to me in terms that I could
easily understand and what his plans for me are going forward. They all treated me as if I were
their favorite uncle. They were all amazing.

My daughter and I were visiting London from Toronto during the March break. She had gotten her wisdom teeth out the previous week but developed dry socket. Interface was quick to communicate with our Toronto surgeon and was able to get us in the same day! We were so thankful. Dr Kravitz was amazing giving great advice and repacking her socket. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you interface!

Dr Fanelli was excellent along with the nurse who assisted him Lauren.
I am very anxious when it comes to dental work but both of them were very calming and reassuring. Dr Fanelli took the time to explain the procedure and answer any questions and told me they would take good care of me. Everything went smoothly and 1 day after my tooth extraction I have very minimal discomfort and no issues.

Dr. Kayvan Abbaszadeh and his team completed a LeFort I osteotomy (moved my upper jaw forward to correct an under bite). He is an amazing surgeon who truly cares about his patients. The surgery was life changing and I couldn’t be happier with the results to overall breathing, bite and appearance! The staff are amazing too!

DON'T EVER GO TO THIS PLACE! People here are the most unprofessional and rude. My girlfriend was there for a consultation that took no more than 5 MINUTES. She was having some pain coming from here wisdom teeth and the doctor barely checked her and said it was something else and still charged $170! That price is just ridiculous. Then went she was paying, she had some questions about insurance and the payment and the person ignored her and kept saying "credit or debit". Really unprofessional staff. Just read some previous previous from people who experienced exactly the same.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE. I went for a consultation since my dentist referred me to this place. It was a 4 minutes appointment and the dentist told me I just have to buy what I need at Shoppers. After that, I HAD TO PAY $170. As a student this amount of money is insane! I kindly asked the receptionist if I really had to pay that big amount for just 3 minutes and she just ignored me asking how I was going to pay. Is really unfair. People are unprofessional and very rude.

I had a procedure done by Dr. Fanelli back in the summer. The procedure was quick and pain free. His attention to detail was immaculate and there is barely proof I even had anything done.

I had to pay $170 for a 3 minutes appointment where the dentist just told me I can get what I need at shoppers. People are rude and unprofessional.

Dec 20/2022: Once again, thank you to Dr. Kravitz and all of the staff at Interface. From beginning to end, I was treated with the utmost care and consideration for my personal well-being and comfort. This is by far the best dental care available. It is reassuring to know that I am being provided with the best workable solutions for my ongoing dental health. Thank you all.

Although I wasn’t exactly happy about needing to go to interface as I wish I had perfect teeth without problems - lol/tear - they were amazing and it’s kind of a neat experience. It’s exceptionally clean and everyone seems to love their job. It’s a great atmosphere and it’s like being part of a little, happy, professional and organized community.

Interface London runs a well oiled machine. From reception to surgery to after care, I felt safe and taken care of. Thank you to the nurses, dental staff and Dr. Frydman for the procedure.
