Worst experience. Long story short, I enter the store and asked for a hardwood bed, in his deceiving way of talking, Mr. Scott Wilson gave me a tour for the store, I saw something I liked, thinking of course it was hardwood made, he started talking about the great characteristics of the wood it was made of, the hardest wood you can find, after thinking it over I decided to buy it just to realize at delivery that it was not hardwood. Then I tried to contact Mr. Scott Wilson without luck, I went to the store and guess what he said, that he told me it was veneer, after wasting my time trying to make him understand I only bought it because I believed him it was hardwood, listening to none sense analogies and his wonder of why someone would look for a hardwood bed, I asked to return the furniture, as I would imagine any honestly managed business would have a return policy. He said will talk to the manager. A few weeks later only silence, I don’t expect to hear from them again. Here it is a clear example that once they have got your money, you are not their friend anymore. This store does not have Customer Service, and clearly does not have a return policy, not at all an honest business. Ironically enough, I read reviews, and I talked to Mr. Scott Wilson about them, of course he said not to believe in reviews.

Just purchased Computer Table to install on my husband’s Stressless recliner. Always a wonderful experience shopping in this store. Our salesman, Scott Wilson, went above and beyond in assisting me with the installation. I was most impressed with his service. We love our Stressless recliners and highly recommend Scott for his professionalism and kindness.

Excellent customer service from the initial phone call through to purchase. Beautiful, high quality furniture. Patrice and John are a delight. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending International Home Interiors to anyone interested in quality.
