I had purchased a couch elsewhere and it was so uncomfortable that I decided I needed a change. Because I was reluctant to make another mistake, I needed to spend quite a bit of time researching and sitting on couches before I could make a decision. Dave and his wonderful group of employees were patient and really helped me pick the most comfortable couch. I couldn’t be happier!

I recently had my entire house outfitted with custom shutters from Better Shade, and I couldn't be happier with the entire process from ordering, to installing. Better Shade's quality is unmatched; you can tell they use only the best hardware and materials straight from California - my home looks like it belongs in a magazine! I loved interacting with their staff, Dave the owner was particularly helpful in choosing a style that would suit my home, and the installer was quick, courteous, and had great attention to detail when installing.

Terrible experience with this company. Customer service is a failure from the owner to the employees. The owner Dave does not return phone calls when there is a problem. Do not leave the installer alone in any room while he's doing his job, personal items went missing from my bedroom. When approached he said the gold must have been attracted to his magnetic bag. I've been waiting for Dave to correct the issue I've been having.

Great service. I enquired about repairing some Hunter Douglas California shutters I had purchased elsewhere about six years ago. I explained that I had the required spare parts that Hunter Douglas had sent me but didn’t have the tools and know how to repair them myself. Their technician reviewed the situation, admitted he hadn’t done that exact repair but would attempt the repair. Well, about three hours later, they called me to say the repair was done, and at a cost that was less than I was expecting to pay. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. They were fantastic. My next purchase of window treatments will certainly be made at Interior Better Shades!

Buying our blinds was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Melissa was very knowledgeable and helped us with everything. Worthy of 5 stars. The price was also below our budget and less than a few big box stores. Worth you time to visit.
